Reviewed Sep 6, 2026everything was good & smooth. the host was very helpful & hv video on how to get to parking & get key from mailbox. bilik ada dua 1 queen bed 1 single bed, ada tilam spare. ada wifi for youtube on TV. ada washing machine, towels, fridge semua lengkap. the property management also very smooth. the pool was amazing & cantik. need to pay deposit before enter but get back depo after check out very quick.
all nice, just the water pressure for toilet a bit slow, & bilik single bed sebelah bilik kumpul air sejuk so a bit bising if u r a light sleeper

One thing to note is that a security deposit was requested before checking in, which wasn’t mentioned on the listing. At first this made me feel a little uneasy, but the host handled it very professionally—checked the house quickly and returned the deposit within just a few hours after check-out. Overall, it was still a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this homestay to others.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2024The house very clean, nice decorations, facilities also good. The swimming pool really attractive since I brought my family.
Signage at the parking area should be increased. We took about half an hour to check in. We did not know how to get to the entrance to the lift. Luckily there's a man came out and we noticed that was the door to get to the lift. One more thing, our apartment pass got problem and thus we needed help from the security guard for each time entering.

Reviewed May 6, 2024We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean & tidy.. complete with kitchen unit, cleaning tools, washing machine, TV & WiFi. Check in process was smooth & easy cuma the security guard tk fhm sgt BM /Eng.. berpusing jgk nak cari tmpt Mailbox utk collect kunci. Big swimming pool kids love it.. 7E, self laundry, mini mart are just down the building... highly recommended.
the sound from the next room (the water distribution room or something) quite loud..
