Quiet place right in the centre of the old town. You could walk everywhere easily

Pictures did not show that there several rooms and that to get to a room you had to climb 2 steep stairs. No information regarding wifi or how things in the appartment worked

De bedden waren veel te zacht en zakten door. We hadden allemaal rugpijn na 2 nachten. Wat betere matrassen zouden veel verhelpen

Tivémos dificuldade em encontrar a casa e a pessoa responsável pelo suporte não ajudou muito. A casa não estava muito bem limpa, encontrámos uma pastilha no móvel e os lençóis tinham manchas. Sentimos que não correspondeu à expectativa

Lokalizacja wspaniała, kilka kroków od ścisłego centrum, ale cicho. Był mały problem ze znalezieniem właściwych drzwi i kodem do drzwi, ale kontakt z gospodarzem pozwolił rozwiązać problem. Jest możliwość przygotowania śniadania, kawy z ekspresu, mały Spaar jest bliziutko. Na dole budynku jest uroczy, choć niekonwencjonalny ogródeczek, w którym można poczytać.

Na pewno mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia i dokładnego sprzątnięcia, ręczniki powinny być lepiej uprane, brakowało jednej poduszki i ręczników dla dwóch osób, w skrzyni kanapy były jakieś pogniecione kołdry. Przy czterech osobach i rozłożonej kanapie jest ciasno (pokój nr 4), ale na krótki pobyt jest ok.

Die Lage ist sehr gut für einen Städtetripp.

Das Mobiliar - besonders im Bad - bedarf einiger Reparaturen. Weitestgehend haben wir kalt - oder kochend heiß - duschen müssen. Irgendetwas stimmt mit dem Boiler nicht. Das Waschbecken ist sichtlich völlig verstopft. Die Bettwäsche hatte teilweise Stockflecken von Schimmel.

het huis was matig schoon. er stond een wasmachine met de deur open en natte was er in. bij navraag zou dit eruit gehaald worden maar dat is niet gebeurt. niet een paar koffie cupjes aanwezig voor een kopje koffie . het huis stonk ondanks dat de ramen open stonden nog naar rook van de vorige bewoners . het pand is ook wel aan verbetering toe.

The location is amazing and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately we had the heatwave but the terrace helped a lot.

There's no AC but that's just a European thing

Locatie is prima, midden in centrum van Nijmegen. Kamer is ook goed uitgerust, slaapkamer een beetje studentikoos. Al met al prima kamer.

Die Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt, zudem war das Geschirr darin nicht sauber gespült. Fehlender Toilettenpapierhalter, der war im Schrank, unmontiert, zudem nicht mal eine volle Rolle Toilettenpapier bzw. eine Erstzrolle. Schranktüre am Sideboard nicht festgeschraubt. Eine Empfehlung für günstige Parkmöglichkeiten wäre vorab sehr hilfreich.

Het appartement was gewoon niet heel schoon. Vieze vaat nog in de vaatwasser bij aankomst (deed het kennelijk niet goed). Geen warm water de eerste nacht (cv moest worden bijgevuld). Op ons verzoek nog even vieze haren van de bank gehaald. Roest in de waterkoker. Gewoon niet fijn. Moet wel zeggen dat bij bellen alles netjes werd opgelost. In de toekomst even wat meer aandacht bij het schoonmaken. Kortom: als je vooral de plek belangrijk vind, prima keuze.

Mooi opgeknapt appartement

Wat een ZWARE teleurstelling. Op welke wijze kan ik een klacht indienen? Ik heb voor 1 nacht € 268, 60 betaald. Hiervoor heb ik gekregen: * een appartement wat NIET is schoongemaakt. * Er nog een smerige (!) handdoek in het appartement ligt; * Een vaatwasser die NIET is uitgeruimd; * Een laken met het weer erin; * Een appartement waar het 28° was, wat niet verwonderlijk was met alle ramen open toen we aankwamen; * Overal nog haren in het appartement; * 1 ventilator om de warmte te lijf te gaan (?) * Hangt er een rioollucht in het appartement. Ik - na dit gemeld te hebben - geen bevredigend respons heb gekregen tijdens mijn verblijf hoe we dit op kunnen lossen. Wel krijg ik bevestigd dat er niet is schoongemaakt (!!!). Na nogmaals dit gemeld te hebben, complete windstilte en hoor je niks meer. Mijn advies: boek hier NIET. Een onbetrouwbare partij!

heerlijk veel ruimte! Met 2 slaapkamers was het extra fijn omdat ik met een vriendin was en we beiden graag alleen slapen.

Er zat was in de wasmachine en deze stond bij aankomst aan. Dat vonden we een beetje raar. En in de slaapkamers was onvoldoende verduistering voor 'snachts. De trappen waren een beetje stijl en hadden niet aan beide kanten een leuning.

De locatie was echt top! Je liep zo het centrum in en naar de Waalkade, maar het lag wel rustig. Keuken voorzien van alle benodigdheden, voldoende bestek en servies, peper en zout, koffie en zelfs een vaatwasser. Het normale bed sliep goed! In basis een prima sfeervol appartement voor een weekendje Nijmegen, met wel wat verbeterpunten.

Op eerste gezicht ziet alles er heel mooi uit, maar als je beter kijkt kan het wel wat onderhoud gebruiken, maar dat is niet heel erg. Ook was het niet helemaal schoon, denk aan haren in de douche, kruimels etc op de tafel. De slaapbank was echt beroerd, er hoefde maar 1 persoon op te slapen maar dat was niet comfortabel. Ondanks de topper is de ene kant keihard als een plank en het andere stuk is helemaal doorgezakt.

Todo ok. Nimega es hermosa y el departamento tiene una ubicación excelente. Nos costó un poco encontrar la encontrar la entrada, y además estaba lloviendo.. .pero unos vecinos muy amables nos indicaron.

Sugiero enviar un esquema gráfico para que se haga más sencillo encontrar como ingresar.

Het was lekker dicht bij het station en dicht bij het centrum.

Bij aankomst was het wat lastig te vinden. Bij binnenkomst in de accommodatie hadden we wat meubelen die al uit elkaar vielen en wat goedkoop oogt. De eerste ochtend waren we al niet blij, het is zo mega gehorig dat het lijkt of je buren jouw accommodatie in lopen. Dit was echt heel erg, het klonk dan ook of ze in jouw keuken stonden, je durfde amper te bewegen of te doen zo gehorig was het. Na 22.00 moet het stiller zijn, nou hier werd ook niet lekker aangehouden. Echt heel jammer.

Top Lage. City und Waal nur 5Min. Fußweg. Trotzdem total ruhig. Schöner Garten. Fahrrad abstellen möglich.

Leider konnte die Gartentür nicht abgeschlossen werden. Reinigung und Pflege der Fewo war nicht gut. Schlafcouch unbequem.

Ótima proximidade. Sem qualquer dificuldade para realizar check in e para check out. Excelente ambiente mesmo no centro da zona histórica da cidade.

Our actual apartment was lovely, well fitted out, clean and ideal location. Host was really helpful, particularly when we had an issue. Their thoughtfulness was really appreciated.

The actual immediate location was very disappointing and needed serious updating and maintenance.

Fijn appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt, midden in de stad! De slaapbank was comfortabeler dan verwacht en we hebben goed gebruik kunnen maken van de kookplaat, chromecast en spelletjes :)

De wifi haperde veel op tv en de verbinding werd steeds verbroken. Dat is vervelend tijdens streamen.

Heerlijk appartement in het centrum van Nijmegen. Openbaar Vervoer, restaurants, lunchcafes, winkels, alles op loopafstand. Appartement was top, heel rustig gelegen, heerlijk bed, goede keuken, gezellige eethoek en prima badkamer. Echt gezellig & en zeker een aanrader!

Dekbed ietwat klein.

Nagyon tetszett a központi elhelyzkedése a szállásnak, közel volt a vonatállomáshoz. Az ajtókód ahogy nem működött, felhívtuk a szállásadót és rögtön orvosolta a problémát. Volt kávéföző, hajszárító és sütő.

Nem tetszett, hogy 1 wc papír volt 3 napra, 3 személynek. Nem volt tiszta a fürdőszoba wc csésze és a kagyló, nem volt wc papír tartó. Az ágynemű gyűrött volt, elsőre azt hittem valaki aludt már az ágyban, remélem nem :-). Az emeleti hálóban nem volt egy ruhatartó, amire a ruhákat le lehetett volna tenni, vagy felakasztani. A tetőtéri ablak olyan koszos, h nem lehetett kilátni rajta. A Wifi nem ment, befuccsolt a ajtókód, lehet a wifi működése miatt.

Had a confirmation for four. The appartment was prepared for two. After asking the landlord to prepare for four they replied the booking on their end Shows only reservation for two. No excuse no assistance

Location was excellent.

Apartment was fine overall but the shower was a bit leaky, and dodgy wall socket in bathroom. No bottle opener provided!

De locatie beviel ons het meest. Het Centrum is op 4 minuten lopen. De Host was ook duidelijk in zijn/haar communicatie

De afwerking. Op het eerste gezicht ziet het er modern uit alleen als je wat verder kijkt zie je dat het helemaal niet af is. Stopcontacten zitten los, badkamer: water loop slecht weg dus de hele vloer was ondergelopen, cv ketel hangt pal in t zicht, voordeur gaat nauwelijks dicht en het pand is heel gehorig (vloer piept en kraakt. Je kunt zien dat ze de puntjes op de i zijn vergeten en tegen deze prijs viel me dat dus echt tegen.

In der Unterkunft herrschten bei eisigen Außentemperaturen nur 12 Grad und die Heizung ließ sich trotz diverser Versuche nicht einschalten. Als wir die Unterkunft mehrfach diesbezüglich kontaktierten, wurde uns jedes Mal gesagt, das ein guter Aufenthalt das wichtigste für sie sei, geholfen wurde aber defacto nicht. Abgesehen davon war die Wohnung nicht sauber und eher abgenutzt.

The sofa in the living room is a bit uncomfortable.

Good location and easy self check-in. Dogs stay for free, and it’s close to the centre in a quiet neighbourhood near the river.

The place is a lot smaller than it appears in the photos. It’s quite dark inside, and the bed isn’t up to standard. It also seems like the apartment is part of a student complex, so you end up sharing the space and it’s fairly noisy inside the house.

Good option, feel like home.

Delightful apartment, easy walk from train. Wish we had booked more nights ti explore Nijmegen. Wonderful and lovely onsite host.

Loved the location, just around the corner from the cathedral, very close to the main shopping area, and an AH a few minutes walk away. The apartment has been decorated and furnished to a great standard, The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa. There was no "live" TV but I could access all my regular catch-up services through the TV itself. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery and some appliances. Staff response was pretty quick when I asked a question. I would happily stay here again.

Apartment 3 is advertised as accommodating 6 people, but I think it is a little too small for that as there is only one sofa, which does not fit 6 people. If all six people are in bed then there's enough room, but if people are moving around a lot then it would be a bit tight! There is a decent sized dining table next to the stairs (not pictured when I booked) and this provides extra seating. These might be temporary issues: The lights in the hallway did not switch on, I arrived in the dark and it was very dark climbing the stairs with all my luggage. There was an odd smell coming from the shower drain. There was no blind/curtain in the bedroom off the main living area.

Really friendly host, prompt communication, cheerful greeting. Excellent directions and check in instructions.

The sofa was filthy. The tea towel was dirty and wet from the previous occupants. Dishwasher hadn’t been emptied. No dishcloth. The whole apartment felt very grubby and unloved. The bed and the sofa are very poor quality and uncomfortable. Parking is 500/600 metres away.

Op het eerste oog was het netjes. Kom helaas zelf uit de schoonmaak en dan gaan je ogen automatisch rond. Ik wil ik ze niet negatief de neerzetten. Vind dat ze wel proberen om alles te denken om je comfort zo goed mogelijk te maken Handdoeken, thee koffie, opgemaakte bedden. Schoonmaakartikelen alles was er..las in de recensies dat er een spiegel gemist werd. die is er inmiddels geplaatst. contact met de host was via app en zeer vriendelijk en snel.

Het gebouw is slecht onderhouden, lik verf en kozijnen schuren en behandelen is geen overbodige luxe. Plofte op de bank neer en die is doorgezakt waar je u tegen zegt. Het bed... heeft een enorme kuil in het midden. de badkamer leek alsof het door een beunhaas in elkaar gezet is. Eerste oog leek alles prachtig.. verf is mooi qua kleuren Heb het idee dat het student gecombineerd is met verhuur. kortom ze proberend het echt voor elkaar te krijgen voor een goed verblijf maar de puntje op de i ontbreken hierin wel. 1 nacht was prima maar meer hoefde niet van ons.

Top Lage, ruhig aber direkt am Zentrum. Nutzung des Innenhofs bei gutem Wetter.

Die Dusche war leider extrem heiß und ließ sich nicht verstellen, dies hat uns doch ein wenig eingeschränkt. Zudem hat das WLAN bei einigen von uns gar nicht funktioniert. Parken ist wie bereits von anderen Gästen beschrieben 10 Minuten entfernt möglich, was mit viel Gepäck etwas lästig werden könnte.

Perfecte ligging, dichtbij het centrum en de kade, maar wel de rust die we zochten. Het verblijf had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een nachtje weg met 3 volwassenen. Prima bed en slaapbank. Goede en snelle communicatie met de eigenaar. Aanrader!

Location and price were great. Kitchen facilities were modern and functioning. Separate bedroom was a bonus.

No blinds for privacy or light blocking in main living space (with fold down bed) WiFi not working. TV not working Shower temperature control being as stiff as anything. Mattresses felt a bit past it and should be replaced.

Quiet clean super view ..i love it

Location is everything! The apartment is located really close to the city centrum, in a nice and quiet small neighbourhood. The apartment was really nice. Good amount of space, nice shower, kitchen had everything you could need for a city trip or even a bit longer stay. You can darken the sleeping room very well. The garden is really lovely and would have been a nice place to drink something if it wasn't raining so badly. Really nice contact with the owner, we could enter the apartment hours before the actual check-in time. Really nice!!

Not a bad thing but good to know if you're a light sleeper; the building is a bit older with wooden floors, so when somebody in the apartments above is moving, you can hear this clearly. For me personally, the matras were way too soft.

Wonderful location (walking distance to center and to the river). Lovely decoration, comfortable apartment, facilities, the lovely surprise by the owner (yummy)

Finding the entrance was a little bit tricky.

Nice room, not everything available but all in all enough facilities for a pleasant stay.

We got some recommendations for parking but it turned out that (when staying only one night), parking on the streets was a lot cheaper. Would recommend you to research it yourself instead of asking the owner.

Good location, a short walk away from shops, bars and restaurants, quiet and good for sleeping. Great communication with host, they were friendly and very responsive to messages, and even extended the checkout time from 10am to 12pm when we asked (no extra cost). Clean and warm apartment, comfortable double bed. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses etc. Tea and coffee provided. Nicely decorated flat with big windows. Excellent rain shower.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the living area/kitchen- we contacted the host about this and they apologised, said the previous guests had gone against their non smoking policy. No toilet roll when we arrived, again we contacted the host and they very quickly left two rolls outside the front door for us. There was a drip coming from the bathroom ceiling.

The location of the appartment is great.

Nice cosy apartment, nicely furbished. Parking in inner yard. Centrally located, 1min walk to river, 2min walk to town. Neighbour helped us with opening the door ( quite tricky). Inside apartment all essential were in place.

Wifi not stable, in fact we could not use it. for 4 People it gets quite crowed - we recommend 2 people only. staircase to 1st floor very steep - might be difficult for families with small children. Neighbourhood can be noisy (shouting) - but that is most probably in any centre of town.

No ventilator and it got very hot +30,5C in summer.

It was a sweet apartment with coffee, tea, and other amenities. It was in a great location, making it easy to walk everywhere. Aside from some cleanliness issues, we really enjoyed our stay there.

The dishwasher hadn't been cleaned, and there was quite a bad smell when we opened it, so we didn't use it. We used the sofa bed and pulled out the covers from below, but there was cat hair all over the covers and was quite unpleasant. Aside from that, we really enjoyed the apartment and it was a great location for a weekend getaway.

Great location and a comfortable apartment. We were 3 people and it didn't feel cramped. Check in was easy. Overall a good base for exploring Nijmegen.
