Mamounia Patio & Rooftop

Rien

I really liked your house, thank you for your hospitality, thank you, I recommend it!

Karim is a great host and we had a good time in Marrakech! We stayed as a family in the apartment and it was all we could ask for. I would definitely recommend the stay, especially if you are looking for a more relaxing vacation. We were in town for an event so we only had to go to the centre a couple of times and we managed just fine with the buses close by and some times taxis! It was our second time in the city so we did not need to be super close to the sightseeing sites/Medina. Loooved the terrace!

Nothing! Of course the location is expected to be slightly uncomfortable if you do not have a car and are traveling as a big group but that was expected and definitely not something I can complain about :) So my only advice if you are a first time visitor in Marrakech would be to check connections and transport options to all your itinerary places.

Sve uredno i čisto.

Mr Karim is amazing. Very helpful and friendly. He made himself available for anything we needed while providing information on the area and culture with tonsof things to do and links. I would stay there again and again.

Amazing place and very kind host

The apartment owner, Karim, is an incredibly helpful, warm, and kind person. He supported us at every stage of our stay — even before our arrival, he sent us detailed directions, sightseeing tips, and advice on how to get around Marrakech ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend this place to families with children! A beautiful patio and rooftop, a wonderful neighborhood away from the noisy city center, yet very close to a bus stop. For just 4 dirhams, the city bus takes you directly to Jemaa el-Fna Square.

Quiet location with incredible rooftop; spotless spacious apartment, the owner, Kamir, lives just below ensuring needs are regularly met - a kind person happy to assist. Proper bathroom; great wifi; parking right out front - and wide road, making us feel safe; no complaints. Bakery 5 minutes away; supermarket only 10 - made for having a nice rooftop lunch!

A bit far from the main Marrakesh medina

I had read such great reviews about the apartment and the host. In my own experience did not faulter. Kamil is an excellent host whos priority is your best stay possible. He went above and beyond duty during our stay but there is not enough room to write it all. Defo will return here.

Only fault was finding taxi willing to take us back to the area we were staying as most prefer to stay in the medina. It is only a 10 minute drive from the city. I rang kamil and he sorted everything for us by speaking to the taxi driver. He even gave us an app to download for taxi services without getting ripped off as a tourist.

Duża ilość miejsca, czystość, taras na dachu z niesamowitym klimatem i widokiem, nadzwyczaj miły, pomocny i zaangażowany właściciel obiektu.

The rooftop was exceptional, all facilities clean and well presented, anything you needed Karim was more than happy to assist.

RAS

The apartment was amazing; the best part was the rooftop terrace and the interior garden. Karim was an incredible host, always so kind and attentive.

Everything was incredible, maybe the neighborhood wasn't the best, however I think it's a pretty common neighborhood in Morocco.

This place was a hidden gem that I discovered during my trip in marrakesh ! I was looking for a place to stay last minute while I was going thru Marrakesh. I didn’t want to be in the center of the town where all the chaos is happening and I landed in this place by chance ! The apartment was extremely clean , everything was functional and well maintained , the set up in the house is well thought , the kitchen is well équipement , the different areas within the house is architecturally brilliant . The kitchen has a high rise roof that will illuminate the outside natural light within making it seem that you are sitting in a sacred garden within this sanctuary ! It’s very private and warming to the heart to be there ! You also have access to a roof top over looking the whole city , and it also has this magical view of the hot air ballons from a distance ! The area is very quiet at night ( I’m not sure about the day because I checked in late in the evening and checked out early in the morning ) Karim ( the Host ) is an exceptional person in every way . The way he welcomed me into his space was never experienced before with any other place I’ve been to . He walked me in to all the details and amenities and functionality of the house, his hospitality skills made me feel comfortable, plus he spoke very well English and French ! He was available immediately to any questions I had , specially when I was trying to find food at 11:00 pm 😂 he suggested all the best options around the apartment with clarity and I could tell he really cares about his clients! Honestly one of the best hosts I’ve came across . I wish I stayed longer at this place because it was so comfortable in every way , but now I know where to stay the next town I’m in town ! Thanks again for everything ! This was purely hospitality at its best .

Everything was perfect

Beautiful apartment with nice private rooftop terrace. The host is very welcoming and provided us with many good tips.

Mr Karim was very hospitable and helpful. He gave us links to all essential nearby facilities

Wszystko. Bardzo duży i wygodny apartament. Urządzony kolorowo i wesoło. Na miejscu wszystko czego potrzeba. Zdjęcia nie kłamią. Wygodne łóżka, wszystkie udogodnienia sprawne. Balkon na dachu to hit. Największym plusem jest pan właściciel. Przemiły człowiek, gościnny, pomocny we wszystkim.

We loved everything Super clean host was super welcoming helpful we enjoyed the property there was private rooftop terrace just for us. We will definitely come back again.

When you arrive at 3.00 AM and host expects you with the smile, than you know you are at the right place. Karim is superb.

Our stay at Karim and Naima’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! They truly went above and beyond with their hospitality and support, making us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our visit. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully organised, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. From cookware to toiletries, cleaning supplies, and even a clothes steamer - everything was thoughtfully provided. The WiFi was excellent, the TV worked perfectly, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm Marrakech weather. The rooftop was another highlight - spacious, peaceful, and offering absolutely stunning views. Karim’s attention to detail and kindness made the apartment feel like a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and Karim’s wonderful hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌷🥰

RAS

I liked everything about it, Karim was an obsolete great with his follow on every detail ,Naima was also very sweet and kind, very highly appreciated. I will definitely be back ❤️

Rien.

Clean clean clean, has all what you need. Naima and Karim are very nice host. They gift us a large bottle of cold mineral water which I thought is good gesture.

Air conditioning in the second bedroom is a must, too hot in marakesh

The host was super friendly and nice. He made sure we have everything we need

Great property great host from start to finish (switch the gas on under the Hob) Witch was not problem the place was spotlessly clean and real quiet and peaceful, the roof terrace was fabulous and comfortable

It was a little out the way of the city ,, but taxis are very cheap , the location was peaceful and you local people are great as of most Moroccans are , I am British and have been traveling to Morocco for some years now and yes it’s a completely different world out there compared to Uk but a real nice friendly place

It was in a quite neighborhood 25 minutes from historic city center and 40 minutes by bus. It was like a Riad and the host was very friendly.

The mattress was okay but could have been more comfortable.

This amazing accommodation not only was superb, but what made it exceptional was the host. He was extremely available and informative even past providing general information about the accommodations but also provided information to help navigate Morocco for my personal excursion with my daughter but to also help me connect with locals for Business opportunities. I traveled with my daughter, and the 5 being a few minutes out of the city center was very safe. It allowed myself and my daughter to get a feel of how Moroccons live rather than only seeing tourist locations. This 2 bedroom with 2 additional entertainment sitting areas, full kitchen and bathroom with an indoor terrace that felt like I was in a Vienna Cafe and amazing rooftop. what more could I ask for.

I truly didn't have any dislikes. I booked, knowing it would be a 20-25 minute drive to sites i wanted to see, but taxis are very much available and affordable. It is on the 3rd floor, so be able to walk up a few flights of stairs.

I like this accomodation very much , everything was perfect also the communication with the owner was excellent. I definitelly recommended this you will be satisfied

Karim’s place was a beautiful and welcoming home, tastefully decorated in traditional Moroccan style. It had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is peaceful with convenience stores nearby, and the medina is just a short ride away. Karim was very available, proactive, and made sure everything was going smoothly. Naima was also incredibly kind and helpful. There are so many good things to say about this place — we truly felt at home and would happily stay again!

Nothing really, it was wonderful!!

My family and I stayed at Karim’s place during our time in Marrakesh, and it was an amazing experience. First of all, communication with the host, Karim, was top notch. He was always responsive and helpful. The surroundings were friendly and welcoming, and we met so many kind and hospitable people during our stay. We were absolutely stunned when we arrived. The place was beautifully designed with great attention to detail by Karim. It was well furnished, clean, and cozy. A big thanks to Naima, who kept the house spotless! Even my 4 year old felt completely at home, which was surprising because she’s usually a bit hesitant about staying in new places. The location in Massira was perfect, with plenty of shops nearby, making it easy to get whatever we needed. Parking was hassle free, and the area felt very safe. We had no concerns walking around both in the morning and at night. We highly recommend this place to anyone reading this review. If you're considering staying here, don’t hesitate! 10/10 experience. Vielen lieben Dank again to Karim & Naima!

We had the most amazing time at Karim’s apartment! The place is everything you wish for: clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and perfect for a family gateway. The roof terraces offer a splendid view of not just Marrakesh but also the mountains at the distance, and it was such a treat to be able to switch off there, drinking coffee and listening to the birds chirping. Great neighbourhood too, with local shops, souks, supermarkets and bus stops just round the corner. Karim is honestly the best host we’ve ever had. Incredibly helpful from day one, very patient and understanding. He will go above and beyond to ensure that his guests have the best time and there are not enough words to thank him for making our stay in Marrakesh so memorable. If you are looking for a safe, comfortable place that feels like home, look no further. A very special ‚thank you’ to his colleague Naima and his neighbour Houcine downstairs. Wishing you guys health, happiness and success in all your endavours. Ida, Mario and Mum Natalia

Everything was perfect!

Location is for exploring Marrakesch perfect, close to the airport, Medina and shopping as well. Very spacious appartement, a lovely roof terrace with an amazing view. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Good cafés around, and for 10 cent a cappuccino with a small bottle of water you can't go wrong. Very friendly host, with perfect communication and lots of useful information. We can highly recommend this accomodation. Greetings to Naima and Radim

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Communication with Karim was always smooth, and his instructions were incredibly helpful. The space is very clean, well-equipped, and retains some charming details of the local culture. The terrace is a particularly pleasant spot to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Very helpful staff - Karim was the best. Easy communication via Whatsapp. Before arrival Karim sent useful suggestions about shops and cafes nearby, taxi prices etc. Spacious apartments, good wifi, clean and comfortable.

Location a little far from the Medina, but easy to park the car on the street next to the apartments or use the taxi app to get a taxi.

Such an amazing place , we had everything we needed and we enjoyed the birds singing . Such a lovely apartment and Karim has been extremely helpful. We will be back soon.

Nothing bad to say

This apartment is perfect for families or group of friends. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and plenty of space to chill and relax after all day sightseeing and walking. Nice rooftop terrace with a view, perfect for morning yoga 😊 The owner is more then helpful, he provides us with all the information how to move around, where to shop and eat. Neighbourhood is quite and safe. It's very easy to get to old medina by direct bus or a taxi. We rented a car and park for 40dh for all day close to Koutoubia Mosque. Highly recommend.

Great and very spacious accommodation, 20 minutes by car from the Medina. Parking is available right in front of the house. Karim, the host, goes out of his way to fulfill all requests. Lovely rooftop terrace for relaxing and enjoying the view. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you!

Excellent apartment with a terrace. Upon arrival, the owner gave recommendations about Marrakech sightseeing, as well as nearby restaurants and shops. WiFi worked great. You can easily park your car in front of the apartment.

An absolutely amazing host! He went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy during the entire stay. Communication was great: there were clear instructions prior to booking and he responded rapidly to any questions/issues. He was also extremely friendly and gave great recommendations for the area. The apartment was perfect: it had all the necessary amenities and was very well maintained. I 100% recommend this place to anyone staying in the Marrakesh area.

Beautiful Moroccan style house

It’s was clean and location was very good

The place is beautiful, original, and well maintained, best experience for a tourist to feel how it is to live in Morocco

The apartment is very beautiful, the owner is very helpful and pleasant, the location is a bit further away from the center but the neighborhood seems good.

Nice quiet place, spacious home and very cozy pattio and rooftop. Appartment was clean and very attentive stuff and host. Always available to help.

Beds are soft but that is personal. Further no elevator, for people who have health issues. 2nd floor, but its okay. We have 3 smaller children, no problems.

The apartment is exceptional, good location, and the host (Karim) will do everything for You to feel welcome.

Nothing

The apartment was in a good location and very comfortable with great WiFi provision. The size of the apartment means it would in fact be a lot more value for money for larger parties of 4-6 people as there is plenty of room to accommodate a big group if you needed.

The terrace wasn't set up at first which meant due to other arrangements during our stay we didn't get to take advantage of this facility. This was a real shame as one of the main reasons for booking. It's frustrating when these listings can't just include the tax payment within the rate and you have to have separate money available to pay this. For the cost of the room I believe that could have easily just been included.

Beautiful Apartment, The host is very friendly and really wants you to have a good stay. I think the pictures don’t do enough justice on how really beautiful it is. I really recommend getting in contact with the host, It can be hard to find. With the guidance with the host it will be easy. The host will be ready to help you at anytime! Would definitely book again If we are in Marrakesh! Thank You Karim for the amazing stay!

Nothing

The location is about 8km from town center, but easy to reach by car. also airport is a 10min drive. The surrounding is friendly with small shops, restaurants and living quarters. The flat is very beautiful with two separate bedrooms and ample options to sleep in the living room. the kitchen and the bathroom are all nice and modern. Wifi is fast and stable.

the key handover was a bit tricky since we had no maroccan mobile phone, but after 10min the local agent brought the key and introduced the appartment. we had the gps position, but there was no sign on the door.
