la struttura é accogliente, un vero Riad tipico marocchino! lo staff è molto gentile.

la posizione del riad non è facile da raggiungere, ci si perde molto facilmente per le vie del centro

Mitten in der Medina, mit den vor und Nachteilen. Sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat Anfragen sofort beantwortet.

The property itself was beautiful. Beautifully decorated, comfortable common areas, well equipped kitchen. Layout is kitchen, dining, living room, and toilet/wash in ground floor. 1st floor is two bedrooms and full bath (shower/toilet), 2nd floor is largest bedroom with a funny bathroom in that it’s only a shower and sink—no toilet. That’s where access to the rooftop terraces (yes, two beautiful rooftop terraces) are. Staff is SUPER responsive. Wissam was excellent.

The location is in the middle of the Medina, which is great, right through an ally by Restaurant Revês. But it is an ally with all that entails—cats (and the fish on the side that people leave for the cats), and the smell of cats. Essaouira is the city of cats and seagulls, so it is to be expected. Also, the windows of the house face the parallel street, and there is a club on that street—noise until 2am. If you’re cool with that, great, but be aware.

L'emplacement est parfaitement situé au coeur de la médina et le logement est bien equipé. Les chambre sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. La salle de bain avec les WC au 1er est très jolie. La communication avec Sophie, la propriétaire est parfaite.

Si vous venez en famille et que vous souhaitez un peu de calme le soir pour vous détendre de votre journée et dormir tranquillement alors fuyez le centre de la médina. C'est la fête jusqu'à tard dans la nuit avec musique à fond et les gens qui font le bazar dehors. Impossible de dormir. Prévoyez vos boules quies !!! Par contre si vous aimez sortir jusqu'à très tard alors ce ne sera pas dérangeant. Un parasol sur la terrasse serait un plus pour pouvoir profiter des transats. Un WC au niveau de la troisième chambre niveau 2 serait un plus.

When it started raining, there was some rain inside the house but it didnt really bother. it hardly rains there I think :-)

Emplacement fabuleux au cœur de la vieille medina et à 10min à pied de la plage et du port. Riad très bien aménagé et équipé avec soin. Belle terrasse sur 2 niveaux

J'aurai aimé que notre hôte vienne nous chercher sur la parking car on a mis du temps à se retrouver et nous étions chargés

Riad magnifique, très soigné et très calme. Communication parfaite pour la remise des clés. Je recommande!

Cuisine très pratique avec toutes les commodités, salle de bain parfaites et lits confortables Un plus pour les deux niveaux de terrasse très appréciables pour profiter du soleil Nous recommandons sincèrement ce lieu où nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison

Si, muy práctico para una familia y bien situado. La llegada es un poco sombría entre callejones estrechos, pero por la noche hay luz suficiente.

Ein wunderschönes, komplett renoviertes Riad mitten in der Medina. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Beste Lage mit unzähligen Restaurants und Ladengeschäften direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr viel Platz bei 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 1/2 Bädern und 2 Dachterassen.

Riad-typisch (?) leider ein wenig hellhörig und mit etwas Feuchtigkeit in den Räumen.

Outside noise until midnight (which can’t be helped as facing street with restaurants) so earplugs are needed if you are early sleepers but all quiet with no issues after midnight
