Calm villa-apartement near the sea and nature

Priset är okej. Men där finns ingen AC så det var väldigt varmt där inne. Samt så är de dåliga gardiner som syns genom.. man vill ha lite privacy. Vita tunna gardiner, sen ser man folk som sitter ute på terrassen så man kan inte ens gå runt med kallingar. Samma sak med gardinen inne på sovrummet…

Gardinerna, ingen AC, samt att det inte står något om att poolen får ej användas

The location was pretty decent, and the sauna was nice...assuming you're ok with adding to the heat of the whole place. If it hadn't been so warm, then the sauna would have been nice.

I had high hopes, when I initially booked the reviews seemed good. However, the place is not as advertised. Worst of all, there is no air conditioning. When we arrived it was 25°C in the unit. Now, I understand that air conditioners aren't necessarily commonplace everywhere in Europe, however, none of the windows open either, nor is there a single fan in the unit. We had to stay up quite late with all the doors open to let the place cool down. There is some sort of ventilation device in the unit, which we promptly turned on and left on the entire stay. This accomplished nothing. Nor would it remain on, and it is blinking that it is in need of a new filter. Worse yet, when we got back from exploring the area for a day, it felt like someone had been in the unit to use the sauna. It was a sweltering 27.5°C despite us having closed all available window coverings to block the sun. The place isn't the cleanest overall. And if you're planning to cook on the provided hot plate (there is no stove top or oven, again falsely advertised!), you better bring all of your own cooking utensils and spices as the kitchenette is very sparsly furnished. If you're hoping to partake in any of the alleged activities, be prepared to search for them yourself. The hosts offer no information about nearby amenities. Be aware, the shower opens into the bathroom, and the entire floor and much of the bathroom get completely soaked while showering. There is also no fan in the bathroom or shower area. We ended up having to open the back door to release the moisture. (The door pictured between the toilet area and tiled shower area is no longer there!) Additionally, it's important to note that the pool ans garden view, is through the window only. The main picture is very misleading. You don't actually have access to the pool at all.

Mit dem Bus und Zug waren Malmö und Lund gut zu erreichen. Falsterbo ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und etwas vernachlässigt.

Het was lekker ruim en een heerlijke bank om even in te luieren. De bedden lagen prima en een heerlijk ruime douche

Er staat in de beschrijving zeezicht, die konden we niet zien vanuit het appartement en het privestrand hebben we ook niet ontdekt

Przy upale trochę gorąco, brak możliwości otwarcia okna, ale i tak oceniam bardzo dobrze

- Sauberkeit - Der Pool auf dem Bild darf nicht genutzt werden. Das steht auch so in der Beschreibung. Aber das Titelbild hat uns verwirrt / getäuscht.

Es tranquil, i molt còmode. Tens tot el que necessites.

Està net, no hi trobes res desagradable, però milloraría un poc la neteja.

Bra med egen ingång, skönt med bastu! Bra att vi kunde dra in våra cyklar i uterummet på nätterna.

Städningen var inte välgjord och bilderna gör inte riktigt boendet rättvisa. Spis saknas och det fanns bara en portabel kokplatta. Sliten inredning och ganska smutsiga golv och möbler. Det kändes inte aktuellt att dra upp gardinerna mot ägarens privata innergård med pool och uterummet var inte iordningställt. När vi påpekade städningen för värden fick vi inget bra gensvar.

Very comfortable with all the necessary things in an apartment. Sauna was very much appreciated

Very nice little garden house, well equipped with all what you need!

Lugnt område, trevlig planering, kul med två duschar, mycket förvaringsutrymme, fjärrkontrollen fungerade inte, fick nya batterier direkt.

Trång parkering för bilen, en fläkt gick igång varannan minut, golvskenan till skjutdörrar jätteskitig, saknade en klädhängare i anslutning till ingången.

It is a nice place, we made a wonderful walking trip to a seaside viewpoint where we admired the Öresund-Bridge at sunset. The apartment is good, with potential. Free parking.

The owner was a little bit overwhelmed, however he is a nice guy.

Die Aufnahmen suggerieren einen falschen Eindruck.

Die gesamte Holzhütte stinkt nach Schweiß, ist in die Jahre gekommen, könnte eine ordentliche Grundreinigung vertragen und ist schlecht ausgestattet. Die Betten samt Bettwäsche waren ganz klamm, die Geschirrtücher schmutzig. Für den Preis eine absolute Abzocke und Frechheit. Der Vermieter wohnt im Haupthaus, der Pool darf nicht benutzt werden, man hat keinen Freisitz. Das Auto kann man nur auf der Straße in einer Kurve parken .

La casa nel complesso è comoda, la biancheria è profumatissima e si percepisce la cura nell'accoglienza, con tanti servizi a disposizione (aria condizionata, ferro da stiro, pantofole, etc.). Cucina fornita dell'indispensabile.

Alcuni dettagli danno purtroppo un generale senso di trascuratezza: la zona lounge al coperto è umida e per nulla accogliente (peraltro si raggiunge passando dal bagno!), ci sono tante ragnatele e ragnetti, diversi mobili sono rovinati dall'umido o comunque con lievi danni, la copertura del divano è consumata. Non ci sono indicazioni per la sauna, che alla fine è rimasta inutilizzata.

Goede bedden en airco op de slaapkamer.

Je mag kijken naar het zwembad maar mag er geen gebruik van maken.

Die Wohnung sieht auf den Bildern echt gut aus, aber in echt naja. Alles schwer verlebt den Pool konnte man nicht nutzen und einen Parkplatz gab's auch nicht wirklich. Die Wohnung ist in einer winzigen Sackgasse.

De sauna

Ik had de accommodatie snel snel geboekt en niet gemerkt dat het zwembad op de foto’s niet toegankelijk is voor de gasten. Je hebt er zicht op vanuit de leefruimte maar de tuin behoort dus tot de privé-ruimte van de eigenaar. De foto’s ervan zijn dus misschien een beetje misleidend.

Sauna available for guests. Very clean. Towels and bathrobes.

It had all what you might need for a few-night stay. I especially loved that the place had a sauna. It is a compact, separated apartment in the hosts garden, who was kind and showed us the rooms and how to use the lights (they are a bit tricky). It was clean and tidy. Malmö center is around a 40 minute bus and train distance, so you don't necessarily need a car. All in all it was a nice, calm stay.

The lights were tricky to turn on and off. You couldn't manage them independenlty. The layout is a bit interesting: from the bathroom, through the toilet, you can go out to a terrace. It was strange. If you take a shower, that room will be all wet, but you need to pass through ot to get to the toilet, so you need to clean up carefuly if you don't want wet socks.

A well equipped apartment. Everything there as stated and all worked well. Comfortable and spacious. And there was Netflix! Good location. Peaceful, calm and felt safe. And only half an hour from Copenhagen airport. A good choice for us.

The picture gives the impression there is a pool, but there is no access to the pool and the beach is not connected to the apartment in any way. So that’s a little misleading. Though the apartment as it was fine for us. No view, but quiet. Also the parking was just street parking. A quiet street, but narrow. Just a suggestion, but some printed info on how to use the lovely additions like the washing machine, sauna, hot plate (in English) would have been helpful. The host was helpful but we didn’t like to bother him and we eventually figured things out

It was a perfect little place for a couple. Would be even better if you are staying in the summer.

Could have used some shampoo and conditioner. I believe there was shower gel available.

Great villa-apartment with a private sauna. Very quite area. We’ll definitely come back.
