Los servicios, duchas y el entorno de la piscina están en obras sin terminar. En el baño falta un colgador para las toallas de la ducha.

Ubicacion La señora que lo regenta o la dueña, increiblemente amables, nos explico todo, nos recomendo donde ir, como, una pasada, nos invitaron a un jugo al llegar… calidad precio sin duda volveria solo para charlar con esa mujer

La habitacion es justa a nivel colchones y diseño, pero esta muy limpia h por lo que pagas la verdad que es por decir algo, porque esta muy bien

Tutto fantastico, dalla gentilezza della receptionist al meraviglioso gatto, Ton, sempre desideroso di coccole. Siamo riusciti a vedere i tucani dalla nostra stanza. Anche il ristorante è molto consigliato.

Posizione proprio davanti l’ingresso del parco.

Sporca. Nella camera che ci hanno dato non credo avessero neanche cambiato le lenzuola, erano sporche e piene di capelli🤢 ci hanno cambiato la stanza ma nella seconda era sporco il bagno. Non abbiamo trovato neanche un tappetino per la doccia. Non c’era il phon e neanche lo avevano in reception.

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal, excelente trato.

Alojamiento excepcional, por ubicación junto entrada al parque Tayrona, muy limpio, personal muy amable y servicial. Piscina grande y limpia. Y muy buen servicio de restaurante. Una estancia perfecta.

La ubicación inmejorable, y la piscina se agradece mucho. Relación calidad precio está muy bien. El personal muy atento y colaborador.

Las instalaciones no estan terminadas, es un hotel enfocado a la gente que pasa por alli durante el dia y las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento y mayor limpieza

The large pool and location opposite the Tayrona entrance were great. The room was very clean and nice to have a balcony at the back. Although the road through the village is busy, you do not hear that in the rooms who are at the back of the property. Especially the warm welcome by Elena and hospitality all through our stay. My husband encountered a medical problem and she and her husband were very helpful to us.

Location just 1 min from the entrance of the tayrona park and the swimmingpool

- unfriendly staff - breakfast: if stay at El zaino I want to be the first to enter in the tayrona park. So you can not start the breakfast at 7.30 if the park opens at 8am. Moreover service is slow and it took us 1h to complete breakfast so we arrive at the entrance of the park late and had to queue another hour. Finally, the choice of the breakfast is extremely poor and very limited: only egg and sandwich and coffee basically - ps: no hot water in the rooms

Erstklassige Lage 200m vom Eingang zum Parque Tayrona. Ein eher einfaches Hotel, aber relativ neu, sehr sauber, und Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Großer Pool. Vom Balkon Aussicht auf viele Bäume mit tollen Vögeln und sogar kleinen Affen. Restaurant eher einfach, aber sehr lecker und recht günstig.

Der Fluss hinter dem Hotel roch etwas streng, vermutlich da in letzter Zeit zu wenig Regen gefallen war und das Wasser stand. Der kurze Fußweg zum eigentlich schönen Fluss neben dem Hotel war nicht so schön.

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva y no supieron solucionarlo. Queríamos cancelar una noche porque tuvimos que cambiar el viaje a causa del terremoto. Nos dijeron que si 3 veces y cogimos otro hotel. Luego llegó la manager y dijo que no se podía. Al final contactamos con booking y lo hicieron pero no nos gustó el trato ni cómo gestionaron la situación. No fueron claros y no dieron soluciones.

Personal muy amable, habitación grande y cómoda, ubicación ideal, cerca de la entrada del Zaino y al lado de la parada de bus. Hay animalitos salvajes por la zona, nuestra habitación daba al lado del río. La piscina estupenda para refrescarse. Desayuno muy bueno. Hacen unas limonadas muy ricas. Un lugar recomendable.

La habitación no la hacen cada día. Estuvimos alojados 5 noches y solo nos hicieron la habitación dos días.

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des chambres et la piscine est super. La nourriture du resto est très abordable et très bonne. La proximité du parc est très apprécié à 3 minutes a pied de l'entrée de Tayrona.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel. Alles hat gepasst. Sehr sauber. Gutes Essen und ansprechender Pool. Uns hat vor allem die Nähe zum Eingang des Tayrona Nationalpark gefallen. Außerdem ist die Geschäftsführung sehr entgegenkommend.

Perfecte locatie op 2 minuten lopen van de ingang van het nationaal park. Zwembad is erg ruim en heel schoon. Super aardig personeel die ook veel tips gaf voor transfers richting Cartagena.

Weinig ligbedjes bij het zwembad. De drie-persoonskamer had een gaas boven de deur waardoor er erg veel geluid door kwam. Tevens geen wifi in de kamer aanwezig, alleen in het hoofdgebouw.

Great family run hotel and restaurant, very friendly. Location, a few meters from EL Zaino entrance, buses straight outside to Palomino or back to Santa Marta. On site restaurant which is good. Nice pool and warm too.

On a absolument tout aimé! Les chambres confortables, la belle piscine, la bonne nourriture et surtout surtout l’accueil du personnel est formidable!!!!! Nous avons eu droit à une délicieuse limonade de bienvenue très rafraîchissante. Il est possible de laisser vos bagages le temps de la visite à l’intérieur du parc Tayrona. L’entrée du parc est juste à côté. Vraiment un énorme merci pour tout ❤️

Bien ubicado para ir al Tayrona. El personal es amable. La comida del restaurante esta muy buena.

Estuvimos pocas horas en el alojamiento y no tuvimos agua caliente y mal servicio de internet.

No me gustó que habiendo pagado su precio (elevado) para dos noches, no hayamos tenido ni aire acondicionado, ni wifi, ni luz, ni ventilador por cortes de corriente continuos durante toda nuestra estancia. El servicio de lavandería que pagamos no ha sido de nuestro agrado tampoco, la ropa nos la han devuelto aún sucia y algo húmeda. Y por último, el servicio no ha sido todo lo amable que esperábamos.

Habitació gran. Còmode i néta. Espai i piscina cuidats.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, arrangeant, aidant et très accueillant ! L’hôtel est super bien placé (à deux minutes à pied du parc national). Le restaurant est super bon, l’hôtel est propre, la piscine est très appréciable !

The back drop from my room into the jungle was amazing. It was great to watch and listen to all the wildlife and the river running right by the hotel. Also right next to the entrance to the national park (which unfortunately I wasn’t an able to do) but it’s a perfect location. Staff here were super good. I was extremely ill and they were very accommodating. Helping anyway they could.

Nothing, it’s a great spot

Chyba najlepsza lokalizacja z możliwych w okolicy, w bardzo urokliwym miejscu, gdzie egzotyczne zwierzety były na wyciągniecie ręki.

Jedynie chyba problemy z dostawą energi ale to juz nie ich wina. Robili co tylko mogli. Wówczas światło i wiatrak zasilane było z agregatu, niestety klima nie, ale do przeżycia.

Arca Tayrona was the best place during our journey in Colombia. Great location, very clean rooms, beautiful views on the river and great attention of the owner and staff. They made our stay very special! Thank you! We were very satisfied.

Location just a couple of minutes walk to main Tayrona NP entrance so very convenient. Room was comfortable and clean with balcony overlooking a river running just behind. Lots of wildlife close by with aracaris and parrots seen when by the pool. Restaurant served decent food.

La atención del personal , nos ayudaron con traslados a otra localidad. Nos guardaron las valijas durante 3 días mientras visitábamos el parque Tayrona sin costo adicional. Comida muy rica y a precio razonable. Desayuno a elección. Lugar limpio y ordenado. Una hermosa piscina.

Aunque mi familia llego en horas de la mañana y hubo disponibilidad, nos entregaro nla habitación sin problema.. Desayuno buenos y estan dentro de la reserva en esta ocasion. La atencion inmejorable y la sra dueña o administradora atentos a nuestra llegada (en la mañana y en la noche, ya que eramos dos grupos). Ademas nos indicaba que playas estaban disponibles...El hostal es sobre la carretera, pero no incide en la tranquilidad del hospedaje. Aunque todas las playas estan un poco lejanas (2 km-5Km) es facil tomar transporte que pasa al frente del hostal

Coming here after a day in Parque Tayrona was such a relief.  The room smells amazing and has AC and a fan so you can achieve exactly the temperature you're looking for. The staff are friendly and there are multiple tienditas and a pharmacy right next door so you can buy whatever you need.  The restaurant has great food.  The pool area is clean and welcoming.  It's location is super convenient to both the Zaino entrance of the park and the bus. They even gave us welcome drinks when we arrived. You can pay for your stay with a credit card with no surcharge.

Although my credit card has worked every other place on this trip, for some reason, they were unable to process it. Luckily I was traveling with someone else who had a card and theirs went through without a problem. Could just be a one off thing but maybe a good idea to have a backup card or cash.

Super Lage zum Tayrona Park, toller Pool, große, helle Zimmer mit Balkon / Terrasse, freundliches Personal, Frühstück inbegriffen - sogar ab 7:30 vor Öffnung des Parks

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man kann von den anderen Balkonen reinschauen, wenig Liegestühle und somit nicht wirklich gemütlich am Pool aufzuhalten

Close location to the Tayrona Park. And extremely friendly, helpful and understanding staff

The AC did not work (they had an issue with the electricity that night) so difficult to sleep. But glad they without any issues accepted that we we wished to leave earlier. Food not the best at the hotel’s restaurant- and no good restaurant alternatives near the hotel.

Great location, very clean and comfortable room with nice river view & bird watching, good food option, right at the main entrance and bus stop both directions. We got a welcome drink and were able to check in as early as 9am to start our day hike in Tayrona.

El trato y la atención del staff fue increíble sobre todo la Sra. Eliana y José que estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. Muy buena ubicación, a un minuto andando de la puerta de Tayrona. El restaurante buenísimo. Habitaciones amplias y camas muy cómodas. Piscina grande y muy limpia. Hotel recomendable 100%. Volvería sin duda otra vez. El mejor de los hoteles en los que hemos estado en Colombia

Proximité de parc tayrona et autres points d intérêts. Le personnel, bienveillant et a cœur notre bien être. Les toucans en fin de journée, observation des oiseaux . La piscine est très agréable et belle.

La nourriture était bon sans plus. L eau froide dans la douche, mais quand même indiqué dans la description, donc sans surprise. Le bruit de la route au restaurant(très bruyant) mais nous pouvions manger à l arrière sans bruit et bcp d’ intimité.

El lugar es hermoso, diagonal a una de las entradas al parque Tayrona y súper cerca de las otras playas, con acceso súper fácil a buses a todo lado, además la piscina limpia, agradable en un lugar que es bordeado por un río … hermoso

La limpieza es muy buena me gustó la piscina y la cercanía con la entrada del parque tayrona. Las instalaciones son actuales y muy cómodas las camas.

La atención de la señora Eliana excelente. Dios la siga bendiciendo. Resolvió todas las inquietudes y nos colaboró gestionando transporte y alimentación.

Localizacao ao lado da entrada do parque; a piscina, o quarto grande, limpo, com varanda bacana e com ótima vista; o pessoal me atendeu bem lá; e em só 2 dias ainda vi 2 tucanos pequenos. A comida do restaurante é muito boa- ao menos o que experimentei. A limonada de coco é grande e deliciosa.

Como na região há poucas alternativas, acaba que é preciso comer na pousada ou na praia. Mas vale a pena ficar por ali para visitar o parque e as praias da região.

Relación calidad-precio inmejorable, nos colaboraron en todo y estuvimos súper cómodos. A unos metros de la entrada principal al parque de Tayrona. Restaurante con buena variedad y buena calidad.

No había agua caliente en la ducha y la segunda noche nos tocó en una habitación sin ventilador, se notaba la diferencia.

Highly recommend staying at Arca, specifically if you intend to visit Tayrona Park. The hotel is located 2 min walking from the main entrance to the park. The staff is very very friendly, and helped us organize transportation from the airport. Food is also really good, we loved the cazuela we had for dinner:) The room was spacious, nice and clean - just note that this is located next to a National park, therefore, there’s lots of nature sounds the entire night.

Las vistas al río y se ven monos desde la habitación. La atención del personal. La piscina, y la cercanía a la entrada del parque tayrona.

La habitación olía como a cañerías o a orina, pero rápidamente nos cambiaron de habitación sin problemas.

La ubicación, las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal.

Lo que no me gustó es que las paredes son muy finas y se escucha lo del exterior y justo alado había matrimonios con niños que no paraban de gritar y se escuchaba demasiado

Great hotel opposite the El Zaino entrance to Tayrona National Park. The room was comfy and clean. The hotel is in a beautiful location and you can hear and see so much wild life from the hotel. The pool is a great place to cool off after a hot hike. The breakfast included in the room rate was good. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and were pleased to find four vegan options on the menu. The food was very tasty too.

The hotel is 3 min walk from El Zaino Tayrona Park Entrance. The restaurant has amazing and good quality food (nomatter what you order). The room was spaceious, clean and comfortable. Tell you a secret: there is a river streaming down at the back of the hotel. Walk towards out the left to the sign till "24", then head inwards the jungle, just 5 min of a small hike and you have found a streaming river just for yourself for sunbathing, fresh cold water to splash around and nobody around you(!). The massage is also recommend. Mine was done by Sandra. Amazing experience!!

El hotel está súper bien ubicado. Se puede coger transporte saliendo del hotel y varias playas quedan cerca. El personal muy amable. La comida estuvo buena. Volveríamos y lo recomendaríamos.

Dos días no hicieron aseo en la habitación porque se les olvidó. Le falta un poco más de variedad en el desayuno, aunque lo que daban era rico.
