Reviewed May 25, 20261. Harga hampir rm300 untuk 2 unit bukan harga yg murah. Jadi saya expect padan dengan harga 2. masuk2 je macam ni ke homestay.. Nampak macam masuk rumah sewa. Buruk tak apa, kebersihan tu memang out. 3. Masuk2 terus jumpa lipas, lantai ada, dekat dinding pun ada.. 4. Nak duduk atas kerusi, belum2 apa kerusi dah patah.. 5. Aircond xsejuk.. tak tau la sama ada kurang gas @ econ kecik xpadan dengan keluasan bilik. Dari malam ke pagi. langsung tidur tak pakai selimut. 6. pelapik katil, alahai.. nak tidur pun takut.. kan tiba2 patah ke apa.. adoi.. 7. Parking pun kena bayar. Masa minta amik kunci, kata ada acces card apa semua.. 8. Overall 1/10. Saya merasakan tertipu dengan review di apps.. 9. Dengan kena bagi deposit rm100, kena bg ic @ lesen, bayar rm50 untuk kebersihan, kena hntar gambar checkout. langsung x berpadanan dengan apa yg customer dapat..

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026The information provided for this property is extremely unclear and poorly managed. The guidelines are blurry, outdated, and inaccurate. Basic directions were wrong as the parking was stated to be in the same row as Pizza Hut, but it was actually near another restaurant (Hainan Chicken). Because of this misinformation, I had to drive around the mall 4–5 times just to locate it. Completely unacceptable. Also there is no kiblat direction provided in the unit, and there is no mirror at all except inside the toilet. These are basic amenities that should not be overlooked. On top of that, the house rules are unreasonable and illogical. Guests are charged if any trash is left behind, despite a trash bin being provided in the unit. What exactly is the purpose of providing a bin if guests are penalised for using it? This policy appears excessive and unfair. Overall, the management needs serious improvement in communication, accuracy, and basic hospitality standards!

Bad customer service Not helpful at all Broken sofa, no wifi at all (during that time the staf said internet was about to be repaired) Stagnant water and smelly bathroom due to stagnant water accumulated Staf asked customer to leave keys for internet to be fixed (not professional at all) Very poor and old furniture Broken sofa, you cant sit at all, not comfortable and not safe for elderly person Staf not helpful and responded well, Very arrogant and not professional I booked for 2 nights but just stay for one night because of very bad facility, very poor management of unit, they said plumber will fix the problem after our stay (very unprofessional and not respecting the customer's right) Until now (after 24 hours completed still no deposit returned) Not recommended at all, very filthy and disgusting place

Threatened not to provide me with check-in instructions if I didn't make an overseas transfer into someone's personal bank account as a "deposit." BE CAREFUL! They have a deposit policy that keeps your money for 3 - 5 business days after you check-out as though they are a shadow bank. Check-in experience was terrible, I had to beg them to allow me to pay them a cash deposit because I'm not a local and I don't have a Malaysian bank account. Finally, a cleaning lady took cash and gave me the keys to the room. The building looks like a dark, scary and filthy prison. The building is so old and dirty. People leave their dirty and smelly shoes outside of their doors with trash bags, etc... The room was so dirty and nasty! I paid for two days but only stayed one night because I was so uncomfortable. I didn't want to sleep in the bed so I laid my personal clothes down over the bed to sleep on. The toilet, sink, floor, walls, everything was disgustingly dirty, and the furniture was falling apart. The TV didn't work, etc... Literally was like a horror show. I've attached some pictures below.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025Love the price & the location of the stay if you have business around Putrajaya & Bangi. It's quite secluded from others, but some units with permanent residents make you feel safe. There's 7e near the lobby which helps a lot when in need at wee hours. There are lots of parking lots. The fee wasn't pricey. Went there in July 2024 - a day park cost me RM4.40 which is a bargain.
With the price offered, you can't be choosy with the facilities provided. The unit is basically basics if you need a place to rest after a long, tiring day at work. I assumed there are few units offered as some of the pictures in the gallery didn't match the unit I've got. The one I've got, the bed & pillow weren't really comfortable. The toilet was quite stuffy with a worrying door knob that may cause you stuck inside the toilet. 😂

The experience was awful. First of all there were worms in the toilet and the stove was broken to when we contacted the owner they didn’t responded neither did they provide us any help and to cover it all up they said they gonna give us 5 rm to give a good review so that explains all the good reviews even tho the experience is awful. Not to mention they also used fake photos of the place it didn’t matched from what we saw while booking it.
