Room is large and comportable' .bathroom is well for couples.

Breakfest is not as good as that shows website photos.

The peacefull-ness, and flexibile entrance time. Host was good. Bathroom was good and clean, well maintained and larger than expected😍. The AC was working too good.

Room was clean but had some dust we had clean just for one moment. Each and everything else were okay.

Asiri is exceptionally friendly and helpful . It was nice to stay in a family home . Communication was excellent for a last minute booking and the room was sufficient and a reasonable price for our needs . Air con worked well . The place was in a good location for us as we had busines to be in moratuwa for 1 night .

Moratuwa itself probably isn’t a place you’d need to stop in for a long time so a basic room is sufficient .

Owner is good and friendly.

Not clean. Bedsheets were not clean at all. Once we asked, the owner was kind enough to change bedsheets and pillow covers. But the new bedsheets were also full of dust. Had sneezing throughout entire night. Worst experience. Bathrooms were clean but the private bathroom is not attached to the room. Breakfast also not that tasty but satisfactory except for the quality of bread

Room was big, even we got access to the Kitchen, so I cooked. Big Hall to sit on sofa , Owner is very kind as he allowed early check-in, near to the railway station as well bus stand, near by good reasonable restaurant, yummy breakfast was complimentary. Nearby mall and beach.AC was working properly.

The toilet and kitchen had had a cursory clean. I think the host does everything and just didn’t have the energy. He should have left cleaning supplies out for us to do it- at least the next guests would have had clean toilets!

Very homely place. The pet pug was ADORABLE. I think his name was Rupert.

Feels like their pet is neglected to some degree.

Great Hosts Perfect Stay

Large clean beds. local breakfast provided by Asiri. Overall I am satisfied.

Communication with the owner was excellent. The air conditioning worked.

The room wasn't very clean. The bedding had a strange smell. The rug was so dirty that it was riddled with hairballs, nail clippings, bits of sand, and definitely other life forms. It was disgusting. The bed squeaked with every movement. All the furnishings were old. The terrace seemed never cleaned; someone's underwear had been lying next to the air conditioner for ages. The shared bathroom was large but dingy. Because it opened onto a sort of terrace, bugs were getting in. The reservation stated that breakfast was included. We didn't receive any.

Stayed at this beautiful property when I was traveling to Colombo for a quick trip. Loved everything about it. Perfect for budget friendly travelers.

What I liked about Noah's Ark Transit Stay is the family running it. They were informative, very helpful and friendly. The were open to help with whatever I had question about in terms of the places to visit in Colombo. There is AC in the room and it works. However, only the turn on/ off of the AC control works, the rest don't.

The room, the bathroom and the Kitchen were too dirty. Everywhere on the room was dusty, hairy and spider nets were on the wall. From the top of the closet it was clear it wasn't well cleaned for months if not years. The bed sheets were not smelling good and had stains on. Coming to the bathroom, the shower glass bottom was dark yellow from dirt 🤢. The shower floor the same. The shower water hotness degree and pressure were not good. One of the doors locker in the bathroom didn't work, so I couldn't close it. The shared kitchen was in a horrible level of dirt as well. It was clear that it hasn't got cleaned in a very long time. The breakfast was very small smelled bad, so I couldn't eat anything except 2 bananas. There were no facilities such as hairdryer and kettle. There are dogs in the nearby and their neighbors have dogs, so they have barked for most of the night and could barely sleep. The location is 25 mins Tuk Tuk from the downtown and it is in a sideway lane. There are not close attractions nearby except the beach.

Everything was just as described. We stayed here for a short visit upon arrival from the airport we were picked up by a driver arranged by Asiri the property owner. I would recommend this accommodation.

The overall experience was unpleasant. The room was not properly cleaned. Additionally, breakfast was not provided, even though it was mentioned on Booking.com

At first I had hard to find the hostel, no signs or so. After some searching I finally got right(or almost to the neighbors, that showed me right). My room had a really bad smell, so asked to get my half amount back and booked another place. Maybe Im getting old(40 years) but it was’t feeling good.

Host was extremely helpful having collected us at the airport. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No complaints.

The room was very comfy in quiet location. Hosts were amazing, they helped me with every single problem I faced: arranged taxi from airport, tuk tuk to railway station, helped to navigate around, get SIM card etc. It''s a bit far from most of the shops or restaurants but food delivery works perfectly.

Brilliant stay - that felt a lot like home away from home. We were there for 6 days, and the hosts are absolutely excellent. Their dogs and a local cat only added on to the experience! Would definitely recommend.

Near Colombo, but out of the city center. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the accommodation has common facilities that you can use.

Very warm Welcome from Asiri and his family. We arrived late and exhausted due to our flight delay but they found a solution for our diner in a very short notice. This house is quite and perfect for a group with different rooms on the same floor. Good value for money.
