Nova Boutique Hotel and Spa

We had a bad experience with a Viator Safari Booking and the staff at the hotel made every effort to help us and resolve our issue, they were brilliant.

Staff nice and friendly, they make you feel welcome. Location was good even though its not at the seafront. Very nice and clean hotel. The breakfast was amazing!

None, everything was perfect and will recommend without any reservations.

Excellent rooms; friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Nothing - next time I will book for two nights!

Really nice hotel. Manager and personnel very kind and taking care of all our needs.

the staff at the hotel are absolutely excellent! the individual care they show to all the guests is brilliant! no request was too much, they went out of their way - especially Trish, Fiela, Nospiho and Justice... but all the other staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful.

there was nothing to complain about.

The property was exceptional, one of the most beautiful stays I have had in PE

Clean and great people

Small and intimate with great rooms.

Breakfast was awesome. Half options were great and the variety very welcome! Close to the airport. Beautifully designed space.

Very helpful staff

Staff friendly, food nice, facilities accommodative as gym person.

A stunning and cosy boutique hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very hospitable, and the breakfast was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be visiting again. Next time, I'll be sure to enjoy the spa treatments as well.

Really great location with outstanding staff. So friendly and the room was delightful! Food was delicious, especially the Chicken Espetada.

Food times felt slow but that could just be our own personal preferences. We do understand that everything was made from scratch and we enjoyed all of our food.

Gratis Transfer zum Flughafen. Sehr ruhig. Möglichkeit für UberEats, Roomservice oder Restaurant. Sehr nettes Personal.

Location was perfect, room comfortable, food tasty. Amenities perfect.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious - I've never had banana loaf French toast and I'll go back just for that.

No electric blankets. Definitely not a deal breaker as there was air conditioning so we warmed the room.

We had a wonderful stay at Nova Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thank you to Natasha and Lilly, who made our stay truly memorable. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. We really appreciated the outstanding service and look forward to staying here again!

Staff were amazing Room was massive Breakfast was excellent

Most of all the staff were so kind

We were looking for a clean and safe place to overnight near the airport after landing on a late flight. This location was perfect - a 2 min drive from the airport rental car lot. We were there to shower, sleep and have a quick breakfast before setting off on the Garden Route the next morning, and this fit the bill. The private, gated car park also felt safe to drive into late at night (the front desk agent came out to usher us in himself.)

The carpeted floors, lack of elevator.

all good

We loved how close to the airport it was and how attentive the staff were!

Excellent staff and facilities. Close to airport

Family run property at the highest standards

World class breakfast! Staff are attentive and brilliant!

My stay was only short, but the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room was really lovely.

My stay was too short 😊

Great hotel, with the friendliest staff. Spacious comfortable room with a large spa bath. Hotel had a small gym, a pool and a couple jacuzzis. Breakfast on the morning was lovely. Short drive from the airport. We would stay here again if returning to Port Elizabeth.

Staff are friendly, very welcoming and accommodating, I really liked the menu, great choices for eating healthy

I loved my brief stay there!!!!

Nova hotel was a huge surprise for us. This property so thoughtful- everything there makes you feel like you’re home. Every detail is so unique and workers make you feel special and taken care of. From the room to the breakfast, from the service to the airport shuttle- everything was wonderful. Five + stars!

Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good too!

One of our rooms was changed due to recent flooding. Toilet was very small.

The location was extremely convenient to the airport, which made traveling very easy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff was exceptional — friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Accommodating to the point that not only were we provided with a free shuttle to the airport at 5:30AM on the morning of our departure, but the shuttle driver, Justice, also followed us to the airport the night before to assist in dropping off our rental car and providing a ride back to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Got a breakfast box because of an early flight. Very thoughtful and lovely staff, great room and the spa massages were excellent. Location is top notch!

Staff was great

Bit too much carpet everywhere, the view out the window of our room was not great, the shower was not really clean

Vielen Dank

Es gab nichts negatives.

Close to airport, free shuttle

Nothing everyone was great

The staff were friendly and house was very modern and clean

Location is perfect if looking for somewhere near airport but not near to any nice restaurants etc all needed to be driven too. Property very secure but neighbourhood properties very run down

Hi. I have stayed there numerous times and the property requires some TLC - paint peeling in the rooms, tiles chipped in the bathrooms, room not cleaned under the beds and stains on the carpets.

Very friendly staff

The property is well located, very close to the airport. Lots of light, spacious and I loved the high ceilings 😁. The staff were friendly and accommodating. What a pleasure.

The stuff was amazing. The food 😋

Noisy day visitors.

Location

We booked the president suite which was just a very large, industrial feeling room with little personality. The balcony had a building site and large wall within a few meters which started work with banging and shouting at 7.30am the next morning

Nothing

Room was filthy dirty. Balcony was filthy dirty. Spider webs everywhere and spiders. Was given a room in the far end where renovations we being taken place. Have taken video footage. Left the same day and was assured I’d get a full refund.

Sehr grosszügige Zimmer mit umfangreicher Ausrüstung. Hervorragendes Frühstück und hilfsbereites Personal. Kleines, angenehmes Hotel.

Pool-Anlage in mittelmässigem Zustand.

Very clean. Service excellent. Food delicious. Small, stunning but very peaceful hotel

Nothing

Huge room, nice breakfast option, fresh fruits, quiet, friendly staffs.

The staff personally greeted and welcomed me. Showed me to my room. Made delicious dinner for me at a late hour.. The owners went to great lengths to look out for my well being. Highly recommend this stay

Lovely staff, beautiful bathroom, nice size room and convenient location, big bonus was the free shuttle to the airport.

Pool area could do with a little TLC, but we still enjoyed our relaxing time there

Nichts

We were warm welcomed by an all-ladies team. They run the hotel with passion! Rooms are soacious and comfortable. Breakfast us really good. We arrived later in the evening and they made the effort to still serve a lively dinner, much appreciated!

The stars in the ceiling was a nice gadget, but the lights are a bit bright

Amazing staff ! The spa and hotel employee - all are warm and welcoming

Rooms was nice and spacious. Breakfast was great.

Room was huge and had everything you needed. Good breakfast and friendly staff

Overall stay was good

There was a tile cracked in our bathroom and the bathroom sliding door literally came off the rack. We have stayed here many many times and always loved it but wow we actually wondered if it was under new management this time around because maintenance of the property has taken a hit.

Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Fantastic location, right by the airport. We were met on arrival and taken straight to the hotel. The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, the rooms are a very good size and beautifully furnished. The hotel is spotless. Breakfast was excellent but it’s the staff that makes this place so special. The owners take great care of the place and work hard to ensure each guest is well taken care of and has everything they need. We would definitely return if we were in the area. The list of places to visit on our journey to Plettenberg Bay was a lovely touch, thank you.

The spa area could do with some lighting for evening use but it was also very atmospheric sitting in the dim light.

Well-run family boutique hotel. Excellent service, really good breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, with specific mention of Justice who made us feel very welcome upon arrival and Trishka, who made us not to want to leave. The spa was a bonus - we visited twice.

Consider making the bright lights in the spa treatment rooms warm white and dimmable.

excellent service and quality

nothing

Modern, clean and staff were exceptional

Found no fault

Amazingly kind staff. Room and location perfect for what we needed.

Service was excellent and facilities were great. Your elaborate and with a wide variety of options was a top on the cherry, well done.

Communicating with front desk was a challenge, given that there are no phones in the room.

100% Weiterempehlung! The Nova Boutique Hotel is truly unique and second to none. Yes, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area, but you certainly get what you pay for. This hotel is an experience in itself, starting the moment you drive into the courtyard, where we were greeted by a friendly staff member and guided to our parking spot. During check-in, we were looked after by Aron, who then accompanied us to our room, showed us around the entire property, and explained everything. The exceptionally beautiful spa area, featuring whirlpools and a heated pool, is also worth highlighting.

Nichts Nothing

luxe hotel met zwembad en jacuzzi. Nette kamers met goede voorzieningen. Goede parkeervoorzieningen. Vriendelijk personeel.
