Booking.com rate was 3x $$$$$ the weekend rate and 2 week no cancellation lock gave no flex. We were told via email, breakfast was included and then arrival was told it wasnt. Staff member told us to wait to resolve (as they couldn’t) w other staff the next am. Expensive ($21/night) Parking in elevator garage so tight my husband refused to move the car the 3 days we were there. Plus parking rate of $21/day was for 12-18 hour hotel timing. Said they would charge us more if we didnt get out of garage by 12:00 last day. Automatic door open, Toilet room light illuminates the whole bedroom and awakens EVERYONE. Upon request, manager agreed to meet w us and didnt show up. Don’t stay here.
