Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Tolle, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung! Fantastische Lage am Hafen. Jan hat bei Ankunft alles erklärt. Außerdem hat er uns nützliche Links für die Erkundung von Aarhus und Schlechtwetteroptionen geschickt. Unbedingt Badesachen mitnehmen, denn auch im Herbst / Winter geht man dort in die Ostsee (wenn auch nur sehr kurz, bei uns hatte die Ostsee nur 11 Grad) 😉

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Tolle Unterkunft am Hafen, sehr gut gelegen, super Ausstattung. Kommunikation mit Jan war so unkompliziert, wir durften sogar deutlich später auschecken. Parkplatz auch wunderbar. Kommen gerne wieder! :)

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Velmi komfortní ubytování i na delší pobyt včetně zajištěného parkování. Výborné vybavení bytu. Klidné místo s možností využití terasy. Skvělá komunikace s majitelem. Vše proběhlo se vstřícností a velmi hladce. Velmi klidná čtvrť se zajímavou architekturou a pohodovým přístupem k životu. Do centra kousek s možností dojít pěšky nebo využít kola.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025Jan ist ein top Gastgeber - bei der Ankunft war er vor Ort und wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Eine tolle Anleitung liegt ausgedruckt in der Wohnung. Diese ist hochmodern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Mit dem Bus kann man die Innenstadt in ein paar Minuten erreichen. zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Wenn wir wieder nach Aarhus fahren versuchen wir wieder diese Wohnung zu mieten!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2024Lovely clean apartment and location in a relaxed yet lively marina setting. Amenities / good eateries all close by if don't wish to venture far and town centre only a 15 - 20 min walk along pleasant waterfront for more options and life. Kids also enjoyed with a small climbing area just outside and plenty to do in marina if water is your thing (and being dragged around the town highlights gets too much). Jan the friendly owner, is clearly proud of his offering.
Nothing to dislike. The only issue we had was actually trying to pay the parking fee back to Jan who arranged auto access for us (My bank doesn't like paying into PayPal it would seem.). For info the underground car park is height restricted for those with a roof rack. The walk to town might be a stretch for very young kids.
