Ducassi - Sol caribe Appartahotel Punta Cana Bavaro

The location was okay, check in was easy.

The place is dirty, 5 USD a night for Air Conditioner that doesn’t work. Uncomfortable bed and pillow. Very small place. Salt water for the running water. Worst place ever I stay for one night only . They refuse to refund me for the second night.

Good area

No blanket No toilet paper Plus other items, was told I had to upgrade it but then myself.

Cerca a la playa.

No funciona nada.

I love that it's right next to the beach...n Alex is the best...very accommodating..the resturants n the area is safe...like family

The strong smell of the cleaning products...n the smell of the toilets wasn't nice..like pee even when you clean it but that might be tge water

There was nothing pleasant about this hotel

The apartment was a disaster! They didn't even provide towels, sheets, or even toilet paper! They lie about the hotel air-conditioning. Stating 4 dollars a night. We never turned it on before 10pm, because of the mosquitoes it was necessary. They came and beat on our door 4 days left on our stay say we owed 6600 Dominican pesos or we had to leave. We lost our deposit and left! Horrid experience!! Pushy and rude staff everything was broken in the apartment, falsely advertising stating a washing machine was in the apartment. The water for showers stunk of fish and was straight saltwater. This property should be avoided at all costs and should not be allowed on booking.com

Location, size of apartment, and it was very quiet at night a good bonus.

Place is fasly advertised on booking. When you arrive it looks nothing like the pictures advertised. I will not stay here again. They only accept cash, which is annoying to a point. The bed was broken from the frame, and the toilet seat cover was as well. Furniture is used and beat up.

Nothing horrible and they had the nerve to charge me extra for the electricity

Nothing

Cercano a área

First of all I’ll start with the positive part, we booked very late , due to last minute cancellation from another accommodation, and the employees of Ducassi made it possible that we do have a place to stay. We arrived around 7PM and were informed that the apartment is going to be available only around 11PM! During the check in process we were told that we have to pay in cash and need to take out the money from the ATM across the street- the commission fees were terribly high and I know that it’s not Ducassi employees fault, but I’m more then sure- they know that for sure. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the accommodation. It was filthy!!! Extremely dirty and even after telling that to employees- nothing changed. The apartment didn’t look like in pictures at all, everything was extremely old and worn out. Never again- this experience stole us 5 days of the holidays. No service at all, dirty place and the whole house smelled like cigarettes. The towels were dirty and with holes, the shower was full of (other people) hair and the floor very dirty. It’s hard to find any good things about this place, but maybe the view from the balcony , but that’s about it.

Nada

Apenas a localização.

I liked the area.it more familar n the n i know lots. Of prople in that area.after looking at 4 different rooms finally was happy with the one I got...they need to prepared the cleaning ladies to clean the rooms much better.. Alex n the 3 other guys tgst worked there was excellent

The cleaning women need to clean the rooms better...this is my second time staying there n the cleaning of the room ate poor...the elevator need to be clean at least twice a day...bcuz of the sweat on the walls

Nothing

The room we rented is dirty tired and we were charged $ 20 more than we had expected on the booking. Com price wouldn’t accept card payment only cash. Air conditioner system dipping water all night onto the bedroom creating a large pool of water on the floor, cockroach in the room bedding stained white hairs in the bed, shower old and dirty toilet seat has wrong seat on it ( too small) all furniture old and needs throwing out, place is nothing like the photos the area is definitely sleazy ( offered drugs on the street) and the sea is nowhere near the hotel ! Asked for a different room They said they would send an engineer to check nobody came and when we went to see what was happening, everyone had gone apart from a security man. This is a total Scam!

Is convenient to the beach and market nearby and farmacy, you can walk safe in the neighborhood

1 you can't pay with credit card it has to be dollars or DRP. 2.The picture are deceiving is nothing like the show in this app.. 3.Is nobody to accept your complaint or concern. 4.Sink in bathroom doesn't have water, outlet are loose and with big gaps , doors in bedroom if you closed you get lock out or lock in,they charge for air conditioning and electricity,no mosquito screen in balcony sliding door. 5.no room service or pay 30 dollar per day ,and 2 day out of 5 no water. Entrance light broke. 6.No way to get a refund is a rip off. 7.No coffy pillow,no soup,no enough towels and no toilet paper.really

Good location 👌 close to the beach and shops

The water faucets in the kitchen sink and in the bathroom shower should be changed. Talk with cleaning team to clean the ventilator on the living room. The chairs in the living room need change (where I stayed E-8) Are older and you have no security to sit on them (I know also the guests destroyed the furniture ,but check after them; they need pay if destroyed)

Viele Dinge schlecht montiert, vom Salzhaltigen Wasser zerfressen

Avoid this establishment at all costs ! I booked a 45sqm apartment and they gave me a sordid small room , everything was in decay as it can be seen from my pics. Furthermore, the receptionist who was half drunk when I arrived demanded 15 usd for the air conditioning, cost that was not shown in my booking reservation ; however he insisted that without that money I won’t get the room .. I had to pay as it was late in the evening. I stayed only one night , but this was by far my worst booking experience ever !

The place and the located place

It’s located near everything, the swimming pool on the rooftop, Riccardo is really kind and helpful.

Maybe it should be improved the quality of the furnitures…but overall it’s fine

El clima

Las playas privatizadas por los grandes resortes.

The rooftop pool, the beac, local restaurants!

Lack of info at checkin Kitchen was not checked, dishes were wet in cupboard and some pots and pans and utensils needed to be thrown out, when we brought it to their atttention, items were replaced It was also leaking water under the sink and on to the floor, they did repair this as well. Lots of loud traffic out our windows.

What I liked is that it is close to the beach, you can walk there and there are a variety of restaurants

What I did not like about that hotel is the very unpleasant manager who is not open when you arrive late from the airport there is no staff waiting for you and they do not give you the room that you requested through the application, the bathrooms are unpleasant, the hotel charges you for everything even for the use of electricity and they ask you for a guarantee in advance and in the end they do not return the money they keep it all, my experience that I went on a trip with my friends we had a bad time in that hotel first we rented an apartment with 2 rooms and we arrived and they gave us a mini apartment with a room and 2 beds the next day he was going to give us the room we paid and they told us we had to wait another day for them to give us what we asked for and then he tells us their rules that they charge for everything even when they see hair on the floor they charge you 10 dollars for each hair and that is not in their booking regulations be careful with those kinds of hotels that in the end they steal from you because they do not return the guarantee if they do not ask you for more money.

A localização é boa.

Ninguém me apresentou ou me disse onde ficava a piscina do Hotel.

N/a

Realmente pesima atencion

It was not the same in the web page and for one day charge me 20 dollars extra for light and most off the time nobody in reception plus the tv control no battery no sheet

Me dejaron si.

The AC doesn't work. The place is extreme hot on the night. we can't sleep there. I called and messaged for the owner and He never answered back. While I did my check out, the owner stolen me $31 USD for energy power, He told me I must paid him for the electrical power.

it's good apartment with all the necessary luxury to make your stay comfortable you have everything around you spa restaurant cafe

the location is bit not good

Lokalizacja, basen

Nothing

Rude Italian scammer at the front desk tried to scam me and I left. He said "You're on camera" when I tried to leave and wouldn't give me my ID back. Horrible! Will never return

Proximity to attractions and beaches Cozy and well-decorated spaces with comfortable beds, modern furniture, and enough room to relax would be great. A well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and air conditioning there was a spotless environment

They don't change towels, you have to paid for extra towels too if there was an laundry was it better because laundry facilities can make a stay more convenient.

Price

Very loud music downstairs until after 12am. Couldn't sleep.

Nada

Ubicado cerca a locales comerciales

Está muy mal cuidado , instalaciones Dañadas . El sector es demasiado ruidoso .

Rete Wi-Fi ottima, host attento ad ogni esigenza e spiaggia e ristoranti a pochi passi
