Чудова квартира зі всіма зручностями ! Недалеко від Євро парламенту . Було дуже чисто ! Постіль просто шикарна . З плюсів ще відмічу , що були залишені капсули для кави , чай , для посудомийки , пральний порошок ! Все необхідне було !

We had a wonderful stay at Newton Boutique Hotel Residences. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and very pleasant for our family. What made our experience even more special was the kindness and hospitality of Madeleine and the entire Newton Team. They were incredibly helpful, responsive and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Communication was excellent, and we genuinely felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Madeleine for the warmth, kindness and professionalism throughout our stay, it truly made a difference. ❤️ We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again. Highly recommended, especially for families. Thank you for making our stay in Brussels even more memorable! 🙏🏼❤️

Light from the windows

Smell in the lobby, persistent alarm in the lobby for two days, late night shouting and noise on the street

L'appartement est bien équipé, confortable, bien aménagé même pour quatre (nous étions deux adultes deux enfants - le canapé lit était très confortable). Lumineux, il est situé dans un quartier calme avec quelques commerces pas loin et un arrêt de bus permettant de rallier le métro en 10 minutes.

Un peu excentré même si ça a le mérite du calme. L'absence totale de personnel peut déconcerter (tout se fait en autonomie).

Really comfortable room, bed and bathroom. Nice vibe and quiet neighborhood.

We had no complaints

Checking in was convenient, getting to the location was easy enough. Close to the bus stop which is quite handy.

The accommodation was not worth the price I paid for it. Not sure if they jacked up the prices because of the BTS concert that was happening that time but that definitely was not worth 2kAUD for 3 nights. They did not provide any electric fan or any cooling device when there was a heatwave at that time. We had to open up the windows to let some air in, which led to to street noise being heard. The toilet was not that clean either.

Unfortunately, this wasn't the right choice for us. We had already stayed here about a year before, so we trusted we would have a good experience. Nonetheless, this time it didn't meet our expectations. First, considering the heat wave, I asked for a couple of fans to be provided. The staff responded really quickly and nicely, but they offered they might be able to provide only one. I felt pushed to insist that there are two rooms, so we needed two. We were aware that the mattress on a sofa-bed tends to be soft, but we didn't expect to find the same one on the main bed. Lastly, only days before, they emailed to say our room was on the last floor (no elevator). Unfortunately, my 80-year-old mother fell and was on a cast and wheelchair just before coming to Brussels, so I asked if we could please have a room on the first floor. Their answer was that they were wishing us the best, but couldn't do anything to help because we had booked that specific room. I don't know where on the booking it specifically says the floor I am choosing (and I would as a guess be accommodating to others if the staff contacted me to ask if I could change with another family in this situation). I know the accident is not on them, but I was disappointed that they did so little to help. Again: I will repeat our first experience wasn't bad, but this time we were very uncomfortable.

We were very disappointed with this experience. The apartment was extremely stuffy, poorly ventilated, and felt uncomfortable despite opening the doors and windows. Because of my wife’s and my children’s allergies, we had to leave the apartment on the same day for health reasons. We immediately informed the host and requested a refund, but no refund was provided. Instead, we had to book alternative accommodation at our own expense. We believe the property did not meet the expectations created by the listing or the price we paid. We hope Booking.com will review this property carefully to help prevent other families from experiencing the same situation.

- The location of the apartment is very good, with a bus stop right in front of the building. It is possible to reach more central parts of the city within a 5–20 minute ride. The neighborhood is spacious, quiet, and pleasant. There are grocery stores within 100–200 meters. There are also several cafés very close to the apartment. - The building appears to be well maintained. We stayed in the ground-floor “Apartment with terrace.” The apartment was spacious, and the rooms had a good layout. - Both the sofa bed and the double bed were comfortable and clean. - Overall, the apartment had been cleaned well(except curtains). - There was a sufficiently large wardrobe in the bedroom. - The apartment receives a good amount of daylight.

- We stayed for 6 nights. On the 3rd day, we requested cleaning and fresh towels. However, the host informed us that cleaning is not provided for stays shorter than one week. They also said that towels could only be changed if they had very large stains. I think that for stays longer than 3–4 days, the apartment should be cleaned, or at least an easy-to-use vacuum cleaner should be provided so that guests can clean the apartment themselves. - There is no washing machine inside the apartment(apartment with terrace). However, there is a washing machine and a dryer available in a shared area of the building. - There is no door between the kitchen and the room with the sofa. The door in the kitchen that opens onto the terrace is locked. Since the kitchen is not well ventilated, cooking smells spread into the other room and can linger in the apartment. There is an extractor hood above the stove, but it is not very effective. - The bathroom drain does not drain the water efficiently enough, so water accumulates in the bathroom and takes a long time to go away. - Odors from the bathroom/toilet and steam from the shower are not efficiently removed. The bathroom ventilation is inadequate. - Due to the rug-like floor coverings and the very large curtains used in the apartment, the dust load seems quite high. People with dust or dust mite allergies may need to be extra careful. - The area described as a terrace is not really suitable for use. Calling the cushions on the hanging chair dirty would be an understatement. - Only 4-digit codes are used to open both the building entrance door and the apartment door, and these codes are probably not changed very frequently. While inside the apartment, it is not possible to additionally lock the door mechanically with a key or thumb turn lock from the inside. This made us feel unsafe.

No iron the room, no daily cleaning.

Perfect for 3 people. Nice and spacious, excellent facilities, comfy beds and well designed space. Staff were also accommodating and helpful. Would recommend!

Too much sunlight in the mornings and no basic necessities like salt, pepper, oil, tea etc provided in kitchen.

Pokoj z funkcjonalnym aneksem kuchennym. Czysto. Dla mnie ważne było to że działało ogrzewanie i było dobre ciśnienie wody. Warto rozważyć, gdy się przyjechało na jakieś spotkania do instytucji UR. Ok.1.5 km od najważniejszych instytucji UR. Spokojna i bezpieczna dzielnica, blisko Carrefour Express i przystanek na Dworzec, jest też niedaleko przystanek na autobus jeżdżący bezpośrednio na lotnisko.

Locația foarte bună, foarte aproape de toate obiectivele pe care îmi doream sa le vizitez, zona orașului foarte curată și liniștită, facilitățile apartamentului sunt excepționale, decorațiunile interioare foarte frumoase și cu mult stil, check-in facil iar gazdele foarte receptive la solicitările noastre.

Nu pot spune ca este ceva nu mi-a plăcut dar ca sugestii as spune ca o a doua toaleta în camera de baie ar fi fost utila, iar pentru bucătărie as propune gazdelor sa pună la dispoziție și saci pentru colectarea selectiva a deșeurilor reciclabile întrucât înțeleg ca sunt prevederi foarte stricte in acest sens in Bruxelles. Dar acestea nu sunt lucruri care sa ne fi afectat în vreun fel confortul cazarii și frumusețea timpului petrecut în Bruxelles. Mulțumim din suflet gazdelor! 🙏🤗

Vaste appartement très propre et très bien situé.

Un seul petit bémol : les lattes du canapé de couchage d’appoint étaient mal en point.

This apartment looks nice and it is its only advantage. I don’t recommend it to anyone, especially that the price wasn’t the lawest.

-lack of a desk (it was one of the reasons we chose this apartment, but the desk was closed and no one from staff wanted to help us) -sewerage smell from the toilet -tv was turning on randomly by itself and was waking us up in the middle of the night -sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable, so I don’t think this apartment was even for 4 people -only 3 sets of towels, even though we paid and reserved the apartment for four people -very dirty and disgusting curtains -half dead flowers left in the apartment -badly worn plates, glasses and pots (chopping board was moldy) -lack of bedside tables -water didn’t drain in the sink in the toilet

Super espacioso. Con smart TV. Cocina suuuper completa. Céntrico y con bus y metro al ladito. Bonitas instalaciones. Facilidad de acceso con código. Calefacción top.

Lamentablemente estaban en obras, y no nos dieron previo aviso. Por la mañana escuchamos ruidos en el balconcito abrimos la cortina y había tres hombres trabajando ahí, por lo que tuvimos algo de ruido y no pudimos hacer uso de él. De todos modos fueron simpáticos y no sé si fueron ellos que nos dejaron una botella de cava (porque no había nota), no nos lo bebimos porque no sabíamos la procedencia. Por lo demás todo genial.

Good space and attic apartment was clean and functional. Good details on instruction booklet. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Bathroom was an en-suite so,suited a family maybe not 2 couples. Second bed is a sofa.

It’s several flights up so might not suit everyone. Lacked a few finishing touches which we find in other accommodation. Complementary snack or toiletries.

Just a little smell and a light not working in the toilet

El apartamento es espectacular Apartamento deluxe muy cómodo,era un primer piso y aunque no había ascensor no nos importó Tranquilidad absoluta ,no hubo ni un ruido ,por lo que pudimos descansar Poníamos la calefacción cuando llegábamos por la noche y en un momento la casa calentita . Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, cafetera, hervidor, horno,lavavajillas, plancha de ropa, nevera y congelador. La cama muy cómoda El baño estaba en separado en dos partes ,en uno la bañera y dos lavamanos y en otra puerta el Water y un pequeño lavamanos, todo ello en la habitación, uno parte a cada lado de la cama También tiene jna pequeña terraza con una mesa y dos sillas de madera. Fácil aparcar en la misma calle La parada del autobús en la misma calle ,utilizamos el número 63 para ir al centro ,tarda unos 10 minutos. Está a un paseo de la Ciudad Europea Cerca hay un Carrefour pequeño y una panadería

No hay microondas En la cocina solo hay un estor,no hay cortina opaca ,por lo que entra luz y puede molestar a los que duerman em el salón, ya que es una gran sala Separando la habitación del salón hay una gran puerta con cristalera por lo que hay poca intimidad de una cama a otra

Wynajęty przeze mnie apartament z tarasem znajdował się na pierwszym piętrze kamienicy, więc nie trzeba się było zbyt wysoko wspinać po stylowych skądinąd schodach. Przestrzeń była dobrze zagospodarowana, w kuchni wszystkie niezbędne utensylia (szczególnie przydał się toster), dostępne żelazko i deska do prasowania oraz suszarka do włosów. Dobry sygnał wi-fi. Obsługa szybko usunęła zgłoszone usterki. Ładny wystrój.

Brak zamrażarki i piekarnika. Brak zamykanej szafy. Przydałaby się sofa lub fotele. Kołdra była zdecydowanie zbyt ciepła jak na panującą porę roku. Tekstylia czasy świetności mają już dawno za sobą: dziurawe prześcieradło, poszarpane ręczniki, ścierka kuchenna dziurawa i - najłagodniej mówiąc - nieświeża (tak niewiele wystarczy, by zepsuć ogólnie bardzo dobre wrażenie).

Good value money wise considering facility and location, comfy beds, towel heater works, smart TV, heritage building but recently renovated.

Only to consider the absence of elevator and ask for lower floor if it matters (many original buildings in the Old World city centre are like that), otherwise everything is simply perfect!

The place wasn’t he cleanest and the sofa bed in the living room was in a very bad shape.

The property was very conveniently located.

The door handle to the room kept coming loose. The lights did not work next to the bed. The bathroom light above the sink did not work. There was a coffee maker but no coffee.

The very soft bed should be replaced as you will sleep In hole, either a bigger or smaller one. I had sleep diagonally . There is no Fan or AC and the place gets very hot In the summer. Contruction work across the street starts at 7 am.

Our residence in Newton Boutique hotel was just perfect for our needs in our trip. It had everything one might need to have a comfortable stay. It was clean and spacious and the location was very convenient

The apartment was very cosy and clean, and the location was great. You could find everything you needed and the staff were very helpful with the directions and assistance they offered. The neighbourhood was very quiet. We were very happy with our stay.
