Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Well appointed apartment in a safe and secure area. The apartment is large and is well equipped for longer stays. The host was very responsive. The price of the stay was very competitive and offered real value for money.
We felt the apartment could have been a bit cleaner eg the shower and bathroom were not sparkling clean. They were sanitary and useable.

Would be great to have a light weight blanket, otherwise just sheets or heavy doona.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2024Very clean appartment. Great communication from the host. Kitchen and appartment well equipped. Surplus of everything you might need for a stay like detergents and towels. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning. Situated in a quiet area but within walking distance to flic en flac beach.
Only issue is that some dust and leaves fall in the pool. But that's not much of an issue.

The elevator didn’t work just the day when we arrived so was a bit difficult to bring all the luggage up.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2023Apartment on 3rd floor of new building (with lift). 12mins’ walk to the beach. Comfortable bed, basics in the kitchen. We enjoyed our 2 nights; all went well.
Some decoration on the walls would be nice to give some warmth to the apartment. Would be good to have a curtain or partial glass wall in the shower- there is water everywhere when having a shower.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2023Amazing experience and a wonderful apartment. Strongly recommended to visit when in Mauritius. Really liked the self checkin feature with everything so well organised. The flat had almost every utility item one can use. Apartment was very clean, with good fragrance all over. Amazing view from the balconies. The host was very helpful and always available for contact. Give no second thoughts before booking Sandstone Apartment.
Nothing to mention here. It was a perfect stay. An option to have breakfast (even on paid basis) would be a cherry on top !!
