The place is lovely, It is an apartment building that provides hotel-like amenities. It is nice, clean, and has access to a pool and gym. It doesn't have daily cleaning service like hotels, but you can pay for that service.

While advertised under "Hotels," it is not a hotel, rather, It is an apartment building that provides hotel-like amenities. Strangely enough they ask you to sign a 6 page contract, including one in Portuguese, despite the fact that I don't speak the language. The troubling aspect was the front desk and poor communication. On arrival I had to wait for a while because the front desk was unattended. It was rarely attended during my stay. When I tried to communicate using the telephone numbers printed on my instruction sheet (over the weekend), it took 2 days to get an answer until I happened to run into someone by chance. That person, Luis, was very helpful.

Everything was new. There's an indoor pool and rooftop pool.

Le ménage très mal fait, une honte !

Lage war super - direkt neben einem Einkaufszentrum. Das Apartment war ausgezeichnet sowie der damit verbundenen Service. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und den Außenpool ebenfalls extrem genossen.

Wir haben für 8 Tage einen Parkplatz gemietet und auch wenn wir jedesmal wieder sofort einen neuen Parkplatz erhalten haben, hatten wir in Summe drei unterschiedliche Parkplätze und den damit verbundenen organisatorischen Stress.

Komfortables Appartement mit der Option einen Garagenplatz dazu zubuchen. Im Umfeld gute Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 24h Pförtner. Klare Kommunikation im Schriftverkehr.

Im Poolbereich oben war die einzige Toilette mit Dusche nicht abschließbar. Kein Toilettenpapier und der Raum nicht sehr sauber.

The accommodation was immaculately clean. It was comfortable, with a large bed and seating area. Good kitchen facilities and a bonus with a washing machine. It was close to the shopping centre which was open until 11 at night. Very handy as we arrived late. It was also close to a stop on the hop on hop off bus.

We thought the receptionist was very grumpy when collecting the keys. We paid for a balcony and it was the worst balcony we've ever had, looking into the centre of the complex, very grey and industrial. We also didn't like the fact we had to have a full on rental agreement for a few days holiday with an inventory.. So many of the things on the inventory were incorrect, we had to see the office staff for fear of being charged for missing items.

Modern en goed uitgerust appartement in een mooi complex op loopafstand van een supermarkt en groot winkelcentrum. Vlakbij openbaar vervoer en ook met een uber voor een paar euro snel in de stad. Tv met Netflix, twee moderne badkamers, mooie keuken met goede apparatuur en alles wat je nodig had en zelfs een wasmachine. Voldoende handdoeken en badlakens voor het zwembad. De bedden waren ook comfortabel. Het was ook heerlijk schoon.

Eigenlijk niks. Het zwembad buiten stelt niet veel voor, maar toch lekker dat je een duikje kan nemen.

Bardzo wygodny i czysty apartament, było w nim wszystko czego potrzeba. Blisko centrum handlowe gdzie można zrobić zakupy spożywcze i coś zjeść do 23. Do tego zaraz obok przystanku autobusowe i tramwajowe więc bardzo łatwo dojechać do centrum czy nad ocean.

Sehr schönes auch sehr gut gelegenes Apartment. Von hier aus hat man es nicht weit zum Bus oder zur Metro. Der botanische Garten ist auch um die Ecke. Das Apartment war super ausgestattet, lag im zweiten Stock, ist natürlich zur Straße hin nicht allzu leise. Super Parkplatz ist zubuchbar in der modernen Garage.

Der Pool war etwas klein und dort war es nicht sehr sauber!

Right next to Amoreiras and all the transport connections from there. Walkable to the city centre if you wish too. Rooftop pool, indoor pool and gym. Spacious apartment and nice balconies. Quiet enough. Good beds. The breakfast cafe inside the complex.

It was not so clear that we had to book the parking space ahead of our arrival. I did receive an email to do the check-in online but these are always such lengthy procedures to do when you are finalising everything else for your travel so ended up not doing it. So when we arrived was a bit stressful check-in time. Also had to sign a sub-lease contract, I understand may be needed given legal matters but odd nonetheless and very inconvenient to read it right there and then. The rooftop pool is already in need of some care despite being a new building. Also a handle kept falling in one of the bedroom doors.

Edificio de obra nueva con piscina interior, exterior y gimnasio. Apartamento amplio y con una decora moderna.

La limpieza podría mejorarse. Alguna taza sucia, una alfombra escurreplatos desgastada y con mal olor. El bodegón del lavamanos tenía suciedad acumulada y la funda de la tabla de planchas estaba rota en varios puntos. Además nos dieron un apartamento muy bajo, sin balcón donde se veía todo desde la calle. En las habitaciones solo cortinas blackouts nos obligaba a estar a oscuras o exponernos a la calle. Para el dinero pagado no me parece aceptable. Deberían haber avisado.

El baño con bañera, la mampara es escasa e inunda el baño.

L’appartement est très spacieux et lumineux. Tout est propre et bien entretenu. Il y a énormément de rangements. Niveau équipement l’appartement est top ( serviettes douche + piscine / produits de douche… ). La climatisation fonctionne à merveille et on peut la régler pour chaque pièce. L’emplacement est vraiment bien, les alentours sont sécurisés, il y a un centre commercial à 5min à pieds. Tous les sites touristiques sont à maximum 15min en voiture donc assez près. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant.

On entend les avions qui passent proche de l’immeuble assez souvent mais ce n’est pas invivable. Les matelas sont très durs. Gros point négatif : les piscines. Elles sont notées comme étant chauffée, or, la piscine extérieure est très froide et la piscine intérieure encore pire, elle était glacée, nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner… c’est dommage car c’était une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avions choisi cet hôtel.

Good location for us as shopping centre 5 minutes , Bus stop - two minutes . Easy to work out how to walk to centre - 30 minutes. Ubers are cheap - 5 or 6 euros. Great amenities, very clean, comfortable bed, good shower, air con. Small balcony but great to people watch/ have breakfast. It was a bonus having the swimming pools and gym. On the flight path but didn’t disturb us . Found a great vegan restaurant 15 minutes away.

The kitchen equipment is modern and pristine However although really good instructions I found the combo oven / grill difficult to master . The microwave part was easy. The patio door to balcony didn’t lock. It was great having a concierge on duty although some were much more helpful than others.

Excelente apartamento, excelente localização e temporada. Francisco Rosa que foi o responsável pela nossa estada, foi muito amigável.

Iríamos ficar um outro período em setembro, 09 dias, mas tivemos um imprevisto e precisei reduzir a estada em 3 dias, nao consegui sendo que a estadia era reembolsável. Viajo pela Booking há mais de 15 anos e isso nunca ocorreu, tentei resolver através do Francisco e não consegui. Resultado,tive que cancelar esse período e procurar outro lugar para ficar em Lisboa. Bem desagradável.

Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet, die Lage des Hotel war sehr gut, in der unmittelbare nähe hat es Bushatestelle, Einkaufscenter und Restaurants gegeben

The fact it is new and modern. Had all the details for a good stay, except for the bed. Very uncomfortable mattress. Need to get new and softer mattresses (maybe a good tempurpedic?) Also the sofa couch could be bigger, more comfortable.

Notre appartement était situé côté où il y avait un couloir aérien, des avions passaient toutes les deux minutes c’est très dérangeant et ce jusqu’à très tard..

L'appartement était spacieux, et le personnel aimable, parlant français et anglais. Il y avait quelques restaurants situés à côté ainsi qu'un immense centre commercial à 150 mètres et un Pingo Doce à environ 400 m. Les piscines étaient petites mais avaient le mérite d'être sur place.

Comme pour un séjour d'une semaine, il n'y a pas de service de nettoyage, avoir un balai, un Swiffer, ou un aspirateur aurait été sympa ! L'appartement était très impersonnel, blanc, gris et noir, on aurait pu être n'importe où dans le monde.

El personal de entrada, para realizar el check in, la verdad que hizo todo lo posible para que nos resultara difícil entender sus explicaciones, teniendo en cuenta que veníamos de viaje y nos teníamos que situar, empezó a hablarnos de costes adicionales por limpieza y que la limpieza dependía de nuestra de decisión ( como dando a entender que no estaba incluida al dejar el apartamento)cosa que no procedían nuestro caso porque eran para más de 7 días y nos quedábamos dos, e hizo complicado lo sencillo ya que todo venía recogido en una hoja resumen.Y le pedí que hablara en portugués,ya que le iba a comprender mejor y se negó, dijo que todo en inglés, creo que se llamaba Tomás.

Le cadre est très agréable, l’appartement très bien agencé et très grand.

À deux reprises il nous a fallu demander à avoir du gel douche ou du shampoing car les flacons étaient vides. Il a fallu se déplacer dans le local administratif chercher son flacon : personne ne s’est présenté et très peu d’intérêt à part manger son repas et faire attendre le client. Le personnel de l’accueil (gardien) toujours serviable et aimable en revanche qui a à cœur de satisfaire la demande. Il semble y avoir cependant peu de coordination encore une fois entre ces deux pôles.

The airplanes seem to fly near the apartment block which is no fault of the apartment. So woken up a few times. It was not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind for light sleepers.

Apparemment neuf très moderne et spacieux. La piscine même si ce n'est qu'un couloir de nage est très agréable après les visites. Belle salle de sport. Personnel très à l'écoute.

Unfriendly personnel , took us forever to enter all data for online paperwork, then we got asked again to do the same at the front desk and sign contracts 10+ pages ) . Expensive parking , they don’t allow you to park until check in time so you need to find parking spot on the road ( very busy) and wait . I had to put pressure to at least get car parked until we waited for 3 pm .

Very clean and modern apartment with two bathrooms. Modern building with elevator which made it easy for older people. The swimming pool was in another building but very nice with sun beds around it.

Sehr moderne Apartments. Fitness, Pool und ein leckeres Café gleich in der Nähe. In Apartment stand alles zur Verfügung (Waschmaschine, super Parkmöglichkeiten, Bügeleisen, Föhn usw.). Es war sehr sauber und eine angenehme Gegend.

Die Betten sind leider sehr hart gewesen. Schwierig von außen zu finden aber einfach Passanten fragen.

Ik had een parkeerplaats in de garage gevraagd en betaald wat ik ook gekregen heb maar bij aankomst moest ik mij eerst aanmelden bij de receptie zodat ik ongeveer 15 min geparkeerd stond waar dit niet was toegelaten.

Pues que pedimos un cambio de sábanas en recepción y no pudo aceptarlas, estábamos dispuestos a pagar. Me dijo que tenía que escribir un email, cosa que hice. Pero claro, de vacaciones no estoy pendiente, y en vez de solucionármelo me mandaron un link de pago que no vi. Llegué por la noche y las sábanas sin cambiar. Un desastre porque lo podíamos haber solucionado en la recepción.

Very clean and kitchen well equiped. Convenient location right next to Amoreiras shopping center and bus stops. Loved the two pools and used them daily!

Liked everything but it would be convenient to have more towel hooks and a drying rack as the eight towels we had were wet all the time.

These are truly luxurious apartments where you'll feel right at home. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. You can even order groceries upon arrival. The apartments are new, perfectly renovated, and very clean. The service is impeccable. The parking is very spacious and convenient. The apartment area has a nice cafe and you can also order in-room meals. The excellent Amoreiras shopping centre, including Auchan, is a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend it, you will definitely be satisfied.

The room was lovely. It had everything we needed. We self catered.

Muy chulo y bastante nuevo.

Plaza de Parking pequeño y situado en la curva de la salida, quedaba la parte trasera fuera y riesgo para que te den un golpe. Falta una escoba, recogedor y fregona para limpiar. Te dejan la escoba pero la tienes que devolver después de usarla. Te ofrecen limpiar el apartamento pagando un extra. Los aviones que aterrizan en Lisboa pasan por ese barrio con una frecuencia de 10 minutos o menos, muchísimo ruido, por la noche cesan por la noche pero a las 06.30 horas vuelven a pasar, aunque lo tengas todo cerrado se oye bastante, mis hijas no se despertaron pero yo tengo el sueño ligero y todo los días me tocó madrugar.
