Modern 2BR with Gym and Pool

Fabulous place. Very clean. Has everything you need and more! Very comfy bed and the WiFi had great connection. Would recommend in a heartbeat, we will definitely be back next year.

I like the place overall, it’s clean nice modern and nearby to downtown, I don’t mind coming back again soon.

Regarding the towels, you guys should put the disposable towels .. and the Handel for the main restroom are broken needs to be replaced, the A/C for the main master room needs to be fixed .. it’s not cold.

My child loved the garden and playground where she met new friends. I loved that there was a daycare and a delivering mini market (through Nana app) within the residence. The host was very helpful anytime i asked about something before and during my stay!

I wished: - it was a little cleaner - there were more towels

Clean and spacious apartment in a very nice apartment complex. Parking is always available. Location is nice and close to many Riyadh attractions. Nice playground for children. There are security cameras all around the building so it feels safe. Decent sized kitchen and laundry room. Bedrooms are well furnished. Communication with the property management was very clear and helpful with no issues during check-in or check-out

Not enough towels and no toilet paper in the bathroom. Extra blankets will be nice when the weather is cold. Hot water can sometimes be in low supply and needs to not use it for 20 minutes or so to recover the heat.

The property was perfect for my children and I for a one week vacation in Riyadh. Great location, close to boulevard world. Very accommodating and helpful host. The apartment is quite nice with new modern fittings. The convenience of having a playground right outside the apartment with a grocery store across the street was a plus as well. Would definitely consider rebooking for our next stay.
