Os funcionarios são prestativos, o café da manhã, já incluído na diária, é muito bom e o quarto é bem aplo e espaçoso.

O Hotel disponibiliza um Shuttle Bus para levar os hóspedes do Aeroporto até o Hotel e vice-versa, porém não tem sequer uma placa identificando qual é o ônibus que vai te levar até o seu Hotel...Tive que ficar tentando me comunicar e perguntar aos motoristas qual dos Shuttle Bus me levaria ao Hotel, mas nenhum deles falava Inglês...que dificuldade!!!

This is definitely a place to stay at very reasonable price. Staff and place to stay is very good. Shops next to the hotel and accessing city Centre is quite cheap so overall value for money.

Отлично выспалась. Хороший завтрак. Сотрудники доброжелательны и готовы помочь во всем. Вплоть до того, что проводили к вызванному такси, а не просто помогли вызвать. До центра на такси ок.50 минут. Но такси недорогое, поэтому нормально. Трансфер в аэропорт/из аэропорта. Все понятно и удобно. В общем, отличное место, чтобы отдохнуть на время трансфера, а то и провести пару дней. Реально превосходит ожидания.

We loved the breakfast delicious food and staff cooking the food were beautiful.Free pick up service from airport and drop off also. Gardens were gorgeous.

We didn’t really like the cave room we purchased as a bit of a novelty got there in the evening and not enough light in room. The sheets smelled of cigarette smoke too.

The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated with dream catchers. Also, the breakfast area was very authentic and mesmerizing. In addition, the garden actually had real fruit trees, play ground for kids, and a dining area for visitors.

The lighting needs to be improved in the room so that it is not pitch dark at night. Also, balcony locks may need to be adjusted so that doors are fully sealed. Maybe it is better to have a balcony view as oppose to covering up the entire balcony.

Comfortable accommodation with great facilities near the airport. Airport shuttle was easy to use. After booking staff messaged to let us know where the bus pickup is. We asked staff at the airport passenger service desk (conveniently in front of the pick up area for our terminal) to call the hotel to let them know we needed pickup. Lots of food options and a supermarket underneath the hotel. Great for a long layover.

Would have been nice if there was a curtain between the kids bed and the adult bed so we could keep lights on when little one was asleep.

Großes und sauberes Zimmer. Airport Shuttle (allerdings nur begrenzt!!)

Waren hier nur für eine Nacht, da wir einen frühen Flug hatten. Schade dass es kein Lunchpaket gibt oder das Frühstück bereits um 6 Uhr öffnet, wenn es schon ein Airport-Hotel ist. Schade, dass der Shuttle auch nur zu vollen Zeiten fährt und nicht kontaktiert werden kann, wenn man 2 Minuten später ankommt. Hier ist man gezwungen 1h zu warten, bis der nächste Shuttle kommt.

I was on a 17 hour transit in Shanghai and needed somewhere to have a rest after a long flight before the next one. The hotel staff were nice and allowed me an early check in as I arrived at 9 am. I was leaving at 8 pm the same day so I managed to enjoy free breakfast as well. The room exceeded my expectations, The bed was huge, The room was spacious. I appreciated complementary tea as well as eye patches to soothe my tired eyes. Unfortunately, I left my phone case with my bank cards at the hotel when checked out and it was nice that the staff sent my cards to another hotel so my friend could get them for me when they were on their transit a week later. Thank you for your wonderful and honest service .

Good location if you are planning to travel from Pudong airport - 20 min drive. Surrounded with restaurants and coffee shops. Not close to the city centre which is ok if you are staying only between the flights. Well designed rooms.

Weak or no internet-WI-FI connection. Staff with limited knowledge of English, which produced very complicated conversation.

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens, ideal für eine Übernachtung vor einer längeren Flugreise. Der Shuttle zum Flughafen funktioniert problemlos und kann am Vorabend unkompliziert an der Rezeption angemeldet werden. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt sowie einige Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut.

Einziger Minuspunkt war das Fitnessstudio: Wir haben drei oder vier Geräte ausprobiert und leider waren alle kaputt – danach haben wir aufgegeben. Da das Fitnessstudio aber vermutlich nicht der Hauptgrund für einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist, war das für uns kein großes Problem.

The buffet breakfast was so-so

Zimmer (Gartenzimmer mit Balkon) groß, gut eingeteilt und sehr nett. Ruhig (hinten nur Kanal und Zufahrt). Gutes Frühstücksbuffett. Kostenlose Waschmaschine. Bademäntel (auch für Kinder). Täglich nicht nur Wasser sondern auch Cola im Zimmer, immer Wasserflaschen in der Lobby. Zimmerkühlschrank. Lage im Einkaufszentrum praktisch, einige Gastronomie. Netter Außenbereich am Dach beim Restaurant. Waage im Foyer war praktisch vor Rückflug.

Holzboden am Balkon sehr kaputt, Schrauben standen raus. Wäre mit kleinen Kindern Problem gewesen. Sonnenschirm am Balkon wäre gut. Abholung hat bedingt gut geklappt weil der Bus zu spät war und das Hotel per wechat gemeint hat, wir hätten ihn verpasst. Rücktransfer problemlos aber nur zu bestimmten vorgegebenen Abfahrtszeiten. Keine direkte Metro-Anbindung, ca 10 Minuten bis zum Bus (aber gibt ja preisgünstig didi/taxi).

Personnel très aimable, petit déj très bien, on peut laver son linge et le sècher gratuitement, les chambres sont belles et décorées dans un style tribal très original avec des balcons; a côté de l'hôtel il y a des restaurants et un supermarché très bien fourni. Nous avons passés deux nuits avant notre départ, la navette vert l'aéroport était gratuite. Je recommande pour pour une famille.

Отличный персонал, помогали и отвечали на все мои вопросы. Получилось воспользоваться бесплатным трансфером из аэропорта в отель и из отеля в Диснейленд. Бесплатная вода в бутылках, бесплатный кофе и чай в номере. В мини баре была вода и кола, также бесплатно. Отделка отеля современная, рассчитана на семейных гостей. Отличный завтрак, включен в стоимость (в моем случае).

Отель расположен не очень близко к центру Шанхая. По близости есть несколько ресторанчиков, бургерная, международная кофейня. Метро в 4 км от отеля. Пользовался такси. Доехать до центра днём получалось за 120 юаней. Вечером возвращался за 100 юаней. Понимаю, что это не прямая ответственность отеля, но это если прямо придираться. В остальном всё замечательно!

Gute Lage zum Flughafen und Disneyland. Tolle grosse Zimmer und sehr ruhig. Gratis Shuttle jede Stunde zum Flughafen.

Frühstück war nicht besonders und leider erst ab 7 Uhr (bei früherem Abflug etwas schwierig). Shuttle zum Disneyland nur 1x morgens (7.10 Uhr) und 1x abends 22 Uhr.

This was bittersweet. I booked this as a layover. Unfortunately, due to Juneyao airlines being absolutely incompetent, our flight into Shanghai was delayed 10 hours and we didn't arrive to the property until 3am. So you can imagine how upset we were to find ourselves in such a beautiful hotel, with such a comfortable bed, knowing that we needed to leave again in 4 hours. My advice is to book this accommodation for multiple days. It might be far from the centre, but taxis are cheap in Shanghai. It's a really nice hotel and way better than most of what you'd find in the centre for a higher price. I would also avoid ever flying with Juneyao airlines!

Not having enough time to enjoy the hotel.

The extra large be, washing machine and tumble dryer were really nice to have and sleeping wise, it was very comfortable. The free shuttle was really handy to have for both the airport and Disneyland. The free rosemary and the delivery robot were cute functions as well.

The breakfast was underwhelming, do not think it was worth subsequent nights. Go early! Otherwise some things won't be refilled even though it's a buffet breakfast. Location is quite far from the bus/station/tube/subway if you want to go into the city centre and hailing a ride can get very pricey. There is no way to drive into/beside the hotel as it is located inside a small shopping centre/square place with bollards etc. so it was a little inconvenient when hailing taxis/didi's or when taking large luggage. There was no aircon in the hallways or communal areas.

Abbiamo dormito in questo hotel praticamente 6 ore. Era solo da appoggio per la partenza dall’aeroporto di Pudong. Ma comunque sia la camera era davvero enorme e dotata di qualsiasi cosa. Colazione super !! A 15 minuti dall’aeroporto.

Aan de receptie sprak niemand echt Engels. Communicatie liep dus soms wat moeilijker. Maar oké. Voor ons was de ligging geen probleem, maar om naar de stad te gaan ben je wel 45 minuten onderweg.

The front desk stuff is super helpful. We only stayed one night as we have a long layover at Shanghai. We have to leave the hotel at 6 am the next day, well ahead of their breakfast time. The front desk stuff went out of his way to prepare takeout breakfast for us. Greatly appreciated!

Las instalaciones del hotel están impecables y en muymuy buenas condiciones. Todo el hotel tiene un olor muy agradable a romero y hierbas aromáticas. El desayuno buffet es muy completo y para todos los públicos. El gimnasio del hotel es muy completo y equipado. La habitación cueva nos dejó sin palabras.... espectacular! Totalmente equipada y con sorpresa Incluida. La cama y las almohadas eran muy cómodas. El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto de Pudong gratuito facilitó mucho nuestra partida. I have to give a big shout-out to this hotel near Shanghai Disney! The location is super convenient – just a short drive to the park and airport, yet quiet enough for a good rest. Compared to other places nearby, the price is very reasonable, and the stylish design really stands out – every corner looks great and the whole place is spotlessly clean. But the best part? The lovely ladies at breakfast – they treated us like family, saving food for us when we slept in, packing snacks for the park, and reminding us to bring an umbrella. Their warmth made our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

This this place really is a hidden gem. Arriving i wasn't expecting much, it was hidden between shops. On entering staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was amazing. The bed so comfortable as were the pillow. The breakfast wasn't too bad either. Nice relaxing area to sit outside. I messaged hotel on arrival at airport and within 30 minutes I was collected. The free bus to disney is so handy. Only 1 drop off and pick up time. So if u have early entry u may need to order a didi. It was pretty cheap cost me like $13 aussie. I would stay again here for sure.

My only suggestion is that they start breakfast maybe at 6.30am rather than 7am, cause if u are heading to disney u miss breakfast as u need to be at reception at 7am for the bus.

We had a great experience. The hotel was very well decorated and maintained. There was a big roof terrace garden where you can lounge. The room was clean and spacious. All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast had good options and the service ladies who made fresh food for you were also very kind and pleasant. The shuttle bus service was very handy. I will definitely stay there again if I need to make a layover again.

The first room we went to smelled of cigarette smoke, but when we flagged with the front desk, we were transferred to another room quickly and without any issues

Very nice staff, great outdoor area with kids, play park right at the entrance, massive rooms with beautiful bathtub, all in all it was fantastic. The area seemed not so great at first, but don't be put off, it's actually a fantastic area, people are super nice and very very safe even with 2 kids. (watch out for scooters tho haha) Also free shuttle bus to and from the airport, and to Disneyland, late checkout by default (12pm, but they don't mind 2pm), close to great local shops, and there is a burger king within 20 meters.

Świetny hotel, czysty, byliśmy z 3 dzieci w apartamencie z wanna na tarasie, spaliśmy jedną noc przed wylotem. Hotel zapewnił transfer z i na lotniska - godziny są ustalone ale byli z nami cały czas w kontakcie i wszystko było super. Dobre śniadanie. Fajny wystrój pokoju, zarówno nam jak i dzieciom bardzo się podobało. W okolicy dużo sklepów i restauracji

Kommunikation etwas mühsam. Reservierung Shuttle und Taxi nach Shanghai klappte nicht. Nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit bestellte sie ein neues Taxi mit Aufpreis. Nochmals Wartezeit von 30 Minuten. Am Fluhafen hatte ich 2 Stunden verloren.

I waited over 3 weeks before writing this review, hoping the hotel would follow up on a refund that was promised at check-out. Unfortunately, they have ignored both my messages and those from Booking.com. This experience resulted in a clear lack of trust, and I am not sure why this property is still listed on the platform. I would recommend caution when booking.

Dryer took over 6 hours to dry one load of washing Only being able to get one key card per room. This meant the power cut out each day we left so the do no disturb sign would turn off and we would return with the room being cleaned each day when we did not want it to.

Hotel très propre et confortable, situé en l'aéroport de Shanghai et Shanghai disneyland. La station de métro la plus proche est Lingkong Road, loin à pied mais à 10 minutes en Didi ou taxi, pour environ 3 euros. Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche linge en libre service, ouverte 24h/24 au troisième étage. L'hôtel à été rénové récemment, il y a un mini réfrigérateur où des boissons et de l'eau son remis tous les jours, et un set pour faire du thé. La douche est spacieuse et bien chaude. Les lits sont confortables, il y a des prises pour recharger le téléphone à côté, ça fonctionne avec les prises européennes aussi. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous allez à disneyland ou voulez passer une nuit ou plus près de l'aéroport. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité, l'hôtel est situé dans un petit centre commercial en plein air.

Very convenient, hotel provides free shuttle to and from disneyland & pudong airport. Breakfast are good. Staffs are friendly and helpful even they don’t speak english. Love the hotel location and ambience. Shops and restaurants located below the hotel gives us easy access to buy stuffs and dining.
