Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Die Größe ist gut für 2 Personen . Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist recht ruhig . Kleiner Balkon. Ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Waschmaschine im Haus.
Parkplatz an der Schräge nur für geübte Fahrer. Waschmaschine - nur Toploader. Couch im Wohnraum etwas durchgesessen. Küchenhocker unbequem. Es wurden uns auf den Preis, der bei Booking vereinbart wurde, vor Ort 20% Tax aufgeschlagen, was in den anderen Unterkünften in Chile nicht gemacht wurde!

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025Das Apartment liegt direkt neben einer Universität und ist sehr praktisch geschnitten: zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und eine Wohnküche in der Mitte. Uns haben besonders der Balkon und der schöne Ausblick gefallen. Unser Mietwagen stand sicher auf dem Grundstück. Im Gebäude gibt es eine Concierge, die sich hervorragend um alles kümmert. Außerdem stehen zwei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner zur Verfügung – ein großer Pluspunkt für längere Aufenthalte. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich; der Ehemann und der Sohn sprechen Englisch, was die Kommunikation sehr erleichtert hat.
Im Haus wohnen viele Studierende, die gelegentlich auch spät in der Nacht feiern oder sich lange und laut auf den Balkonen unterhalten. An einem Abend lief die Musik so laut, dass wir die Concierge um Unterstützung bitten mussten. Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich – eigentlich hätte die Wohnung problemlos eine 9 oder 10 verdient. Für uns persönlich war der nächtliche Lärm jedoch zu viel.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025Muy cómodo el departamento, equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar, el balcón tiene sillas y una vista hermosa, las camas super cómodas y sobre todo la Anfitiona Carolina es muy amable y está en todos los detalles, sin dudas volveremos!!
Nada todo era muy lindo, lo único que le pondría es un pasamanos a la bañera para agarearse al salir para no resbalar
