Local tasty food.
Slow service.
Full of character
No lift but staff were very attentive & helped us without asking
Location was fabulous
Stayed in your sister hotel the Diglis in Worcester paid £112 per night including breakfast. This was £165 with no breakfast
Lovely character hotel in the heart of Pershore . Staff were excellent and very considerate following my husband taking ill
Well located with good facilities and services
Friendly and attentive staff, great location
Fantastic friendly service, beautiful location, wonderful surroundings!I will definitely return.
It was all pretty perfect!
Had an excellent breakfast in the beautiful dining room.
Location great. Restaurant good. Bar very nice. Lovely garden.
The bathroom window did not open at all. The bedroom windows only open half way. Very hot and airless in room
Lots of parking, super friendly staff, Roz who worked at reception was so friendly and welcoming. I am a solo traveller with my dog, so the staff were thoughtful about making my stay comfortable. There is an events field which is on the river which was great before the heat kicked in! Fan in the room and the ability to open windows meant you could get the evening air flowing during the heat! Thankfully the reception area was pretty cool and the courtyard was a shady spot.
Absolutely nothing! Food was delicious and great value, lots of different spots to relax and unwind.
Good location and friendly staff
Nothing
The food was excellent. Both at dinner and breakfast
Nothing
Location, facilities, everything was spot on!
Nothing… all perfect
Rooms are well equipped and very comfortable and the premises as a whole are in a great location. My colleague went for a walk through the town and then along the river that inspired him to start looking at estate agents !! Good clean breakfast with happy attentive staff ensuring my coffee was topped up regularly.
Sadly have the same issue as every other hotel, windows that don't open fully. Following dinner, I walked back into my room and all of the surfaces were radiating heat !! The only very small saving grace was in the fact there was a fan.
Position in the centre
Some noise in our room from the kitchen below
Good location. Nice eating areas. Staff helpful.
Room good but not luxury and no air conditioning.
Lovely room good bathroom all spotless very reasonable prices
Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with some great vegan options on the menu. Good central location, but still quiet. Convenient parking.
Room was a bit warm but everywhere is this summer.
The room was really nice and the outside garden area was really nice.
I loved the way you had tea and coffee and a carafe of water and a couple of cookies. It would have been even better if someone had come in and refilled the tray of tea, coffee and water etc as we were staying for 2 nights. Also, we had paid for breakfast but I couldn’t understand why you had to ask for marmalade/jam and that it wasn’t automatically on the table and that you didn’t get a toast rack with toast in.
Location. History. Quality of refurbishment.
Room was very small. Bathroom was minute. Very airless on a very hot night.
Excellent location. Great food
Bar staff are very unhelpful and miserable
Excellent location. Great food, good check out time of 11am.
Bar staff were really miserable and unhelpful, clearly don’t like their job
The decor and friendly team.
Nothing at all.
Breakfast was good. The location was good. Bar and dining areas very good.
The room was quite small and very hot. The curtains could do with updating. The toilet failed to flush unless you lifted the cistern lid. The mattress on the bed was quite bouncy whenever you moved, disturbing your partner.
Character building and comfy bed
Shower was quirky and road noise at the front of the hotel was a problem for me
Lovely hotel in a nice town. The staff are very helpful and the food is great.
Gorgeous character, spacious and a lovely atmosphere.

The rooms were excellent. Very clean very homely. Located just a few minutes walk the Abbey. I would recommend this place to all my friends.
There was not anything I didn’t like about the property.
Lovely pub in a good location.
Bedroom a little basic.
Paul our host made us feel very welcome. He was friendly & really attentive and did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was lovely, well cooked and very tasty. Dog Friendly - All the staff made a fuss of our Dog.
nothing
Beautiful building in a fantastic location
Old World charm close to shops and facilities but with nature and a beautiful riverside metres away. Also beautiful medieval Pershore Abbey around the corner.
Excellent hotel in a lovely town-centre setting. Room and meals were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful in all our interactions. And parking the car was easy (which in some hotels it certainly isn’t).
We’d have appreciated a self-service breakfast buffet as is normal in most hotels, with a wider choice of fruits and cereals.
Parking and location great
Staff, service, facilities, location
Slow breakfast service
Very friendly and helpful
Good restaurant facilities
The location and staff
The food was mediocre. Some dishes were good others did not meet our expectations. Our room Wyre Pickle smelt stale and very stuffy.
Staff were really friendly, room was very clean. Very accommodating for our dog. Location is perfect, shops practically next door and plenty of safe parking. Garden is lovely next to the river.
Not at all the fault of the hotel being in a heatwave but it was very hot due to the age of the building the windows dont open much but we had a fan which helped.
Great location ample parking Room was great nice facilities appreciated coffee pods in room and cookie Lovely decor Great croissant
Shower was a bit too hot in Croome room Also in bathroom somewhere to put wash bag and other clothes when showering like a chair or shelf would be helpful
Location
Terrible bed
Friendly polite staff
The shower. We couldnt get it to work apparently you needed a knack
I liked the free parking that is a bonus today when many hotels add this as an expensive extra. Our room was exceptionally well equipped and spacious.....everything worked, the shower, the heating as very cold for June. The restaurant prices were very reasonable and it had a good atmosphere and was well attended. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
Can't think of anything
Location
Check-in. Dinner was very good. Room was clean and comfortable, also larger than expected.
The Real Ale was like vinegar (Probably been left in the pipe and not pulled through). I don't think it had been tasted before start of service.
Excellent location as my husband has mobility issues and everything was close by. We were given a ground floor room with accessible ensuite facilities. The hotel staff were extremely helpful.
A clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly/helpful and the food was excellent.

Friendly personal welcome from reception staff. Character property with spacious room. Excellent home cooked food. Fan in room on the hottest day of the year.
Nothing
Lovely hotel, good quality, really nice room.
Lovely decor, very comfy beds, excellent food
Bit noisy if room faces the street
Gorgeous old building, smiling staff, loads of atmosphere. Comfortable seating for drinks or a read. Step out onto the High Street for cafes and eateries, right next to the Park and ancient Pershore Abbey. Definitely a 5 star stay.
Well run
Large room. Shower and bath. We had my mums dog with us and they even provided a dogs bed, bowls and bag treats. We even got a bag of biscuits on the first night. Nice tailors tea and coffee. Brilliant
Driving to car park..lol a narrow road under pub.
Very clean , spacious , staff were great , pleasure to stay there
Only having 1 night there 😂
Location and facilities. Lovely beer garden and field leading down to the river. Food was good
Nothing to comment on everything good
Very comfortable room
All good
The location was convenient for the town centre, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The building itself was interesting, and the fields at the end of the path led to the River Avon, which was nice.
We stayed, with friends for 3 nights - a party of 6 people. The evening meal on the first two nights was good. Therefore, we decided to eat there for the third night - a Sunday. However, the evening meal was an absolute unmitigated disaster from start to finish. Almost everything went wrong. (1) half of the menu items were off. When we ordered we were told about some of them; then the waitress (who was the manageress) came back to say that further items were off. This continued through all 3 courses (2) The soup was cold and had a skin on it (3) the prawn cocktail bread was not fresh and had some horrible margarine on it (3) most of the vegetables were cold (4) the gravy had a skin on it. (5) even the prosecco was not as nice as the previous evening - it tasted sugary! (6) the food generally was not nice and cold (7) the table was dirty and they did clean it when asked (8) service was slow - a lack of staff (9) the chunky chips were soggy. We did wonder if there was even a chef in the kitchen! The manageress was apologetic and did not charge us for the deserts, by way of an apology. When we checked out, the guy before us who was also checking out also complained about the food -so it was not just us. Also - breakfast was table service - not a buffet. As the hotel was clearly short staffed, the service in the morning was also slow. Generally disappointing - as otherwise the hotel was fine. It seemed to be consistent with management keeping the hotel short-staffed. Unwise!
Food, both dinner and breakfast were really nice. Our room was small but perfectly ok for one night and the public rooms were exactly what we wanted. Comfortable and friendly.
A stronger shower would have made a difference.
Friendly staff, good food, characterful, easy parking.
My room. I drew the short straw . Noisy above the kitchen extractor fan. Poor shower. Small. Etc
Room was as small as you could make it and the shower was truly pathetic. They'd obviously spent a lot of money doing the place up but prioritized their profit way above the comfort of the actual paying customer. Very disappointing, particularly since it was obviously once a charming coaching inn. All show and very little substance........
Courtyard garden
Breakfast
Good choice and quality of food. Staff excellent.
Bed a little uncomfortable but otherwise room ok.
Clean, friendly and perfect
A smaller cheaper offering for breakfast for people working would be good
Very good choice and quality
Can't really say
An attractive and comfortable establishment.
Wi-Fi strength was particularly poor. Staff were very friendly but lacked any sense of urgency.
a very welcoming environment with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was spacious and comfortable - and as we were given a room at the back of the hotel, very peaceful. As well as the usual tea and coffee provision there was a coffee machine, and complimentary home-made cookies. Food was of high quality; local-sourced meat and veg, very tasty, cooked to perfection - had dinner, breakfast and lunch there. Very useful to have plenty of parking at the rear, as the hotel sits on the main road through Pershore. Would definitely want to stay there again!
it was all good
Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Tea n coffee available. Greeted by Zac who checked us in. Process was fast and fuss free. Zac showed us to our room and offered to carry our bags (unusual these days in many hotels). Check out equally fast and again fuss free.
Minor criticism!. There were two chairs in the room which were not particularly comfortable.
Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful
Really uncomfortable beds and not one single thing set in place for my Mum who struggles with mobility
The location and parking. Room was clean.
I was disappointed with the room as very small. The bathroom was also small. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. There was no help with our bags on checking in. The following morning we were just pointed to a table. There was no breakfast menu so we had to ask for one The service was very Slow. There was no offer of a second cup of coffee my partner had to go to reception and find someone for a second coffee, Staff seemed distracted and not great at customer service. Checking in we waited at reception. Checking out was even worse as 2 members of staff walked past us and not one stopped so again waited to check out. Sorry but wouldn't stay again. I think the price we paid it was expensive. not a 5 stars hotel
Almost everything
No television reception apart from BBC
Comfortable Well decorated rooms Lively bar and restaurant Friendly staff
Very well-trained staff, professional and friendly
The staff were excellent, in particular, Roz on reception. She was very helpful and welcoming.
Nice period property , car parking
Only complaint/ observation is the curtains were very light and the sunshine made the room bright at 6.30am
Staff
An exceptional hotel with lovely facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly situated for my visit. I sadly don't eat breakfast! But what was on offer looked very enjoyable for those who do. The
There was nothing not to like! I would certainly go back again.
Efficient check in and warm friendly. welcome. Lovely cosy room.
Nothing!
Dinner
The Bed Very hard and uncomfortable. Sheets not good quality
Nice staff Great location Delicious breakfast Complimentary parking Decent size room Great location Pretty beer garden but too cold outside to enjoy
Cold bedroom Thin pillows and not enough bedding Weak water pressure
The staff were very good. Restaurant very helpful and good food. It was a really enjoyable stay
The room could have done with a paint touch up in places
