Very good location with food court downstairs & Lepapa Opposite. It's quite convenient.

The aircond was not cold even though we set it at 17°c. There's hair on the toilet seat. The blanket is a little bit small for 2 adults to cover

No hair dryer and toothbrush. Also no vanity kit. No smart TV cause most of the Roxy I stayed in has smart tv.

We cant open the door with the cards given, the aircond is a bit dusty so as the room.

Room 206 Block B - Air conditioning unit is not in a good condition. Please check for servicing or repair. Room 211 Block A - Iron is not at the ironing board station.

The location is strategic and convenient.

The bathroom lacks a ventilation fan, resulting in an unpleasant odour. The room is situated near the air-conditioning compressor, making it very noisy. In addition, street noise could be heard even at midnight.

Strategic location with all the food stores, pharmacy and groceries.

Very dirty surrounding with rubbish every corner. Only 2 pillow per 2 pax. Stair case Block B no light.

Didnt know there were 2 blocks. Lift was only in the main Block A. It was not stated when booking the hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. ample of parking space the room is big, and the hotel is so close to eating place The iron is awesome-it doesnt burn my cloth

I think at that time it was full house, so maybe i get among of the last room. The room looks like its been abandon honestly. The duvet is small, the room is big which is good but looks bare. and the cleanliness could be improve a lot more.

Someone was smoking in the room. There was cigarettes ashes on the table and the smell once we entered the room. There were no toilet paper and hair dryer provided like other Roxy Hotel we stayed elsewhere.

1.) Please service the aircond; it’s a bit slow to make the room cool. 2.) Kindly upgrade your lift; it’s a little slow.Sometimes breakdown in the morning. Hopefully, in the future, we won’t have this kind of problem again.

1) Some of our rooms smelled of paint. We had no choice but to open the window. 2) The noise from the main street were very noisy, especially, the motor bikes 3) The bathroom tiles were dirty. Don't think that the grey tiles can hide the stains. 4) The Air-Con remote control was not able to adjust the temperature and fan speed 5) No lift for Block B

酒店楼下就是超市和food court 很方便。酒店分A 和b ，A是比较新房间也比较大。

B需要走去旁边一楼，没有电梯，房间也比较小，晚上隔音不好 因为楼下就是超市和咖啡店，尤其是打烊的时候，半夜有人会想尝试开房间门 我们定两个房间，两个房间都遇到这样的情况，安全性有待提升。

New and clean, receptionist Eka was very friendly and helpful from check in to check out.

Outside windows not clean and aircon have not been serviced for a long time and even the filter cover hinge broken.

The decoration wise is pleasing to see

I feel like its a scam? The tiktok ads i saw have lift but turns out theres two separate block and only one block has lift. Definitely not recommended to those who needs lift to go upstairs cause your room block will not be mentioned in the pdf provided by booking.com. (Imagine me having an eldery that had to climb the stairs) The smell of the toilet smells like dried pee which i had to purchase room freshener for that.( not only my room, my family member’s room too) The staff was very slow in checking us in, theres two counter and only one counter is open to customers and theres no assistant in helping customers to bring luggage upstairs especially the ones room at block B, unlike other roxy.

Have a convenient store & coffee shop nearby. No far from town.

Location is near to all amenities and restaurants...

- Loud music blasting from the opposite supermarket might be a hindrance to elders or toddlers - Daily housekeeping, but did not leave restocked bottled water, new towels, etc (if put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign) - Questionable bathroom cleanliness

Aircond was facing right to the bedroom, not good position. Lighting was so so, should have more separate lighting

Location is perfect because near to Lepapa Supermarket and got place to eat eventhoufgh not much choices.

The stairs on Block B is so dirty and old. The room doesn't provide rug for us to wipe our feet when got out from the bathroom. The entrance to Block B is dirty and smelly. Please improve on the clealiness of the room, curtain and bedsheet.
