The location was great, very close to Patan Durbar Square. The room was spacious.

It would have been good to have some instructions on how to enter my room because when I arrived, there was no one at the property. In the end, I had to call to figure out which room was mine. There isn't really an interior to the guest house, but rather an outdoor staircase and separate rooms. On top of it, the door is always open so anyone can come in at any time, which didn't feel very secure. The room is also on the ground floor. The bathroom didn't have any toilet paper, which was thankfully quickly brought by staff upon texting them. But, at night, when I went to take a shower, there was no hot water. The hot water tank hadn't been previously plugged in (and these things usually need 1+ hours to heat up). I asked the staff about it and they just told me to wait 2 minutes and then there would be hot water. There was never any hot water, nor was there any follow-up from staff to ensure that everything was ok. It seemed like the room hadn't been revised at all before my arrival, hence these missed details.

Very friendly nice staff, very wonderful location close to Patan Durbar, comfy bed with soft pillows and duvet, kettle for making tea, clean own bathroom, overall very good place to stay :)

Room had street view so when curtains open very little privacy. But other rooms also available so am sure could request one with more privacy as staff very nice and accommodating

Rien peut-être le matelas un peu dur mais on s'y fait. Ce sont les matelas nepalais.

Room temperature : It was cold in the room. I wish the host would have provided us a heater. My recommendation for enhancement is either providing heater or fan ( according to weather) to the guests , or installing AC in the room would be great. However, I would like to clarify that as per given price I paid, it was fair not to have an AC. With enhancement, I recommend the hosts to increase the price of the room as well. Super grateful to have this place. Thank you.

It's incredible value, definitely the best in Patan. Very comfortable bed and nice carpet. Comfortable chair too. Very clean.

Pillows are a lil hard, but I like hard pillows.

Location difficult to find if you're not a local, I am though so issok. Terribly noisy all the time. No private bathroom, no toiletry essentials. Pretty unsafe gate.

Best place for the best price. I booked a single room for myself and it was great. The room was spacious it was cozy. The room was well maintained clean and the attached private bathroom was clean too and great space as well. The owners were also very welcoming people. The room kept me warm at night even tho it was cold outside. They had lots of good working sockets and I was easily able to charge all my devicess. The bed and blankets were nice and comfy I feel asleep immediately without realising. The the towel was nice and soft too. Sadly I didn't take any photos but trust my word this place is worth it.

The pillows were a little hard so I suggest getting softer ones but other than that an AMAZING place to stay for the night. Genuinely a 9.9/10 experience

Patan Durbar Square is about 3-5 minutes walk,it's hidden gem inside hustle bustle city,shops and restaurants are nearby ,Room is big and clean since it's a new hotel Definitely going to stay next time if i go Patan
