Reviewed May 5, 2026Absolutely gorgeous property filled with fruit trees and flowers, many species of birds wheezing by. The rooms are styled as 8 individual cabins complete with a balcony with a hammock, a living room area, separate bathrooms and bed room. You are away from the hustle and noise of Salento/ Filandia but have easy access to them as well as Armenia and many wonderful options in restaurants are nearby.The host (Javier and Jaime) are warm and welcoming, full of recommendations/ tips for your stay. Peace and quiet with beautiful sights and a wonderful pool awaits you. Start the day with the included breakfast made to order by Nora.
They don’t provide for lunch / dinner except for a few small options so plan accordingly. Luckily there are many options nearby and Armenia is a short drive away.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Its an excellent location. Being an adult-only hotel, it lets you have a quiet stay and is perfect to get away of everything. Being away for any main roads, the place is quiet only disturbed by the sound of birds :-)
The rural road to get to the hotel (last 200 mts) can be better. I went with a SUV, but maybe a smaller car could have some problems

Ellos están siempre pendientes de que todo funcione durante la estadía. El hotel está rodeado de naturaleza y es ideal para descansar. El desayuno es delicioso, y la ubicación es muy cerca al aeropuerto de Armenia en carro. Nos encantó el hotel y la atención, esperamos volver pronto!

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Este lugar es fantástico, altamente recomendado. El predio es hermoso, con lindas vistas, y todo el ambiente es de tranquilidad, para relajar en medio de la naturaleza. Los hermanos que son los dueños están siempre atentos a lo que necesites, y te dan todas las recomendaciones sobre que hacer en el eje cafetero, son como tener un chatGPT personal, jajaja. El lugar también tiene piscina, baño turco y salas para masajes. Las cabañas personales son super lindas. La experiencia fue 10 de 10. Volveremos!

No hay Aire Acondicionado, aunque es fresco se podría poner un ángeo corredizo en las ventanas para poder dejarlas abiertas y que no ingresen animales.

Javier y Jaime son unos anfitriones dedicados y pendientes de las necesidades de los/as huéspedes, su atención hace que la estadía sea cercana y tranquila. El desayuno es muy rico!!

Reviewed Nov 5, 2024The owners (Javier and Jaime) are amazing. They literally couldn't be better hosts. Good conversationalists (if you were up for conversations) but respected your space if you wanted it. They have great recommendations for the area. The hotel itself is beautiful and calm. Not a place for partying but for resting. No kids, no drunks, no fuss. Many little birdies all around. Great view.
The kitchen could be open for lunch. It is a hassle to have to go outside the hotel to find lunch (there is nothing within walking distance so a cab was mandatory). The option could also be more varied, at least offering local staples.

They do not rent motorcycle , it is far, very far, away from anything , no cocktails at the bar , the meal is ok but the choice is very poor, no fridge in the room , no AC . This is a place that COULD be fantastic . Furthermore they only accept cash….

Reviewed Nov 16, 2023The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by nature. The hosts are very nice, as well as all the other staff on the premises and the communication was easy. The breakfast included is not a buffet but was nonetheless nice and good to start the day off. The premises are clean, and the rooms get cleaned every day. Thanks very much to the hosts for our beautiful stay!
The windows shouldn't be open at night but that's due to the location and nature surrounding the hotel. There are 2 ventilators in each room so the heat wasn't an issue for us.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2023Campestre Solar De La Luna is a very traditional boutique resort in the coffee area that has some of the best landscaping I have ever seen. It is like a botanical garden! It makes you feel like you are in a magical place and also very homey. Basically the movie Encanto! The resort is adults only, which is great for a very relaxing retreat. The two brothers and the rest of the staff always go above and beyond for their guests. We will be back!
The wifi was pretty awful but it allows you to disconnect better and reconnect with loved ones/nature. The shower hot water is a bit tricky to figure out but once working it was great.

minor details - a short unpaved road to get from the main road to the property and would have liked screens on the windows for the option to leave the windows open all day to keep the room cool all day. There are fans and we did open the windows in the evenings so not an issue, just a nice to have.
