Secluded Apartment with Full Kitchen & Balcony Garden View

The staff was amazing. Lolit, Tata, and Mark were phenomenal. It was a little off the beaten path but quiet and we lacked for nothing. The people there and in the surroundings, were very nice. Would definitely come back, if for nothing else the staff. Thank you, our new friends for the enjoyable stay, as the staff made the difference.

A little hard to get around only trikes. Other than that fantastic.

This seems like a great place to stay in Liloan. 1.​Quiet Location: It's in a peaceful area, though you might hear music from local family celebrations on weekends. The soundproofing is excellent, though. 2.​Well-Equipped Rooms: The room comes fully equipped with everything you need. 3.​Exceptional Staff: The three caretakers were the absolute highlight, helping us with so many things. (1)​Mark (Main Contact): Mark was amazingly helpful and responsive. Whenever we had an issue, he resolved it quickly. He even got the heater repaired and installed within just two hours! On top of that, he efficiently coordinated our quick checkout and room inspection with the rest of the staff. (2)​Tata and Lolet: They assisted with cleaning and garbage disposal. They did a thorough job cleaning the room and cleared out all the trash very quickly

Just as a quick note (which isn't directly related to the accommodation itself)—neighbors nearby occasionally burn trash or leaves. This has unfortunately been the biggest issue for us during our month-long stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Secluded Apartment with Full Kitchen & Balcony Garden View on July 30 and 31, 2026, and once again it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment truly lives up to its name — tucked away in a peaceful setting, yet thoughtfully designed to feel welcoming and homelike. The full kitchen made it easy to prepare meals just the way I like, and the balcony overlooking the garden was the perfect spot to unwind, sip coffee, and take in the serene view. The atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating, making those two days feel like a refreshing retreat. This wasn’t my first time here, and each visit has been memorable in its own way. Back in February 2024, I stayed for a full week, and that longer visit gave me the chance to settle in and really appreciate the apartment’s charm. The space is not only comfortable but also practical, with everything I needed for daily living. Having that balance of convenience and tranquility made the week feel restorative, almost like a home away from home. In November 2023, I stayed here with my 30‑year‑old special child, and that visit holds a special place in my heart. The apartment’s layout and peaceful surroundings made it an ideal environment for us both. It was spacious enough to accommodate our needs, and the calming garden view provided a sense of comfort and joy. Sharing that experience together was truly meaningful, and I’ll always remember how at ease we both felt during that stay. What makes this apartment stand out is not just the amenities, but the feeling it creates — a blend of privacy, comfort, and warmth. Whether for a short getaway or a longer stay, it has consistently offered me a space to relax, reflect, and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. I look forward to returning again, knowing it will always provide the same sense of peace and welcome

Velmi hezký, vkusně zařízený apartmán. Apartmán se samostatnou ložnicí s klimatizací. Byt opravdu velmi pěkný. Prostorná koupelna. K dispozici plně vybavena kuchyňka,lednice. Před apartmanem vlastní posezení na terase. Krásné západy slunce. Opravdu nejhezčí bydlení za celý můj pobyt na Filipínách. Klidnější lokalita mezi místními. V okolí procházkou obchody i bistra. Výborné místo k bydlení po příletu či před odletem. Paní domácí velmi milá, usměvavá, příjemná paní, která se vším ráda poradí a zařídí v podstate cokoliv. Velmi doporučuji

Very noisy AC right above the head in bed Overused towels that are falling apart and are hydrophobic. In the amenities list upon booking it said washing machine, but there was none.

The staff is so caring. And the apartment was nice.

No coffee or tea bags or fruits on arrival. Aircon very loud in the bedroom. Too loud. Needs changing. A map of surroundings needed.

Everything you need, in a nicely fitted out apartment. Friendly and helpful. Really quite comfortable, in a local neighborhood. Also worth mentioning a great cafe down the road (Bambusa) and a nice little bakery in the other direction at the intersection on the way to the highway. You can walk into Liloan to the supermarket etc if you like - takes 20 min to half an hour depending on how fast you walk. Some may find the location a bit remote, but I really enjoyed my time.

The place is nice and clean. It feels like you are in your own home.. staff very friendly and accomodating especially ate tata i think thats her name.. i will come again when i visit liloan.. and recommend this place. Price is cheaper than others but the place is super amazing and very relaxing..
