Clean and warm

It was very clean well located and the neighbour next door who lives theren was friendly

Great basic accommodation right in the middle of Buncrana. Honestly, I don't understand some of the negative reviews here. It's budget accommodation so of course the decor is a little dated but it's clean, bedding is fresh, location is great, free parking, all the kitchen essentials are there and price is great.

The address is incorrect on this (Maryam messages you the correct address and eircode). You park behind the Cruiskeen Lawn Bar if you want to search for it on google maps

How clean and fresh

Widow up stairs cracked . No tv working. Bought a new remote still wouldn't work .. apartment beside a pub . It was load and fighting..

Really central location to Buncrana main street, which was excellent. House is basic, but clean and comfortable. It served our purpose well for somewhere to rest our heads. Host was friendly and communication with them was good.

Central location, easy access to town. My friends bedrooms were fine. Bathroom clean and the shower was good.

Unfortunately I had the bedroom on the top floor and I was disappointed. The bed had a stick in the middle underneath, I'm guessing it had been used with vigour, it wasn't very comfy. The room itself was very warm due to the warm weather and the windows wouldn't open more but the bit they could meant it was noisy till late, for a Monday night I didn't expect that. The last thing was there was no door handle on my door - very odd!

It was just perfect in everyway apart from no WiFi which we where informed about before our stay

Bathroom recently renovated.

The apartment is located above a pub with music (not exactly quiet) until late at night on Saturday and you can hear it a lot in the rooms. Quite difficult to fall asleep.

No WiFi. Lack of towels. The 2 bath towels available are despicable. If you are running a business where you host people, you ought to have multiple fresh towels at your disposal.

Place was absolutely filthy i suspect the sheets were not changed. No television and wet towels hanging over the banusters certaintly woukd not recomend it in fact would totally discourage it

Location was excellent. The key box was a brilliant idea as your not rushing to get there at certain time! Apartment was very clean had all the basics tea coffee.. all shops are just a couple minutes walk. The host herself was lovely to deal with would definitely use again.

Maybe to have WiFi but I understand they are trying to get it sorted.

Pile of smelly, congealed fat in grill from previous occupants. Crockery and cooking equipment dirty. Stained carpets, sofas. Could do with deep clean and painted. Tv didn't work as no aerial or WiFi. Only 2 forks for 4 people.

For a self-crating apartment you’d expect the fridge to be clean, as it put us off cooking in the apartment, due to the dirt of the fridge. Also for having a apartment rented out you’d expect all the plugs to be working, this place could do better if a little time an thought went into the place

I was in derry when i contacted saying i wpuld arrive between 1500 and 1600 to be told appartment is not ready for 24 hours i had to book another hotel and still waiting a refund

the address I was given was incorrect, and judging by the reaction from the neighbours, this was a regular occurrence. Also, the bed broke on the first night and I had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. When I contacted the owner, whilst not being unpleasant about it, they were not in a position to fix the problem during my stay.

Location Onsite parking.

1. No heating in 3 of the rooms. 2. No lights working in upstairs bedroom. 3. No handle on door of upstairs bedroom 4. No glasses in kitchen. 5. Owner never answered my queries after we arrived. 6. No TV 7. No wifi. 8. No large towels in bathroom. 9. No storage in upstairs bedroom, just hangers on back of the door. Luckily we are not very fussy and we were away most of the time so had no reason to be in the property save for sleeping.. This property would not be suitable for ladies. The owner was engaging before we arrived but I sent two queries whilst there but got no answer. Overall not a great experience.
