Spacious and Luxury Modern Villa with Huge Garden and Pool

Wayan and Tuket met us at 2 am, with smiling faces and bellows with our luggage and gave us a tour of the villa. They came each day and made us great breakfasts and were meticulous with cleaning.

ALLES!!!! Die Villa ist riesig und äußerst geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Lage war hervorragend. Das Zentrum von Ubud (sehr laut und viel Verkehr) war mit dem Grab in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Villa liegt am Ende eines Weges, der nur zu Fuß begehbar oder mit dem Roller befahrbar ist. Für An- und Abfahrt wird man transportiert. Das Haus und der Garten sind eine Oase der Ruhe. Und das Beste on top: Man wird von Wayan und Ketut umsorgt - mit einem tollen Frühstück und die Villa wird täglich auf Hochglanz geputzt. Außerdem kann man Bagus als Private Driver buchen. Er spricht perfekt Englisch und war der einzige Driver, der uns ausführlich über Land, Leute, Traditionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten erzählen konnte. Rundum empfehlenswert!!!

We loved our whole time here the minute we arrived we felt at peace!! Wayan and Ketut were amazing our only problem is we didn't book for longer!!! Everything about this place was excellent! Breakfast each morning was amazing, pool temperature was perfect rooms huge and luxurious! Wayan and Ketut even did all our laundry ready for flight home! We have even talked our air hostess on way home to book here for her trip to! I will 100% be back and bringing my family! Thank you!!

Gorgeous facilities. Spacious villa. great service, quite place and very comfortable . felt like home away from home. Wayan and Ketut are so kind. Highly recommended.

The location is yet it's quite a distance from the closest parking lot. It was a pleasant walk and the small pedestrian route has many restaurants and beautiful places on the way. You can also ride it with a motorbike easily. But if you have little kids, I recommend rethinking. As for the luggage, it is not an issue at all. The staff carry the luggage all the way with a bike and they also gave us a ride with 2 bikes.

Super mooie en luxe aangeklede villa. Met uitzonderlijk goed personeel. En heerlijke comfortabele en frissen bedden en een krachtige ruime douche. Mijn favoriete verblijf tijdens 3 weken verblijf in Bali. Wij verbleven hier 8 dagen. Elke dag werd onze was uitgewassen door Wayan en Ketut. Iedere dag vers bereid ontbijt. Echt fantastisch.

Alles was fantastisch! Wayan en Ketut hebben zo goed voor ons gezorgd. Wij bevelen deze accomodatie van harte aan. Een dikke 10!!

Tout était parfait, même mieux que ce que nous imaginions sur base des photos. La villa est décorée avec style, la piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques. Sans oublier Wayan et Ketut, qui sont adorables et aux petits soins. La villa n’est pas accessible en voiture, mais la promenade de 600m est agréable. À l’arrivée et au départ, on nous a amené de la rue à la villa en scooter, ce qui est très appréciable, surtout pour les bagages.

Le personnel de maison est formidable, disponible, très accueillant. Wayan et Ketut ont rendu nos premiers jours à Bali formidable. Elles ont été d’une grande aide pour organiser plusieurs attentions pour l’anniversaire de notre fille de 16 ans(fleurs, gâteau, décoration avec des ballons, massage…). La maison est magnifique et très agréable à vivre.

Graceland was set in a lovely location. Everything was well thought out.

There was nothing to dislike about the villa.

The staff were amazing. They couldn't have looked after us more. Breakfast was cooked anytime between 7am and 10am and was gorgeous. They cleaned the house did our washing and took us up to the main road on their mopeds. The driver took us on a day trip around Ubud and also drove us to Uluwatu. An amazing 4 days.

The path to the villa is fairly long and dark in places at night.

Прекрасная место расположение, шикарная вилла, со всеми удобствами, рядом кафе, магазины, массаж все по приелимой цене. Помощницы по дому прекрасные люди, готовиои нам завтраки вкусные, наводили порядок, даже стирали и гладили наши вещи без дополнительной платы.

We spent a wonderful 5 days here as a family and friends from Poland. The villa was beautiful, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. We would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their exceptional hospitality, warm atmosphere, and delicious daily breakfasts. Die Unterkunft war geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die vor-Ort Betreuung durch Wayan, war außergewöhlich gut. Die Unterkunft hat ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und immer frisch angerichtet. Wayan hat die Villa jeden Tag sauber gehalten, als würde man wieder frisch in die Villa einziehen.

Labai patiko švara, pusryčiai, švarus baseinas. Kiekvieną dieną tvarkomi kambariai, skalbiami rūbai (jei nori). Ypatingai skanūs pusryčiai. Labai rūpestingosi šeimininkės. Į vilą galima užsisakyti nuostabų masažą.

Garsiai dirbo oro kondicionieriai, panašu kad juos jau laikas keisti į naujus.

l'équipe présente sur place tous les matins (2 personnes extraordinaires) nous faisait des petits déjeuners absolument délicieux. Nous avions le choix entre du balinais et de l'occidental, c'était un des meilleurs moments de la journée. Merci infiniment à l'équipe.

Was met by Wayan and Ketut, from start to finish, made our stay perfect. The villa is clean, spacious and very modern. Garden and Pool very spacious and lovely to relax in. The breakfast by Wayan and Ketut was lovely each morning and we can’t wait to return.

Sehr großzügige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa. Besonders macht diese Villa der verhältnismäßig große Garten mit schönem Pool. Die Villa ist nur mit Mofa oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Vorteilhaft ist, dass man vom Ubud-Stress nichts mitbekommt in dieser Oase. Kommunikation über WhatsApp war problemlos. Wayan und Team haben uns gut betreut und täglich leckeres Frühstück gezaubert.

Auch an dieser Villa nagt das „Bali-Klima“, was aber in keiner Weise unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat.

La casa es preciosa, muy cuidada, con todos los detalles y muy cómoda. El personal de la casa muy agradable y servicial, nos hacían la limpieza e incluso la colada diariamente, el desayuno muy completo.

Por decir algo, en el último tramo de acceso a la casa, no pueden pasar coches, pero andando son unos 7-8 minutos y sí pasan motos. Ellos solucionan muy bien el tema de equipaje con motos que lo transportan. Como ventaja, la zona es bastante tranquila.

La villa è bellissima e tenuta benissimo. Arredata con gusto. Le governanti sono semplicemente fantastiche. Preparano per colazione ciò che desideri e a che ora preferisci in base alle tue esigenze. Piscina fantastica. Noi suggeriremmo all’host di fare una convenzione per una golf car anche magari in condivisione con le altre ville, perché tornare la sera su quella Stradella è davvero pauroso, per i cani, per eventuali animali notturni e perché si rischia di cadere nei ruscelli laterali alla stradina. Se avessimo avuto a ns disposizione una golf car parcheggiabile all’inizio della strada l’esperienza sarebbe stata Top. Al di là di questo consiglio, la struttura è fantastica… magari sarebbe bello illuminare la zona piscina la sera per permettere agli ospiti di nuotare anche sotto le stelle!

Architektonisch großzügig angelegt und stilvoll eingerichtet - ein sehr schöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Die Betreuung ist sehr freundlich und zugewandt.

Ein Zimmer (im Erdgeschoss hinter der Küche) riecht stark nach Schimmel.

La villa è semplicemente splendida, con grandi camere luminose e bagni lussuosi. Wayan e Ketut, le governanti, sono gentilissime e preparano le colazione ogni mattina con pancake balinesi, frutta esotica, uova, caffè. Grazie per questo soggiorno indimenticabile! Spero di tornare al più presto!

Our family loved everything about Villa Graceland. So peaceful and relaxing - I did not want to leave - 3 nights was not enough! Fantastic housekeepers who were so accomodating and kind. They cooked us a lovely breakfast every morning. Spacious and clean with very comfy beds. I loved that the road was not accessible by car and enjoyed the walk to main road or getting Gojeks. A little oasis in ubud!

This is just an amazing jaw dropping villa. The location is great. It is an 8 minute walk from the main road, but we saw this as a nice stroll before & after dinner; and I’d close to all the massages and restaurants. The housekeepers are lovely and can’t do enough for you. Highly highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast, very spacious rooms. Really friendly helpful onsite staff to help with answering queries, they assisted in renting us motorbikes.

Hadn't realised how far down the property was from the main road - it just meant that you definitely need to either rent a motorbike or get a grab taxi bike to drop to off everytime. But other than that this was perfect

This was one of the best accomodations I have ever stayed in. The villa was beautiful and relaxing and felt luxurious but homely and liveable at the same time. Wayan and Ketut were so lovely and caring and really made our stay. The Balinese pancakes for breakfast were the best we've tasted in Bali! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience - the next time I stay in Ubud I will be booking this accomodation again without a doubt.

Wayan and Ketut cooked the most amazinf breakfast each day. They then stayed to clean the villa and were so lovely and friendly. I didn't want to leave!

Amazing staff. Huge spacious villa, the pictures don’t do it justice. The path from the road to the villa was easy to walk with a stroller and had plenty of restaurants/cafes/massage parlors. And the staff take you and your luggage on scooters when needed. Big pool and garden was perfect for our family. There are doors to the yard and pool that can close. This was very helpful so we didn’t have to worry about our young children going in the pool without us. Highly recommend

Gorgeous spacious property very close to shops and restaurants! Staff in the villa were absolutely amazing, couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating! Villa was kept immaculate and laundry done for us each day, breakfast was also included and served whenever suited us which was amazing 👏

Amazing stay. The villa is as pictured, and every detail is attended to in the furnishings and decor - all top notch. Location is convenient to many restaurants, stores, massage options, etc. And also close to the center of UBUD..The garden is absolutely lovely as well as the pool. I would love to stay here again. The housekeepers Ketut and Wayan took excellent care of us.
