Middagsservering gikk ikke etter forventningene.

Uitzicht, grootte van de kamer

Onvriendelijk personeel, kon geen lachje of praatje vanaf, behalve bij degene die uitcheckte, haar ook compliment gegeven. Slecht geslapen omdat er groep mannelijke Noren was die tot drie in de nacht op terras liepen te schreeuwen. Toen we daar melding van maakte was het enige dat er gezegd werd, ja dat zijn de Noorse mannen... vind dat voor een hotel waar je zoveel geld voor betaald daar wel beter op gelet mag worden. Van de zes weken hotel dit nog geen een keer meegemaakt in de goedkopere hotels. Ontbijt was oud brood en diner begon pas om 20.00 uur en duurde belachelijk lang. Ziel is uit dit hotel, personeel maakt en breekt de business

Fantastisk hotel med fremragende beliggenhed og dejlig mad samt en fin vinkælder

Flotte bygninger i rolige omgivelser noen meter fra sjøen. Et stort pluss at hele hotellet er et kunstgalleri og i tillegg har utstillinger i to egne bygg, samt et stort lokale med en lokalhistorisk utstilling. Hyggelig betjening og veldig god frokost.

Hotel oferuje oprócz doskonałego jedzenia także sporą porcję historii. Bardzo ciekawe muzeum ilustruje historię rodziny Angvik i jej wkład w rozwój gospodarczy tej części Norwegii. Hotel jest bardzo starannie adaptowany w kilku budynkach, które pełniły funkcje gospodarcze. Wszystko jest w nim doskonałe.

Fanastiskt fin plats och god mat. Väldigt trevlig personal. Allt rent och fint.

Litt rot ifb med forhåndsbestilling av middag mao en bagatell

Meget bra generelt.

Frokost for sent. Ikke tv på rom. Dyrt generelt.

Veldig trivelig sted for avslapping. Kjekt å se det flotte museet. Nydelig 5-retters middag. Utrolig trivelige servitører. Så flinke og serviceinnstilte.

Stedet ligger nydelig til ved fjorden! Rommene i felles arealet inviterer til å komme og bli der!

Ingenting

Vi hadde et fint opphold med dere og konserten med Ingebjørg Brattland var grunnen til at vi var der.

Vi syntes at dundynene var for tung og varm.

Pool spa facility was minimal

Kauniisti sisustettu, hyvää ruokaa…. Menun kalaliemi vei kielen mennessään oli niin maistuvaa. Hyvä sänky ja ystävällinen palvelu.

Det var et rikholdig tilbud av ferskt brød og godt pålegg.

Amazing setting and amenities. The spa was wonderful, offering a warm pool, steam room, saunas, showers all with sweeping views of the fjord. Museum and gallery located on the property was very interesting and gave a great history of the property.

Beautiful and very well decorated rooms with amazing lake view. Good delicious breakfast. Location is very quiet and peaceful.

A beautiful hotel on the fjord. Amazing views and comfortable lounges to sit in and take in the scenery. The set 3-course evening meal was delicious - although we found 8.00 pm quite a late time to eat.

Charming historic hotel on a private waterfront perch off the beaten path .. Really lovely onsite restaurant with 5 course dinner option with wine pairings that we really enjoyed .. Breakfast was simple but nice and the staff are all young, local and try super hard and are very sweet .. The suite of rooms we had were very very spacious and the bed was super comfortable

The rooms definitely are in need of a facelift as they are dated and to be honest, quite smelly with that "old musty" smell that builds over time. A refresher of the room accommodation would make a huge difference in justifying the price point of this Hotel which seems slightly overpriced for the quality at present .. But love the historic structure overall

Beautiful location on the banks of the Tingvollfjord. Everything about this hotel was fabulous and it is definitely in my top 3 hotels out of the 30 I stayed at during my 5 week trip around Norway (actually stayed twice)! Amazing food, particularly the tasting menu dinner. Cozy lounges with real fires and amazing views of the fjord / surrounding mountains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back!

Loved the setting, the quiet elegance, the lovely decor and furniture. Enjoyed the celebration of the generations of family having lived there in Angvik. The dining was exceptional and sophisticated. It was truly a memorable stay.

One in a lifetime experience. Everything was just perfect. We loved every detail of the design, the excellent hospitality, the gorgeous veiw, the fine food, the spa.... all these and more.... Thank you!
