Elég dohos szaga volt a szobának , mindenhol homok volt a folyosókon . Étkeztetés tragikus , éhezők viadala , mindenki csomagol mindent ételhordóba , szatyorba , szalvétával ( helyi görög lakosság ) ételek sem finomak rizs kemény húsok alig sültek ….. Parkolás nem megoldott . Egy éjszakára oké de úgy meg drága . Heti nyaraláshoz nem ajánlott

İlanda 17 m² ve fotoğraflardaki oda sunulmasına rağmen, bize daha küçük, fotoğraflarla uyuşmayan, kirli ve kötü kokan bir oda verildi. Durumu fotoğraf ve videolarla belgeledik. Müdür, fotoğraflardaki odanın kişi sayısı nedeniyle verilemeyeceğini söyledi. Bu şart rezervasyon öncesinde hiçbir şekilde belirtilmemişti. İptal ve iade talebimiz de reddedildi. Sunulan hizmet rezervasyonda vaat edilenle uyuşmadığından tam ücret iadesi talep ediyoruz.

It was a wonderful experience! I stayed for just one day, but it was absolutely amazing. The staff is incredibly polite and attentive. The receptionist is a very thoughtful and pleasant girl, and the housekeepers are lovely and always smiling. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine waiting for me in my room! Everything you need, like coffee and water, was provided. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a beautiful interior, a stunning view, and a great location. Special thanks for asking about a breakfast to go since I had an early flight. The staff here is top-notch. I will definitely choose this hotel again! Highly recommended!

The accommodation was outstanding, the beds are so comfortable, the room and bathroom are so clean as well as the bedsheets, towels and robes. The staff was great they were very helpful and one of the girls who was speaking Serbian she told us where we can go to get food and where we can find convenient stores. The pool was very clean and the sunbeds were so comfy. Bonus points for the room which was such a good gesture is that they left us a bottle of wine we really appreciated that.

A 5‑star hotel that provides service and feels like 0. Dirty, poorly maintained, extremely small rooms, a bathroom that is not properly maintained, dirty and smelly. We asked to change rooms because the room was unpleasant. The receptionist came up with me to check if it was indeed smelly, made a disbelieving face, and then sent the cleaning lady, who arrived with cockroach spray. A very unpleasant experience for a 5‑star hotel!!!!!

Номера потребують ремонту, особливо ванна. Один раз не було гарячої води. Номера для 3 осіб замаленькі. Але це все не критично)

Yemekler vasat.Odalarda karınca var ve yeterince temiz değil.Deniz kenarındaki sezlongları birgün önceden rezerve etmek gerekiyor ve harcama limiti var denize yakınlığına göre 15-20-25euro.

Despite a few minor issues related to the hotel itself, we still consider the overall trip very successful, mainly thanks to the beautiful surroundings, the atmosphere of the area, and the opportunity to spend time outside the hotel. The surrounding area is truly exceptional. Evening walks along the seaside promenade were very enjoyable, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and places where you can enjoy good food and have a pleasant evening. The beach is clean, well maintained, and very pleasant, and the views are absolutely beautiful. In terms of the hotel’s location and surroundings, it is definitely a very attractive place. I would also like to especially recognize Ms. Mariangela, who showed a very high level of professionalism, kindness, and commitment. In a situation where other members of staff were not particularly helpful, Mariangela approached the problem with patience, courtesy, and a genuine desire to find a solution. What deserves particular praise is the fact that she continued to follow up on the matter and assist us even outside her working hours. This kind of attitude toward guests truly deserves recognition and is an excellent example of high-quality hospitality. Thanks to Mariangela, our final impression of the stay was significantly more positive.

The biggest disappointment was definitely the situation with the sun loungers by the pool. Almost all of them were reserved in advance, and reservations apparently need to be made well before arrival, sometimes at least a week beforehand. For a hotel of this class, advertised as a 5-star property, I find this very disappointing. A guest arriving at the hotel without making an advance reservation can basically forget about finding a sun lounger by the pool, which in my opinion should not happen at a hotel of this standard. Sun lounger availability on the beach is better, but there is an additional charge of around €30 per person. The amount can be used toward food and drinks at the bar, which is a positive point, but it is still an extra cost.

Качество питания очень низкое. Места общего пользования грязные. Бассейн очень грязный. Посуда в ресторане часто грязная, плохо вымыта. Всё очень старое и обшарпанное. Этот отель не соответствует 5 звёздам.

Baia foarte mica

In afara de faptul ca e amplasat aproape de plaja nu este nimic de recomandat legat de acest hotel. Nu a fost deloc ce ne-am asteptat. Acest hotel este de maxim 3 stele si nu 5 stele dupa cum pretinde si dupa preturile pe care le practica. Din pacate am avut o rezervare pentru 10 nopti. Nu recomandam nimanui, nici macar pentru o noapte.

Hotel murdar, dezamagitor, nu recomandam nimanui. Micul dejun a fost de cea mai proasta calitate. Ingrediente ieftine, reciclate (am luat micul dejun doar de 2 ori pentru ca a doua oara, jambonul, sunca, salamul erau vinetii iar unele erau murdare de Blue Cheese care se servise cu o zi inainte la micul dejun), cafeaua, o apa maronie..... Am fost nevoiti sa iesim in fiecare dimineata sa cumparam cafea si mic dejun din alta parte. Cafeaua la barul de la piscina foarte proasta si foarte scumpa; 5 euro o cafea in conditiile in care la cele mai bune cafenele din zona platesti maxim 2,8 euro. Ni s-a dat initial camera 314 care nu putea fi cotata nici de 3 stele, nu de 5 stele dupa cum se pretinde hotelul. Murdara, invechita, baia extrem de mica (usa la inchidere era la max 1 cm de chiuveta, efectiv nu se putea circula in baie, nu aveai loc sa te invarti) dar si foarte murdara (chiuveta veche, cada innegrita, silicoane de la cada negre, var cazut). Mizerabil.... In camera nu existau veioze, ci doar un singur intrerupator de lumina aamplasat departe de pat. Ca sa stingi sau ca sa aprinzi lumina in camera trebuia sa te dai jos din pat, sa faci trei pasi ca sa ajungi la el. Mobila zgariata, veche, foarte veche. Izolare fonica zero, se auzea perfect tot de pe hol si din camerele vecine. Camera 314 trebuie renovata in totalitate, sa nu o acceptati. Pentru a ne schimba camera am apelat Booking.com care a intervenit propt, a pus presiune si am fost mutati intr-o camera mai corecta la etajul 5. Va recomandam sa verifiati camera inainte de a o accepta.

Zeljela bih prije svega pohvaliti curu iz Srbije koja nas je docekala predivno(zaboravila sam ime). Lokacija hotela mi se sviđa jer smo bas trazili mirnije mjesto sa pjescanom plazom. Pogled s terase je predivan.

Hotel je na prvu izgledao woow no kad smo usli u sobe dosta su stare pogotovo kupatila ali su bar bile ciste pa je prolazno. Buffet na dorucku je bio prolazan. Mali izbor hrane. Svaki dan smo jeli isto. Bazen nismo koristili jer su lezaljke bile rezervirane vec u 8-9 ujutro iako gotovo nikoga nije bilo do podne. Osoblje na bazenu je neljubazno. Dio plaze koji zauzima njihove lezaljke je nakon kise bio neuredan i nitko nije pocistio pa smo na kraju isli u druge barove s lezaljkama.

Das Hotel wahr 5 Stern Angegeben aber für uns wahr wie Gutes 3Stern Hotel Früstüch wahr nicht so Gut Was super wahr das Meer und wetter sonst wahr nicht so toll Das ganze

Eigentlich nur den Ausblick. Und die 3 Damen bei der Rezeprion - die waren nett. Und die Leute die am Pool arbeiten - die haben sich wirklich sehr bemüht. Sonnst alles anderes - sehr schlecht.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und entsprach in keiner Weise dem Standard, den man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt und auch das Zimmer war extrem klein. Zudem waren die Möbel teilweise deutlich abgenutzt und beschädigt. Besonders störend war, dass sich kleine Stücke des Bezugsstoffes von den Möbeln lösten und auf das Bett fielen. Insgesamt entsprach der Zustand des Zimmers keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel – meiner Meinung nach wären hier höchstens 3 Sterne angemessen. Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Die Tabletts und das Buffet waren ständig leer. Die Gäste mussten immer wieder warten, bis die Speisen nachgefüllt wurden. Für die Anzahl der Gäste ist das Buffet meiner Meinung nach viel zu klein. Auch Tassen für Kaffee sowie Gläser für Wasser und andere Getränke waren ständig Mangelware. Wenn diese ausgingen, wurden teilweise einfach Papier- oder Plastikbecher nachgelegt. Das ist für ein angebliches 5-Sterne-Hotel absolut nicht akzeptabel. Sehr negativ war außerdem der Umgang mit den Gästen an der Rezeption. Der Herr, der während der Abendschichten an der Rezeption war, war äußerst unfreundlich und unhöflich. Er begrüßte die Gäste nicht, was in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte. Noch schlimmer war sein Ton im direkten Gespräch: Während ich noch meine Frage stellte, unterbrach er mich mitten im Satz, ohne sich dafür zu entschuldigen, und antwortete lediglich mit einem genervten „Nein“. Dieses Verhalten war schlichtweg respektlos und für einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption eines 5-Sterne-Hotels völlig unangemessen. Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Für uns entspricht es keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Vom Service über die Sauberkeit und den Zustand der Zimmer bis hin zum Frühstück gibt es erheblichen Verbesserungsbedarf. Unserer Meinung nach höchstens 3 Sterne.

Personal Sauberkeit

Das Hotel ist alt und hat höchstens 3 Sterne. Die Lage ist sehr schlecht und die Umgebung wirkt abends dunkel und unsicher. Es gibt viele Strassenhunde sowie keine Bars oder Restaurants in der Nähe. Im Hotel gibt es keine Bar, keine Kinderanimation und keine Unterhaltung. Der Pool ist sehr klein (maximal ca. 10 Meter). Der Lift ist winzig (ca. 1 m²), sodass man mit Gepäck mehrmals fahren muss. Das Hotelgebäude ist alt und im klassischen Stil. Die Familienzimmer verfügt keinen Balkon. Das Essen ist jeden Tag praktisch dasselbe, keine Früchte. Es gibt keine Musik, keine Veranstaltungen und keine Abendunterhaltung. Am Pool stehen nur etwa 20 Liegen für rund 250 Gäste zur Verfügung. Deshalb muss man die Liegen früh reservieren. Die Liegen am Strand sind kostenpflichtig und kosten je nach Reihe zwischen 10 und 30 Euro. Das Essen am Pool wird in Kartonverpackungen serviert.

Lokalizacja blisko plaży, dobry dojazd do lotniska i centrum Salonik Freenow / taxi a nawet komunikacja miejska . Z basenu nie korzystałam bo bardzo mały i kilkanaście leżaków na tak duży hotel.

Stary, zniszczony, bardzo małe pokoje mini łazienki. Wszystko stare zniszczone , słabe śniadania. Na 1 -2 nice do wytrzymania . Na pewno nie trzyma żadnych europejskich standardów.

Ich weis garnicht wo ich Anfangen soll. Also 5 Sterne war das Hotel eventuell vor 30 Jahren aber nicht mehr in der heutigen Zeit. Die Betten eine Katastrophe und nur am quietschen. Fahrstuhl haben zwei Personen rein gepasst. Das Badezimmer wenn man dazu ein Badezimmer sagen kann, konnte man sich nicht drin bewegen und hat nach Abfluss gerochen. Alles sehr sehr alt im Hotel gewesen. Höchstens 3 Sterne wenn überhaupt da gibt es sogar bessere Hotels als dieses. Zum Glück nur zwei Nächte da gewesen.

Soba je reklamirana kao trokrevetna u stvari je dvokrevetna sa pomoćnim ležajem, što nije naglašeno. Kupatilo sa wc-om je premalo, ispod svakog standarda, jedva se ulazi i izlazi iz njega.

5 βράδια μείναμε και δεν μας άλλαξαν σεντόνια. Αρχικά η κράτηση μου ήταν 3κλινο και μου έδωσαν 2κλινο. Απευθύνθηκα στη ρεσεψιόν 2 φορές αλλά ΤΙΠΟΤΑ.

Очень маленький номер для троих, мы не смогли даже раскрыть чемодан. Очень плохой Wi-fi, его почти не было.

Сутрин когато отидеш на басейна идва човек от персонала и ти казва че шезлонгът е резервиран мисля че след като има толкова посетители на хотела и искат да са на басейна да се подсигурят повече места басейна е до 18:30 което малко не е ок аз примерно изгарям силно на слънце и имам алергия и искам басейн и сянка.

Също така чадърите на басейна са супер малки и много захабени и скъсани в стаята миришеше на канализация и жените на бара малко бяха много увеличени

Camera a fost foarte mică, baia la fel de mică, de abia încăpeai să faci un duș, nu mai zic ca nu te prea puteai așeza pe wc. Curățenia lasă de dorit. În baie era plin de fire de păr, iar în cameră și pe balcon era mult praf.

Rooms and bathroom was incredibly small. Noisy air and ineffective air conditioner. Reported to the night reception who was extremely helpful and offered an alternative room.

De kamers zijn gedateerd en klein, de badkamer is ruk klein en met een minibad met gordijndouche. Geen ontbijt als je voor 0730 uur vertrekt.

Check- In für beide Zimmer erst um 18.10 Uhr anstatt 15.00 Uhr. Letzter Urlaubstag war damit versaut. Keine Bemühungen des Hotels diese Umstände auszugleichen und und die Wartezeit angenehm zu gestalten. Zimmer waren extrem "abgewohnt" und nicht sehr sauber. Das schlechteste Genius-Angebot bisher.

Soba je vrlo mala. Očajan doručak, Vrlo mali izbor, nekvalitetna hrana. A i toga nama uvek dovoljno. Restoran je prenatrpan stolicama i stolovima i vrlo je teško sa tanjirima u ruci kretati se između njih. Bracni kreveti su u stvari dva odvojena kreveta. Lift je "sauna". SEF u sobi ne radi. Iako su u hotelu većinom gosti iz Srbije na TV su samo grčki programi. Nemoguća je bilo kakva komunikacija na srpskom osim ako je tu DINA koja je iz Srbije Za skoro 200 evra po danu dobijate vrlo malo

Aufpassen, Scam! Keine 5 Sterne, kein europäischer Standard. Man muss für fast alles im Hotel bezahlen, selbst ein Handtuch für den Strand kostet Geld. Zimmer absolut runtergekommen, dreckig, klein und man kann als großer Mensch nicht mal auf der Toilette sitzen, weil Waschbecken im Weg. Duschen, fast unmöglich und gefährlich. Das Hotel sieht aus, als wenn seid 20-30 Jahren nichts mehr renoviert oder saniert wurde. Echt schade, dass sowas auch noch auf Booking ohne Probleme angeboten wird! Der Strand war auch dreckig und runtergekommen.

Невероятно местоположение. На брега на морето. Учтив и усмихнат персонал, който се старае да бъде в услуга. Главният мениджър реагира незабавно и позитивно при проблем. Добре организирано паркиране. Чудесна закуска. Плажът е чудесен. Наоколо има заведения, които предлагат прекрасна морска храна.

Отвън и на снимките хотелът изглежда чудесно. на практика е амортизиран. Стаите са малки. Баните и тоалетните са тесни. От западната страна се чуват някакви вентилатори през цялата нощ.

The location. The willingness of the staff to change the room. But the waiting time for the chang was too long.

The economy room is far from what a five-star hotel should consider letting. They are in an extension that is attic like. It has absolutely no internet, no hair dryer, no toothbrush holder, one small skylight window. There is no value for the money.

Se putea mai bine pe partea de curățenie!

Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve özellikle restoran personeli çok güleryüzlü, güzel bir havuzu ve plajı var. Tatilköyü gibi düşünebilirsiniz. Odalar temiz ve güzeldi. Personel yönlendirmesi herşeyi beğendik. Selanik merkeze 15-20dk. Çevresinde lidl- benzin istasyonu sahil mağazaları eczane herşey var. Bir daha bu bölgeye gelsem mutlaka kalırdım. Gün batımı için güzel uzun bir iskele var deniz kenarında.

Das Personal war super, egal wo (Rezeption, Frühstück und Pool) waren sie immer nett zu uns und bereit zu helfen. Der Infinity Pool war richtig schön, die kostenlose Liegestühle für Hotelgäste, der Strand, das Meer, einfach alles.

Die Betten haben gequetscht und die Rohre waren sehr sehr laut.

Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja runsas. Henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja mukava. Saimme retkelle lähtiessä mukaan aamiaisen, koska lähtö oli varhainen. Allasalue oli kiva ja rauhallinen. Ranta oli lähellä ja siinä oli hyvä myös uida. N. Epivatesin keskustaan oli lyhyt kävelymatka, useita ruokapaikkoja löytyi läheltä.
