部屋はとても快適で清潔だった。 全体的に過ごしやすかったです。 シャワーの水圧も強かった。 駅からも遠くなく、ホテル周りにコンビニや食べ物やがあるので困りません。 またその周辺はローカルの韓国が見れてとても興味深いです。

リフトが無いので3階までスーツケースを持って行くのが大変だった。 シャワーとトイレが一緒なので、シャワーカーテンで仕切ってもトイレの床が濡れます。

We feel like a local while staying here, surrounding with local eateries (DON Chicken was delicious!) and convenience stores. Bus stop & metro station are nearby but we found traveling with bus was easier, 20-30 minutes to major spots of Seoul. The place is some 200m off the main road, but very quiet at night. The flat is very clean and offers good amenities, good space for family of 4. Access to the flat is easy and the host agent was very responsive. Just be aware that there is no elevator but it is only 2 flights of stair.

エレベーターがなく、荷物を持って 階段を登るのが大変でした。

동대문에서 일 보고 늦게 들어온 하루였는데, 이 숙소 덕분에 컨디션 잘 회복했습니다. 생각보다 숙소 컨디션이 좋아서 들어오자마자 기분이 편안해졌고, 침대도 편해서 짧은 1박인데도 푹 잘 수 있었어요. 교통도 좋아 이동이 편했고, 호스트분도 응답 빠르고 친절하게 안내해주셔서 전혀 불편함 없었습니다. 정수기랑 세탁기가 있어서 실용적인 점도 좋았고요. 다음에 근처 올 일 있으면 다시 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Le logement est propre, confortable, pas loin du station de métro, on s’est senti comme à la maison. Et la petite attention de l’hôte et sa disponibilité nous a touché. Merci

It was a hotel where we urgently looked for it because of the schedule There were enough water purifiers and convenience facilities for two people to stay. If there are two people, a bed can be added, and the room area is large. Transportation is convenient, and the host informs you of nearby restaurants so you can eat. The cleanliness and hosting were perfect, so I decided to visit again with my friends next time. And each room has an air conditioner, so I thought it would be comfortable even when it's hot. I don't think there were many stairs even though it was on the third floor. Best interior, cleanliness, transportation is so great. It was okay to walk because Dongdaemun was close. The location was located in the center of the city, so it was good to go around, and there were two convenience stores near the accommodation, so it was good to buy something to eat and enter. It's a non-face-to-face check-in, and there was a notice right away when the keypad was difficult.

Staying here in Seoul truly felt like coming home after a long day. From the moment we opened the door, the place was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and instantly comfortable. It was one of those spaces where you know right away you made the right choice. The apartment was even nicer in person than in the photos. The living room was spacious and filled with natural light, making mornings especially pleasant. It’s the kind of place where you naturally end up taking more photos because the space feels warm and alive. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept very well throughout our stay. Having a water purifier, washing machine, and dryer made a huge difference—especially for a multi-day stay. We traveled with both elderly family members and a child, and everyone agreed the place was clean, quiet, and very easy to relax in. The location is another big plus. Getting to Seongsu, Euljiro, Hongdae, and even Seoul Station was convenient and stress-free. There’s also a convenience store and pharmacy right in front of the building, which made everyday needs incredibly easy to handle. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality. Communication was fast, kind, and thoughtful whenever we had questions. We always felt taken care of, which made the entire stay smooth and worry-free. We rested well, ate well, and slept well here. If we return to Seoul, this is a place we would choose again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

We originally tried to find a place in Seongsu but had no luck, so we booked this accommodation instead — and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is very convenient; the subway station is only a short walk away, making it easy to reach Seongsu, Jongno, and many of the main tourist spots around Seoul. Traveling as a group of three, we really appreciated how simple and efficient our daily routes became. The neighborhood also felt safe and comfortable. There are two convenience stores within a minute’s walk, which made it easy to grab anything we needed, even late at night. The streets around the building stay fairly active, so coming back after dinner or sightseeing felt secure. The room itself was clean and well-equipped. Having both a washer and dryer was incredibly helpful during our trip, and the host provided tea and Korean coffee, which was a nice touch. We also received a local food map from the host, and it made choosing restaurants much easier — everything we tried was great. The space was quiet and comfortable for three people, and we had plenty of room to relax and reset between our activities. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and we’d be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Seoul.

Location was so central to where we wanted to be. Great value for that reason alone. The place also had ondol or in floor heating which was an experience and definitely a need in the winter when we stayed.
