No hot water and toilet flush is broken

Good location, clean and staff friendly. Easy to find food and drink as well as any amenities that you need.

The power outlet was far from bed. Difficult for me to charge my phone plus the wifi password was not working. Luckily my data is still good.

Hotel is a nice, and new hotel with an excellent location. There are plenty of parking spaces, so parking is never a problem. It is also surrounded by food courts and a supermarket, making it very convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The soundproofing is poor, as I could clearly hear people walking in the hallway, doors closing, conversations, and even coughing from other rooms. The number of power outlets in the room is also very limited, making it inconvenient to charge multiple devices. The breakfast selection is quite limited, with only two options each day—either bakery items or nasi lemak—and the menu was the same throughout my stay. Overall, the hotel has a good location, ample parking, and is surrounded by plenty of dining options. With better soundproofing, more power outlets, improved breakfast variety, and stronger pest control, it would provide a much better guest experience.

Unfortunately, on my last day, I found a cockroach in my room, which was disappointing and affected my overall impression of the hotel.

Everything, seems luxurious inside but normal outside in a good way. Like a high end hotel but in a small capicity of expences.

The internet coverage. Sometimes not connecting, it kinda a bored because you have to use your mobile data. But its okay

i can hear guy next door snores, and moan as well. And for the last time u guys punya water heater not working. At least provide a staff to show that youre working not some "okay i will further your report" kind of thing.

Nothing...I like everything about the hotel. Except for parking. Quite difficult to find parking during the day.

Dekat dengan mall, senang nak cari makan.

Kawasan tak kuat line telefon, kadang no service. Wifi ada tapi wifi pun sama tak okey.

Sangat berpuas hati tempat makan pun mudah dan mall jugak di bawa saja tak payah pergi jauh..dan selesa kebersihan hotel pun amat selesa..

You can hear when other room Open their pipe from bathroom. But I think its only at middle room. Because 2nd Day I change room, no water sound from other room bathroom hear.
