Scale per arrivare in camera molto ripide, difficoltoso con i bagagli, uno dei cuscini maleodorante, la proprietaria è stata cortese solo in loco e il giorno antecedente, ma purtroppo quando l’abbiamo contattata 3 settimane prima per informazioni si è rivelata molto poco disponibile a fornirci tali informazioni risultando infastidita e dunque scortese

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un contrattempo col volo che dalle 11 di sera è atterrato all'1 di notte: avvisando la proprietaria che è stata disponibile per fortuna è andato tutto bene! La camera davvero bella, curata, di buon gusto e con tutti i servizi necessari! Grazie mille Antonia!

Tout ce dont nous avions besoin y était (juste frigo un peu petit..😅) Quartier très charmant même si c'est un peu compliqué de marcher avec les bagages..🥵😅 L'hôte Antonia est une personne très sympathique, très agréable, très à l'écoute. Elle a su répondre à toutes nos questions et nous renseigne. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour là-bas. C'était top ! 👍😍

Va recomand aceasta locatie daca vreti sa traiti intr-un labirint de case extrem de pitoresc si autentic italian! :) Gazda a fost draguta si amabila. Plata a fost usoara, cu cardul la proprietate.

A huge thank you to Antonia for being such an attentive host and for her incredibly quick responses to all our messages. We also want to give a special thank you for the lovely gift she gave to our daughter, it was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! Even though we stayed for only one night, we felt very welcomed

Lo staff ci ha accolto in modo ottimale... l' appartamente è molto carino e ben tenuto. grazie dell' ospitalità. Molto consigliato per chi vuole visitare la zona e non stare nella confusione.

De douche zou iets beter schoon gemaakt kunnen worden (voegen) maar dat was het enige.

Reviewed May 22, 2026Bitetto, hai come l’impressione di essere al centro di tutto pur non essendoci molto, ma Bari, Matera e molte perle della Puglia, sono facilmente raggiungibili. La “Maison da Francy” è il luogo perfetto dove soggiornare, rilassante, accogliente, associato alla cura e premura di Antonia che impreziosisce il tutto. Bagno spazioso, ambiente pulito.
Se devo trovare un difetto, di poco conto, e che non compromette il giudizio positivo, difettava di un po di insonorizzazione, ma io sono abituato a vivere in mezzo al nulla.

We were enchanted by the lovely town of Bitetto and would definitely come back. The breakfast was great and very authentic. Overall we were very pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay.

Reviewed May 8, 2026La réactivité, la serviabilité et la disponibilité de l hôte. N hésite pas à proposer son aide (réserve un bon resto pour nous) Le charme du quartier ainsi que de la chambre. Petit déjeuner à prendre au café à 2min à pied de la chambre (café et croissant). Bon rapport qualité prix surtout si vous êtes désireux d être proche de l aéroport.
Avoir les informations (acces parking privé, organisation petit déjeuner, les clés de la chambre, wifi) au compte goutte. Une ventilation devrait être envisagée pour améliorer la qualité de la chambre en réduisant les odeurs d humidité. Mal insonorisée

Geen warm water in douche maar dat hadden we onze gastvrouw moeten doorgeven.

The location is excellent – right in the old town (ZTL area), yet they provide a free parking space, which is a big advantage. It is also very close to Bari and only about 20 minutes from the airport. Communication with the host was very easy, and self check-in is available, which makes the stay even more convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and practical stay.

À la moindre question, nous pouvions la contacter sur whatsapp. De plus, elle nous a donné des bonnes adresses de restaurants et de commerce de proximité. Le ménage était fait tous les jours. Je salue la propreté du B&B. Je recommande vivement.

Eramos tres personas y estuvimos comodos apesar de no ser tan amplia. Pudimos hacernos te y cafe, ya que tenia implementos para hacerlo. Tazas y utensillos Limpieza optima
Bastante confuso llegar , pues la direccion que aparece no es la correcta. Nos ayudaron los vecinos.Poco amable en tratar de ayudarnos, la persona con la que hicimos el check in Nos aseguraron que habia parking, y resulto vedada la zona para ingresar con auto.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025Sicuramente la struttura è carina, sembra di entrare in una grotta. Letto comodo, arredamento sobrio.Doccia piccola,senza nessun supporto per shampoo e altro.
Mancanza di finestre, per aerare. In bagno, neanche un aspiratore e nessun appendino per gli asciugamani. La colazione poteva essere consumata tranquillamente in struttura, senza recarsi al bar,inoltre la domenica, ultimo giorno senza preavviso il bar era chiuso. Secondo noi l'host non è molto preparata per questo.

It's located along a maze of lovely little streets, and the parking is just a 3-min walk away, with instructions thoroughly provided by the lovely host, Antonia. We needed an overnight stay to catch a ferry the next day in Bari, but if we could stay a week in town, we would have so loved to extend our booking as the room is SO wonderful. It was clean, well-equipped with more amenities than we needed, perfect in size, and has the loveliest, prettiest interior! We could live in it forever! And for the price we paid, it truly exceeded our expectations. On top of that, Antonia is such a wonderful host, very kind and was present for any questions we had, from the time we made the booking, up to the day we checked out - a testament to her hospitality and the ratings this property has online. Can NOT recommend this property enough. Thank you!

Nous avons eu de la chance de croiser le chemin du très belle personne. Merci pour tout Antonia ! Et Bitteto est un joli village qui mérite le détour. La chambre est très bien situé et très calme et propre. Super comfortable. Une belle etape pas très loin de l'aéroport de Bari. Je recommande.

Only one thing: no tea bags (there was a beautiful tea pot that we really wanted to use).
