Die Lage ist klasse, ansprechende Einrichtung, gute Erreichbarkeit

Laut wegen des Lichtschachts, man hört die Nachbarn dadurch sehr. Das ein oder andere ist etwas abgenutzt. Couch, Pfanne. Eine Flüssigseife in beiden Bädern wäre sehr ansprechend. Auch Handtücher sollten zur Grundausstattung dazugehören.

Schönes, bequemes, gut und schön eingerichtetes Appartement.

Sie könnten evtl. Handseife und Handtücher für ¹die Toilette zur Verfügung stellen, das würde die Gäste bestimmt sehr freuen und ihren Aufenthalt erleichtern.

The location was great. Very near an excellent supermarket and quiet but close enough to walk to the front. Also very close to the tram stop.

It would have been fantastic to have something to hold onto and something to store bottles in the shower. I understand why you have to pay for towels or bring your own but a bath mat would have been fantastic.

Sehr schöne Lage im Zentrum von de Haan direkt neben dem Supermarkt. Helle, freundliche Unterkunft mit großer Küche und großem Wohnzimmer. Der Strand ist ca. 1000m entfernt . Problemloses kostenloses Parken in ca. 250m Entfernung möglich.

Um zur Wohnung zu gelangen, an der Türcode eingegeben werden muss, muss man zunächst in Haus kommen. Dafür mussten wir einen Klingel bedienen. Daraufhin gab es 5 Minuten lang keine Reaktion. Ein anderer Urlauber kam dann zufällig aus dem Haus, so dass wir zur Wohnung gelangen konnten.

Very clean and bright apparement, in great location close to everythinhwe needed - supermarket 2 mins, tram 5 mins, beach 10 mins.

In hot weather we could have done with Air conditioning - the apparemen does not have any - but i think that is descrinbed up front. One issue though that was reported by other guests - every morning at 5:30am a delivery truck pulls up like clockwork and takes 30 minuts to load goods into the supermarket that is very close to the appartment. This causes a very noisy racket that woke us every day. If you are a heavy sleeper it might not affect you but it did affect us - in the sense that we had to go back to sleep after they were gone. I was ok with it as we only had a short stay but if i were there for a full week it would drive me crazy as effectivetly you wouldnt get a full nights sleep for a week! De Haan is a lovely upmarket restort with beaufiful beach and belle epoque architecture, however it shuts down in the evenings so very quiet after 9pm (you need to eat early or else you could be caught out like we were)., It mostly suited us but may not suit others on holidays looking for more life in the evenings (you can take a tram to Ostende for 25 mins to find a more lively atmosphere).

L'appartement est très beau, très moderne et bien décoré. Je dirais qu'il est parfait pour 4 personnes. Lorsque le divan du salon est transformé en lit, il y a un peu encombrement et c'est moins pratique mais ça n'empêche pas de profiter de ses vacances. Je tiens à ajouter que de haan est une station hyper agréable et que l'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait

Central - super modern

Diese Wohnung ist zu empfehlen, wir waren zu fünft dort. Alles schön Eingerichtet und sehr Zentral und Ruhig.Die Vermieter waren so freundlich uns im Wohnzimmer die Schlafcouch herzurichten. Der Tv ist anständig, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Handtücher mitbringen oder dazu Buchen. Lebensmittel Geschäft ist direkt um die Ecke, sowie eine Bäckerei und eine Tolle Pizzeria die ausliefert. Danke es war gemütlich in ihrer Wohnung.

It was tricky getting in at the start. We stood in the porch on the phone to the office for 10 minutes before they worked out how to remote activate the lock. I know we knew about it in advance but I thought it crazy that towels aren’t included in the price. Would also be useful to have instruction manual for oven.

Il n'a pas été possible de se connecter au WI-FI. Les armoires à vaisselle étaient trop hautes. Les fenêtres côté sud n'étaient pas protégées du soleil. Signal trop faible.

The apartment was really modern, clean and well kept. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to cook (just bring some of the basics like salt and pepper, etc.). The apartment we stayed in had 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The beds are incredibly comfortable. It is located right next to a grocery store and there are lots of restaurants in the area. It is just a few blocks from the park and beach. The area is lovely and very safe. We can't wait to come back again.

They do not offer towels, but we knew this in advance. There were also some small things for the kitchen that would have been helpful, like salt and pepper, paper towels, cooking oil, etc. We also knew about all of this in advance so this wasn't an issue, it would have just been nice to have.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – sehr zentral, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Apartment selbst war gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Rooms were cold even with the heating on . No towels were provided at last min booking, as housekeeping staff not available! As per the policy so don’t book this accommodation last min as they need 24hr notice to provide towels but also there is a charge of £15 euros per person.

Kein Frühstück, da Appartment. Die Lage war hervorragend. Sehr zentral gelegen und optimal zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr guter Supermarkt um die Ecke. Käseladen und Patisserie wenige Meter weiter.

Kein Griff in der Dusche, glatter Boden in der Dusche, keine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche. Bedienung des Tv Gerätes mehr als unübersichtlich, kein Manual. Gemütlicheres Licht an der Couch.

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Check-In unproblematisch. Küche gut ausgestattet mit Messern, Töpfen usw. Bettwäsche vorhanden. Handtücher für WC und Bad nicht vorhanden.

Leider nur 1 Schlüssel.

L'appartement était très propre. Il était très bien situé dans une rue calme, à deux pas d'un supermarché et non loin de la plage.

Pour le prix demandé, l'établissement aurait pu fournir des serviettes. Celles-ci étaient en supplément. Il n'y avait ni four à micro-ondes, ni planche à découper ni cuillère en bois (équipement de base). Il n'y avait pas de savon pour les mains et la quantité de liquide vaisselle fournie ne suffisait que pour une seule vaisselle. Sans ces petits désagréments (pour faire des économies comme une compagnie aérienne low cost), j'aurais donné 10/10 à l'établissement.

Top Ausstattung, ruhige Lage mitten in der Stadt und direkt neben dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt. Helles großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche .

De manier waarop je echt heel fijn op je gemak kan zitten is aangenaam geweest om even een nachtje tot rust te komen.

Het zijn wat dunnere muren je kan je bovenburen heel goed horen.

Séjour plutôt désagréable… Une arrivée très peu accueillante… Nous arrivons à 22h, surpris de ne pas reconnaître l’établissement nous sonnons à la réceptionniste qui nous demande de payer 150€ de caution pour pouvoir nous aider. Nous refusons car après avoir déjà payer 270€ nous voulions être sûr de ne pas nous faire arnaquer, finalement cela se règle car nous payons. Aucun panneau d’affichage, réveil plus que désagréable, les suspensions du lit nous ont laissé légèrement aussi dur que le personnel. Je déconseille fortement car même si l’endroit est beau il n’y intégrais pas la convivialité ODEUR MORBIDE DANS LE COULOIR.. Odeur de caca

Het was er warm op de slaapkamers. Jammer dat er geen airco was voor deze prijs. De geur in de inkomhal en gangen was zeer onaangenaam. Eventueel vliegenramen op de slaapkamers. Extra sleutel voor de inkomhal beneden zou handig zijn.

Insonorisation moyenne, surtout au niveau des chambres et par rapport aux étages supérieurs. Pas de micro-ondes.

il y a eu un soucis pour entrer dans le bâtiment - on a attendu très longtemps, puis j'ai téléphoné au numéro de contact et ça a encore pris un petit temps à cause d'une soucis avec le système d'ouverture à distance Globalement : on aurait aimé avoir un micro-onde dans la cuisine

The location of the apartment was very good -close to the center of the city and to the beach, in a minute’s walk from grocery stores and a bakery.

Early in the morning, loading-unloading of a grocery store takes place, which causes a lot of noise and forces all the windows to be closed.

No breakfast provided! Our stay was very comfortable & the apartment very spacious, well equipped & well located.

There was a very unpleasant smell in the entrance hall which was very off putting. No towels provided which we believe should have been!

Lovely appartment located very only 10m from the local supermarket, restaurants, shops and bakeries. 2 minutes walk from the free town outdoor car park. 10-15 mins walk to the lovely beach We stayed in the top floor appartment which is very modern, has a spacious lounge and little kitchenette with oven, fridge, hob and dishwasher. Suggestions for improvement would be more kitchen utensils / equipment and a microwave. Also the provision of towels. The cleanliness could have been better. The dining table chairs had food all over them. Communion could have been better. The instructions were not very clear. I think 5th is is because they had been translated by AI. We waited for quite some time before being let in to the property.

It didn't have towels !!! And hand soap!! Incredible, we stayed only 1 night and no basic commodities. I asked why they didn't have towels before checking in and they answered it was in the policy that they didn't provide them, that I should have read the 5 pages of conditions. My bad

Very bad experience. The apartment had no normal inventories such as towels, paper towels, napkins or soap. Staying there with kids becomes a real challenge under such circumstances.

It was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space between 4 of us. Only thing they don’t provide towels and laundry which was inconvenient and communication could be little faster.

It was perfect for the birthday weekend we organized for my mother. The flat was well equipped, roomy, very modern and situated near all sorts of shops.

The only thing that was missing was some hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom could also do with an extractor fan to avoid the room steaming up after a shower.

Spacious, beautiful furniture, good bed

Judging for the price, I think there should towels for both bathrooms and in the kitchen provided.

The apartment was very clean and the staff on location was very helpful. The kitchen and lounge as well as the shower were comfortable and well designed.

The beds were uncomfortable, there were no soaps or towels and we were not informed about it before time. There were no fans plus the apartment had mosquitoes which caused distress for the children especially. We were shown different photographs of the location and view and we were very disappointed to find a horrible view in person. Also we never received the email with lock codes and facilities (no towels) this caused us discomfort. We wouldn't like to stay here again.

Good location but owful service

It was disaster, the property changed terms in comparison with provided on the booking page. At booking.com it was written that I could deposit 150 EUR in cash and get them at check-out. However, after booking and paying non-refundable 100% amount, their manager called me at 22-00 and asked to send a photo of my credit card. Wtf? I said it's not secure and he offered me to tell credentials via phone. I even wasn't identify them - why I should share my bank details with any person who call me? We started out journey next day in the morning, I driving a car to nowehere, because the staff didn't want to give us an address before we depositing 150 EUR or sending card credentials (not recommended from my bank policy). A few hours later we agreed that I could make a bank transfer to their IBAN. I was driving a car with 2 kids and they blackmailed me that if I do not follow their terms, I would not get keys (of prepaid room). I transferred money, but they asked screenshots, then for email address, etc. All this information is available on booking, but they do not want to get it there. And each time they reminded me that whey would not give me keys if I do not that. I drove a car and had to stop each time to do what they asked. I had no choice, I could not spent a night with 2 kinds on the street. I was upset, I asked, yelled, prayed, explained them, but they were solid - no deposit / email / register in their system - no keys of prepaid room and my 585 EUR for 3 nights would be wasted. I sent money, we came an hour later after they got a confirmation but they decided to show us who is real property owner! We waited for 10-15 minutes when they could open a door with 2 tired kids who asked us for rest and dinner. We stayed at the closed door, calling them in intercom and their managers told us that we should wait for next 2-3 minutes. It's ruined whole our vacation.... Stay away!

The location for the apartment was very good, central and with parking close by. The apartment was like new, it had all of the facilities that we needed and was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

The only thing I noticed was that there was no iron or ironing board, we didn't miss it but it may be something to think about for future guests.

We initially booked the place for one night. But, considering how nice and well located was the apartment, we decided to stay 2 nights.

Although it was specified in the instructions, we forgot to bring our own towels. This becamde a (very) small problem for us since towels are not provided. Parking a car might be a problem sometimes.
