Trocean View, Amazing Ocean View

The location was beautiful close to everything once you figure it out because that first since we were so high up on the mountain I thought that we were away from everything but everything was actually no more than about 10 to 15 minutes away. San Juan is about 30 minutes away if you decide to drive that's good but if you just want to go and party and you don't want to have to be worried about driving Lyft & Uber are available you want to make sure that you give them time to get to you though because it's not the same it's America they need a little bit more time unless you're in the city.

What I didn't like is that you had to go all the way to San Juan to do El Yunque and rainforest activities if you were not driving. Transportation is not allowed to drop you off in the rainforest park or they will be fine $500.00. Sounds like politics to me.

Location was perfect for exploring the East side of Puerto Rico. Close to beaches, rainforest, restaurants and shopping.

The view was literally UNREAL. The place was sooooo clean!!! It was perfect for us.

Unfortunately, we could never the door to lock from the outside, so when we left, we were just leaving our stuff at risk. There was 2 gates to get into to the area though so it was somewhat secure and ended up ok!

The view was amazing, and Leslie was very kind and quick to respond to questions.

The view was my favorite thing. But the location is great as well. Minutes from Luquillo beach. Definitely recommend stopping at the bakery at the bottom of the mountain coming down from Beacon Hill.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Inside, the apartment is well-equipped, beautifully decorated, very clean, and the bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. My daughter mentioned that the sofabed was also quite comfortable, which is always a plus! The host was responsive and helpful, and the neighborhood felt safe.

Finding the apartment was a bit difficult at night—we passed the street sign several times because it wasn't well-lit. A small light illuminating the sign or clearer directions would make a big difference. Additionally, the apartment is located three floors below the entrance, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Not a problem for us, but it’s something guests should know in advance, especially if you have a lot of luggage or any mobility concerns. One improvement would be adding blackout curtains in the living room where the sofabed is. The morning sun comes in strong, making it hard to sleep in that space. Overall, a great stay with just a few small tweaks that could make it even better. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

Great location with an amazing view!! Very close to Carabali adventure park which is why I booked for this location. Surprisingly the apartment was in a secure and gated area with a killer view of a golf course and ocean. Leslie, our host was very kind and receptive to our calls and questions. The apartment was well furnished and very clean!! Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Full functioning kitchen and appliances. Coffee maker was a bonus for us. Panadería ( bakery) just down the road where we got delicious pastries for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch to go another bonus!! I highly recommend this property and plan on staying again in the future.

On arrival we did notice a small water leak in the guest bathroom. Leslie was notified and expressed concern and was very apologetic. We just closed the water valve during our time there. Our kids used the sink in the master bedroom bathroom. Leslie did not want to disrupt our stay and we opted for repairs after we left the apartment.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast on the balcony was amazing.

Location and the view were the best. Close to the forest, beach, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and welcoming.

Stunning view as promised! It's high above the beaches, with great breezes. The interior is modern and well-decorated. Two bathrooms are a definite plus. The air conditioning units are quiet and effective. There are two large tvs you can use for streaming and the wi-fi worked very well. It is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, linens, and cleaning and laundry supplies. It's quiet and comfortable. It's super secure--way more than is needed--with two outside gates and a gate on the apartment door. There is a washer/dryer. And Leslie, the owner, was friendly and helpful.

There were no closets or drawers for clothes. This would have been a 10 if there were. The very comfortable mattress is encased in plastic, so there's some crackling going on when you move around in the bed. Also, if you have a lot of luggage or any physical impairment, it's Important to know that it's three floors down a stairway from the parking spot. A minor thing: a few pages with where to buy groceries and where to go for meals might have been helpful.

Bedroom a little small and don’t have closet to place the belongings. The apartment is in a first floor with a lot of stairs, and is difficult when you have things to carry up and down.

The location was wonderful with a beautiful view. I would definitely go back would refer orhers.
