La atención de la dueña excelente. Todo limpio, ordenado y en excelentes condiciones. Muy buena ubicación, cómoda y cerca de todo tipo de transporte.

This was by far the best apartment I've seen in years! Not only is the interior design very beautiful, it has everything you need, everything you forgot to bring yourself...and more. It's very clean, has plenty of space and you could see Julia is taking care of everything very well. And besides the great apartment, she also managed to do the check-in very fast, after I made a last-minute reservation. I loved everything of my stay there and can't wait to come back!

Great location, close to Subte D line (metro) so easy to get to the Centro. About 25 mins walk to Plaza Armenia. Julia the host was charming and communicated quickly before and during our stay. She has thought of so many extras - though an ironing board would be good. Very clean.

There is no natural light or view being an inner apartment, impossible to see the sky and know what the weather is. I should have read the past reviews in more detail to know this before booking, 12 nights with no natural light was difficult. It is necessary to have lights on whenever in the apartment. Maybe not an issue for a short stay. The apartment is compact and the bed is small, as others have said the plastic mattress cover does ‘rustle’, I understand the need to have a protector but there are other waterproof options.

Absolutely stunning and super functional apartment. Everything is exactly like the pictures. I was impressed with the facilities and provisions provided - everything you would expect at home to comfortably live even for a longer duration. Julia was a lovely host who ensured I had the most comfortable stay. She was quick to respond and flexible with regards to check in and check out times which was appreciated.

I had a few issues with the front door lock however this was quickly rectified by the host.

Julia's place is super comfortable and has everything one needs for a nice stay in Buenos Aires. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos and Julia thought of every detail, as you'll find lots of stuff that can be really handy. The location is great, too. Very easy to access and close to the Bulnes subway station, a large shopping center (Alto Palermo ), supermarkets, pharmacies and lots of restaurants. Julia was an amazing and thoughtful host. Communication was great from the moment I booked the place until I left. Will definitely be back!

Can't think of anything. I highly recommend this place.

Julia's place is outstanding. The location is amazing, so close to shops, restaurants, transport and interest points, also a charming and safe neighborhood. The apartment itself is perfection, you can see the attention to details in every corner, from the decorations to the facilities. Warm, cozy and fully equipped, we travelled with our baby and Julia provided a little mattress for her by our request, the kitchen served us brilliantly for small meals for the baby and the washing machine a life saver for the baby's laundry. The place was also spotlessly clean, with plenty of comfortable linen, blankets and furniture. Communication with Julia was always easygoing and promptly replied, she is an amazing host with an incredible apartment, the price was right on for what was provided and we had an awesome time while there. We will come back and recommend it to friends and family for sure.

If we had to pick one thing about this place that can be worth warning others then that would be noise. The apartment is in a very lively building with lots of families, old and young people, pets and children, no neighbor was disrespectful nor too loud or loud in late hours, but there is lots of noise all day long, living noises, normal busy living people in a busy city. If silence and strict privacy is one priority for you, then do consider somewhere more reserved.
