Port Antonio Brian's Beach House

Super emplacement , magnifique Super personne

Just terrible

Pague un mes por adelantado en cash y el dueño me hizo la vida imposible para que me fuese antes.....de hecho me obligo a desalojar la habitacion cuando faltaban 10 dias y no me devolvio absolutamente nada

The breakfast was good. The location was ok i enjoyed the sond of the waves and the proximity to the beach. If you are a simple person you will like the place. Its very quiet and peaceful. There were mosquito nets and a fan.

The host can consider getting a thicker mattress and increase the parking space. Edit: Bryan in spite of what you said to me, May the Lord bless your business so you may never be out of guests. IF YOU ARE A JAMAICAN DO NOT EAT THE BREAKFAST. PLEASE EAT OUT. One Love!

Spacious room, bathroom, and balcony. Amazing food, and beautiful location and well cared for property. Thank you Brian :)

Love the beach view. The customer service was ok as well.

The rooms could be more convenient.

Most serine place I’ve ever stayed! Tucked outside of town with a beautiful quiet beach. The Host, Brian is such a kind and genuine man. They have created hidden paradise that shouldn’t be a secret! Only stay here if you want to enjoy Jamaica for it’s true beauty and be at peace

We arrived at night about 8pm..Brian was waiting at the turn off....I was a bit hesitant on security as it was at the end of the road ..he assured us there has never been security issues.. so..we settled in ... First impression was the place was exceptionally clean...room is ok and bathroom is nice......slept like a baby... morning came and the place was just what we wanted..A chill spot everywhere with the beach on the step of the lawn. Your host Brian was friendly and respectful.

Nothing

Rien

Nothing.. The owner called me a liar after he claim that i got drunk at a festival and came home and vomited on the bed. I had some food on the bed cause there are side tables in the room and i came back from in the town and was tired and i laid on the bed with the drinks in my hand and it fell over. I took the wash cloth and i wet it wipe the sheet and then i wet the cloth and wipe the sheet so it would not stain the sheet or causes ants to be in the room. It dried so i did not assume i needed to tell Brian that i had a spill since the sheet will have to be washed. I went to a festival and came in the next day since it was a all night festival, I told Brain that they had a lot of rum to pleased the ancestors and i given brought back some of the rum he did not see me intoxicated because i was speaking fine and i had breakfast and told him i was going for a nap before my journey. I checked out at around 12pm and he had people over and I handed him the keys. He left me the most outrageous voice message that they cleaning lady stated i vomited on the sheets and he have pictures of me cleaning my shoes with his towel! He first called me a thief for taking home the towel, but the towel fell over the balcony and got dirt on it maybe from the rain.. he stated that i left garbage in the room and i personally packed my garbage and brought it to him. The first morning i washed my breakfast dish and i did not.leave any waste around. beach is full of garbage, you could not swim, the owner brings people over while he have guest and he is unprofessional when he cant provide evidence and calling customers thief and a liared!!

The location was nice.

Overall, I had a poor experience. The environment was nice, but the owner, Brian, spoke to me (and I overheard him speaking to another guest) in a demeaning way. Some of the things he said and the way he said them were very off-putting. I booked two nights and ended up only staying for one. I think he should be more mindful of the way he speaks to his guests. I wouldn't stay at his accommodation again.

I like the quietness, the garden, the close approximate location of the beach... The reception of the host, the breakfast he prepared was quite tasty...I just really enjoyed my stay at Brian's place..I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants to escape the excitement of the city,to a place of peace and quietness...A place where only the waves on the shore is the only sound to your ears....The cleanliness is of top class..BRIAN'S BEACH HOUSE IS A1....I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY...I KNOW YOU WILL SLSO

I can't pinpoint on any areas of service or accommodation to dislike...it was well worth the price

Nothing

Worst experience ever in Jamaica

The place and environment was lovely.... Brian was very welcoming... It was a home away from home ... And the breakfast was delicious 🥰🥰

Location is perfect to enjoy the sea and nature. You’ll have your own small sandy beach with nice shoreline to swim (not rocky). Brian’s house is several km away from Port Antonio, surrounded by fish-men’s houses. So no crowds of tourists, but close enough to the city, rout taxies go every 5-10 min. One day we walked from Port Antonio to Brian’s house, it took us 25-30 min. Brian is very nice host, he taught us where are the best places to buy something, what are the prices, etc. Brian took our family to beaches, Blue lagoon kayaking, horse riding, rafting and made arrangements for very pleasant prices.

I liked everything, but while taking to Brian I realized that some people have wrong expectations. It’s not a hotel room with TV and all conveniences. You’ll have a bed to sleep and your own clean washroom with one water temperature. And you’ll have peaceful amazing nature around and plenty of places to explore and enjoy. If that is what you want - 👍

Brian was fun and interesting. He helped us acclimate to Jamaica and gave person assistance. He's a great cook. I liked being right next to the beach and although I had some particular requests we proceeded without exception.

I didn't know that I would need cash at check-in. There was not much communication through Booking.com since I was not checking messages when I was on vacation.

The location was awesome, Brian really looks after his guests, cooks fresh food, really good Thanks Brian

The place was tranquil and quite serendipity. The morning sunrise was just breathtaking. .

Not sure yet

The beach was just a stone throw from the cottage, very quiet and peaceful, and Bryan was super helpful.

No complain

Kevin !!! Excelent person !! With high vibe. The place amazing is like Paradise !!!! I would like to came back there !!!!

The accommodation is located on a beautiful private beach. It’s a very peaceful place to stay at. The beach house is simple but absolutely lovely, it had everything you need and more. We like to describe our stay as very relaxing. Our host Brian was very friendly, he made us a nice breakfast every day. What was special about our stay is that Brian told us a lot of interesting things about Jamaica, so not only did we relax, we also learned more about the island. Whenever you have questions, he will help you out. We also booked a tour with Brian to go sightseeing in the mountains, which was awesome and very educational. The location is also close to town, you can just stop a local route taxi and you are in town within 5 min. Whenever we come back to Jamaica, we will definitely visit Brian and his beachhouse. We highly recommend others to stay at this awesome place. Hereby we like to thank Brian again for the great stay! One love 🇯🇲 💚

We liked everything

Brian is one of the best local Hosts that i have met in Jamaica.

A wonderful place to be, in front of the ocean! Brian is a very good cook & want to get sure you enjoy the stay! One love
