Sodnac Terraces New 2 bedroom Apartment

Really grateful that the host, Mr. Michael, approved our booking despite being last moment and arranged for the apartment to be cleaned in such short notice. He gave us a tour and was very kind to us. Definitely enjoyed all the facilities including the small outdoor workout equipment. Workout with a view. Definitely recommended.

Exceeded expectations.

Apartment is modern, well kept , clean and comfortable. Property is also safe with a gate and security and very practical as it has a lift. Easy to find and only a few minutes away from phoenix mall. Host was also very friendly and accommodating. We had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend

1. No cleaning services on offer. This is a service I am ready to pay for if need be. 2. Host was not very polite when dealing with guests. Was telling us (in not so polite a tone) to clean apartment instead of providing service. This is a service we are ok to pay.

Clean apartment in a good location although a car is needed. Close to Phoenix mall. Comfortable beds.

No doors in showers. Water splashes on the floor causing a bit of a,mess.

It is my second time staying at this property. I like the proximity to the mall and there is a bus stop just outside the property to quatres bornes bus and train station. The host Michael is very helpful and welcoming.

For whom does not drive in Mauritius, transportation is not that convenient, however, walking in the good weather either blue sky and beautiful clouds also is good experience!

Beautiful apartment close to Pheonix mall and a petrol station, even if located in the central region it’s quiet and peaceful. All amenities were provided and it felt like home. Michael was a great host.

Nothing, our stay was extraordinary and we will visit again.

It was clean with basic essentials

I stayed for 8 days not even once there was a cleaning service there was no toilet rolls provided and no towel change for 8 days we have to wash the towels I think there should be a cleaning service after every 3 days Curtain was not dark so after sunrise you cannot sleep As there is no cleaning service there should be extra bathroom mats provided because if we wash the mats then there is no bathroom mats The shower floor was extremely dirty that can be cleaned with bleach The shower is not closed properly due to which the bathroom gets wet

The location was excellent for us.

Located in a quiet residential suburb of Quatre Bornes, the apartment is in a secure gated complex of apartments and positioned a 2 minute drive from the local supermarket and amenities. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated with modern appliances and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and has a home from home feel. Michael was an excellent host, who went the extra mile to ensure that we had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment is in a strategic area and very convenient. All the malls, shops, market etc are accessible, like 5- 10 mins drive away. Our host Micheal was very welcoming. The apartment was very cozy. It felt like home. It's very well maintained and clean. I will definitely recommend it.

Amazing host It has a warm and aesthetic vibe which I love so much. The interior design is impeccable and very modern, the apartment was equipped with absolutely everything you need.

Apartment was very well furnished and well equipped. Plenty of storage space. Water filter was very useful. Complimentary snacks and drinks were nice to have to kick start the stay. Michael was amicable and responsive.

No security staff at night but there were cameras and gate. Oftentimes the main door to access the building would not lock.

The apartment is very beautiful, clean, neat and tidy. It has a personal touch that makes you really feel at home. It’s a home away from home! It’s fully furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. Michael is very kind and generous, he made sure we had something to start our stay (water, soft)

There was not a thing that I did not like, however maybe it’s worth mentioning if someone does not have a car but depends on public transport or taxi that the apartment is by a walking distance from Phoenix mall bus stop. If you have a car, then it’s even better, the mall is 2 minutes away from the apartment

Clean, wonderful facilities, nice environment, nice and comfortable furniture,maintenance is very good.

For those who doesn’t rent a car, a little bit far to Phoenix mall and the Metro station.

Everything! The apartment was very clean, very cosy & well equipped! The rooms are pretty spacious with extremely comfortable bed, quilt & pillows! Wines, whisky & other drinks available at a supplement. Complementary drinks as well. Extremely peaceful environment and easily accessible from the main road. Cozy balcony available for smokers. The owner is very professional & friendly at the same time, while also being flexible regarding check in and check out. We booked one hour before check in and he still managed to get there in time. I would definitely recommend. 👌🏽
