El personal y el sitio. Un 10 en todos los sentidos! En el desayuno como estaba un poco resfriada por los AACC de los viajes que los ponen muy fuerte. Me preparaban una botella con agua caliente, miel, limón y jengibre! ❤️

La comida no era lo mejor pero bueno un mal menor!

El primer día nos entraron cucarachas y la cama no era del todo cómoda , sobre todo las almohadas

Todo está perfecto, son muy amables, te dan facilidades para todo, está todo muy limpio y las instalaciones son muy bonitas.

Nos trataron muy bien, el alojamiento es precioso, nos gustó mucho la piscina y su gran variedad de plantas. Pudimos alquilar moto en el propio hotel y de vuelta al aeropuerto nos ayudaron a pedir la van.

Hele knusse, gezellige, stijlvolle villas. De mezzanine is een enorme toevoeging, het werd meteen de eigen ruimte van onze zoon. Het zwembad was heerlijk. En bovendien was het personeel top!

De douche viel niet geheel goed in te stellen op enkel de regendouche. Maar dat is eigenlijk maar een klein detail.

Las instalaciones, la cabaña tenía de todo y estaba muy limpia, el personal es súper amable. La ubicación perfecta, lejos del ruido pero cerca para ir a comer en cualquier momento. Sin duda repetiremos aquí. Enamorados del lugar nos vamos.

The restobar isn't open for dinner so you're forced to go out and find another place.

Es un resort muy grande y espacioso, con piscina, zona de cowork, gimnasio y agradables espacios para desayunar y caminar. Tuve la oportunidad de conocer a Froilan, el dueño. Es un filipino local apasionado por la isla y por su hotel. Siempre está atento a implementar mejoras y a brindar un excelente servicio a sus huéspedes.

Coup de cœur garanti dans ce petit havre de paix ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le magnifique jardin tropical, entretenu avec passion par Froy. Tout est luxuriant, verdoyant et incroyablement apaisant. La piscine est tout simplement exceptionnelle : on a l'impression de se baigner dans une cascade sauvage en pleine nature. La maison est impeccable, très propre, parfaitement équipée, et la cuisine est un vrai plus au quotidien. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables, la climatisation est silencieuse, et tout est pensé pour passer un séjour reposant. Mais ce qui rend l'endroit encore plus spécial, ce sont les propriétaires : toujours disponibles et attentionnés <3 Sans hésiter, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix que nous ayons trouvé à Siargao. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Beautiful green location, clean, very nice pool, exceptional wifi quality allowing to easily have videocalls. Very good size of the room, has a private kitchen and fridge outside the villa Staff very accomodating.

Wat een geweldig resort was dit om te verblijven. Zelden heb ik zo’n schone en frisse bungalow gezien. Alles was super verzorgd en het personeel was meer dan vriendelijk. Ze stonden altijd voor me klaar en ik heb me heel erg welkom gevoeld. De ligging van het resort is perfect, en de wifi werkt top hier. Vergeet ook niet het zwembad die heerlijk is. Ik zou deze plek aan iedereen aanraden! En mocht ik weer naar Siargao komen, kies ik zeker weer voor deze plek.

Ik heb echt geen minpunten.

Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und es hat uns super gefallen. Top Service vom Personal, große Zimmer mit Küche, schönes Bad. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie Paddle Tennis direkt um die Ecke.

Leider waren am Pool sehr oft Veranstaltungen oder Geburtstage von Einheimischen, weswegen man den Pool an diesen Tagen nicht nutzen konnte. Der Pool war dann wirklich voll mit Kindern.

La villa era muy completa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. El personal del hotel muy agradable y siempre disponible ante cualquier imprevisto. Todo el resort está muy cuidado y muy bien ubicado. Pudimos tanto alquilar moto como contratar excursiones directamente en recepción. Nos encantó.

Beautiful accommodation. Very spacious villa. Beautiful gardens surrounding each villa. Great air conditioning, and private fridge to always have cold water on hand. Nicest accommodation we stayed at in the Philippines.

Would need a scooter or regular tuktuks to get around the island as the location is halfway between General Luna and Cloud 9, however we knew this prior to booking and were happy with the quieter setting.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff and great villas. Would definitely choose this hotel again when in Siargao.

- The swimming pool is also open for day guests. Although I am not against the concept, the number of facilities (sunbeds) is not sufficient to accomodate both the hotel and day guests at the same time. It also makes it a bit busy (not on weekdays). - Noise from the road, but that is something the hotel cannot influence.

Idéalement situé sur l’île, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et propres. Le personnel est toujours à disposition et très sympathique.

The staff were friendly and helpful with booking activities, having laundry done and answering our questions. The grounds are very lush and green, which makes for a relaxed atmosphere. The room was perfect for a family, which was amazing.

During our stay we used the pool on two occasions. We would have used it more over the four days, however there were large outside groups using the facilities and grounds. Therefore we didn't go to the pool. The fan on the mezzanine floor was really loud and so we turned it off and put up with the heat instead. The restaurant needs more food options such as fruit platters and simple western and local meals. We sadly didn't eat there and went to the many nearby cafes and restaurants instead. Would still recommend and return though, as we had a great stay.

La amplitud y comodidad de la villa.. La piscina está rodeada de vegetación ..muy relajante. En realidad todo el hotel está rodeado de plantas lo cual hace una atmósfera muy relajante. También dispone de parking lo que es muy conveniente

Prachtige tuin, fijn huisje, lekker zwembad, leuk dat er ook een restaurant met pooltafel is. Fijn personeel en goede service. Rustig complex, goede ligging in General Luna; een stukje bij het drukke centrum vandaan. Hele leuke koffie/brunchplekjes om de hoek ook!

Un angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde a due passi dal centro di General Luna, personale super gentile e disponibile, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, molto meglio che nei ristoranti in città, peccato che sia chiuso alla sera.

Tudo! O lugar é excelente, tem tudo tudo que você precisa. A villa é espaçosa, cozinha completa, a piscina é linda e an academia também. Bom Wi-Fi para trabalhar. Localização ótima, perto de tudo mas super silencioso de noite. Mas o melhor mesmo é o staff: gentis, prestativos, fazem de tudo pra ajudar (organizam scooter, transporte do aeroporto, etc) com preços justos. Nunca fomos tão bem tratados em um hotel. Recomendo demais!!!

What a great stay we had here. The apartment, the front patio with a swing, the WiFi (we also worked from there and it always worked), the pool, the staff… honestly really amazing. There is also a little gym and working area. It was very quiet and very enjoyable, lots of green and plants all around. Super relaxing. We also had laundry done and all worked out perfectly. They booked for us the transfer for the airport too.

The location can bit slightly tricky as there are some very good food options in the proximity (on top of the in-house restaurant) but not plenty. With a short scooter or tuktuk ride is all manageable. The food of the restaurant is ok.

The resort impressed us from the very first moment. It is clean, well maintained, and full of palm trees and greenery, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. The bungalow was spotless, with free drinking water available inside. Water pressure and temperature were excellent, and the Wi-Fi was stable. The service from both the reception and restaurant staff was excellent. Housekeeping was regularly offered, and additional services such as daily trips, laundry, transportation, and in-bungalow massages were available. Animal lovers will appreciate the friendly dogs and cats around the resort — they enjoy attention but are not intrusive. Overall, we highly recommend this resort and would definitely return 👍🙂

The resort also has a swimming pool; however, it is open to the public during the week, which can lead to crowds and makes it harder for resort guests to use at times.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel car nous avons adoré notre villa, qui était grande et spacieuse. Elle disposait d’un lit double au rez-de-chaussée et d’un autre lit double à l’étage. Le balcon, avec son petit fauteuil et son hamac, était très agréable. Nous avons vraiment eu l’impression d’être chez nous. Les environs sont fleuris et verdoyants, c’est un véritable petit havre de paix, et la décoration est jolie. La piscine est également très grande. Il y a des touktouk en face de l'hôtel qui permettent d'aller facilement à Cloud9 ou au centre de General Luna

Le restaurant n’est pas ouvert le soir, mais il y avait plusieurs options de restaurants dans la rue et nous pouvions facilement y aller à pied

El alojamiento estaba perfectamente ubicado a 5 min en moto de general luna y restaurantes. Estancia espectacular en lugar paradisíaco.

Bardzo ładne miejsce. Duży ogród, basen ,mnóstwo zieleni . Wygodne domki z kuchnią, klimatyzacja . Bardzo udany pobyt.

Słychać trochę ruch uliczny w domkach od strony ulicy, ale jest do zaakceptowania

Mucho, es verdad que necesitas tener trasporte, o bien moto o bien bici para llegar a todo pero es tan espectacular que merece mucho la pena. Lo mejor es que tienes una súper cocina con todo lo necesario para poder hacer el desayuno ahí antes de irte a pasar el día fuera. Manguera en el exterior para ducharte y tendederos. Hemos salido encantados.

Quizá que necesites moto todo el rato para salir pero por decir algo.

Heel mooi ruim huisje met o.a. een mooie tuin en zwembad! Uitstekende locatie en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Zij zullen alles doen wat in hun macht ligt om te helpen. Onze vlucht was geannuleerd en zij zijn hier heel erg begripvol en soepel mee om gegaan. Wij komen zeker terug.
