Great location, fabulous staff who were exceptionally helpful and a lovely room. Bed was comfortable (if you like firm, which I do).

There is little room in the bathroom to put out your toiletries (we put ours in the closet). There was only one hook for a towel in our relatives’ room, although we had more. Pillows were those memory foam things; they felt like rocks :| . Oddly, the music in the dining room where breakfast was served only plays one song, same with the elevator to get there. I guess they don’t want you to stay too long. Other than that, it was great.

Great location in the centre of the city. Perfect blend of luxury and home comfort. The service is exceptional. Luggage taken and collected from our room, staff coming in early so we could have an early breakfast , airport drop off arranged. The hotel also has 3 popular restaurants just outside the main door, which are excellent and not the usual sterile hotel offering. This hotel is definately where i would sray in Palermo.

Just be aware cars cannot reach the hotel but will drop you 25m away, as a positive this makes it super quiet. If you call reception they will give you detailed instructions to give to your taxi driver, another great example of the level of service.

Great gym and spa. My massage was excellent

This is a gorgeous hotel in a beautiful old building where the history is preserved but all modern luxuries are included. We booked a session in the spa for 55euros and it was well worth it - pool, jacuzzi, salt room, steam room and sauna. The staff are lovely and really helpful. It’s just off one of the main shopping streets so easy access to the historic area and you can wander all the streets shopping or eating! When we left we walked to the station which was about 12 minutes but all flat and easy to do with a suitcase. This was easier than getting a taxi.

Our bathroom was dirty with black mould. This let the room down. Lack of full length mirror and a hard bed also made it uncomfortable.

Отдельное спасибо Луизе за прекрасный массаж!очень советую всем посетить и взять пакет спа,эмоции не заставят себя ждать) Отель расположен в прекрасном и тихом месте,а главное в центре )шум в отеле не слышен,хотя жизнь на улицах начинается после 21 и очень шумно. В отеле очень тихо и спокойно! Обязательно вернемся еще!прекрасное место спасибо всему персоналу!!!!

Location is good, just off the Main Street. Hotel is quiet despite being approximately 50 meters from busy bars and restaurants. Nicely restored old building. Spa massage was good. Very friendly staff. Breakfast served outdoors on roof with nice view, fair food selection.

Bathroom in a family bedroom had no door and is separated by a wall only, with no privacy in a room shared by 4. Bathroom shower needed maintenance attention. No on premises staff after 10pm (a staff member can come if called and needed). Aircon leaking all over breakfast area floor making it wet every morning and it was hot in the breakfast area. Overpriced room rate in terms of value for money.

The hotel is based in central location. The room was very clean. The stuff was very helpful and positive. Roxana helped us for lots of questions and requests. Such a beautiful team they have!

Incredibly helpful staff at a lovely hotel in the heart of historic Palermo. The receptionists in particular were just incredible - so wanted to help make our stay a memorable one.

I really can’t think of anything. We stayed there for 2 weeks and we’d go back for another two weeks tomorrow. Actually that has made me think of something small - what a wonderful life played in the lift for 2 weeks. I didn’t think it was possible to get tired of that song….but turns out, you can!

I was surprised at how central it was. Right in the heart of Palermo. And it was super quiet despite being next to one of the busiest streets in the city.

The only downside was the wifi signal was very poor so I had to hotspot.

The hotel was not very clean. There was no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries and no hooks to hang towels or clothes. The bathtub drain was blocked, so the water did not drain properly while showering. Overall, the bathroom needs better maintenance and improvements.

Our room was a bit noisy, right next to an alleyway.

I cannot say enough about this amazing place. My family has come here for 4 years and it is the highlight of our trip every time. Roxanna remembers us, our children's names and is the most exceptional and warm person I have met. This place is so special and goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests (our children even beg us to come here)! I won't stay anywhere else in Palermo. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the location is central to everything while being a quiet haven at the end of a long day exploring. The incredible staff will order you dinner from any of their 3 restaurants and bring it to your room, we have small children and this has saved us from many evening meltdowns. Their rooftop breakfast is incredible for the food and the views of the city. Do yourself a favor and book Palazzo SANTAMARINA now, you will not regret it!

Très bon emplacement, quartier sécurisé. Personnel très gentil et aidant. Tout est propre. La salle de sport est complète ce qui est un bon avantage.

Pas de place de parking pour se garer. Devoir faire 15 minutes à pied pour rejoindre sa voiture. La piscine n’est pas inclue dans le logement de l’hôtel, ce qui n’est pas bien indiqué. J’ai réservé cet hôtel notamment pour la piscine, assez déçu. Le personnel nous a demandé 55 euros par personne pour pouvoir y accéder … À LA JOURNÉE. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus diversifié. Quand on y mange plusieurs fois on peut vite se lasser.

A lovely little oasis in the middle of the city. Good location, big rooms, and helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast was ok, nothing special. There was no barista, the coffee was self serve from a machine.

Die Musik beim Frühstück war viel zu laut und hat nichts mit Italien zu tun. Das ist keine Technoparty. Das Buffet war viel zu schnell. Viel zu leer wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Kaffeemaschine ging mehrmals nicht. Unser Zimmer war extrem laut. Nächstes Mal wollen wir wieder unser Zimmer haben, was wir immer haben.

The location was great. The gym was very good.

The bathroom in our apartment had a terrible smell (sewerage), we did mention it to staff but the issue was not fixed. To use the spa was at an additional cost of €55 per person per use. Considered the cost of the room I was expecting this to be included. The floor of our room was not clean.

The staff at this hotel are so lovely! Very accommodating with storing luggage after check out or before check-in. The hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooms were great. Lots of space. Very clean. Gym was surprisingly well equipped and was excellent to use.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado pero no se puede acceder en coche ni en taxi. Queda a 100 mt pero el personal te ayuda a transportar el equipaje. El personal es súper amable.

Room was very disappointing for the money. Looked onto a wall and interior walls. Right by the spa so had massage music all evening and a lot of banging about from above. Bathroom was awkward, had to stand on a box to see the mirror, sink blocked.breakfast pretty average.

The Palazzo is located in the centre of the historical district of Palermo. The rooms are very comfortable, cool (it was 32 deg C outside) and clean. The staff are brilliant - very friendly, professional and very helpful.

A very minor criticism. The breakfast, which was more than adequate, wasn’t quite as extensive, or as good, as others we had had in Sicily. In particular, the savoury bread was disappointing. On the plus side we were given specially squeezed orange juice.

Great location, lovely rooms and very nice staff.

Breakfast was a bit odd. Cold eggs, no milk left out for cereals and tea, or tea mugs left out. It would be nice as well if you could still get a drink in the evening as the courtyard is a lovely spot to stop when you come back from dinner.
