pas d'ascenseur, quand on est au 4e ou 5e étage c'est vite fatiguant surtout après une journée de visite et le panneau exit dans la chambre qui est allumé toute la nuit c'est embêtant, prévoir un masque de nuit

Was happy that it was not too close to the crowded areas like Myeongdong, but easy to get there within 10-15 mins. Though the room is small, it has all the amenities I needed and very functionally arranged. Even a washing machine, fridge and microwave!
The bathroom is a bit small. It worked fine for me. But for someone who might be a bit tall, it would be difficult.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Le logement est très bien situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied du métro et à proximité de toutes les commodités, tout en étant dans une petite rue très calme. Le propriétaire est vraiment très à l’écoute et serviable. Lors de mon arrivée, il m’a même aidée à monter mes bagages, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Il reste également disponible par message tout au long du séjour en cas de question ou de problème. Le logement est vraiment au top pour une personne ! Tous les équipements nécessaires sont disponibles, ce qui est très appréciable.
Le seul petit point négatif concerne le lit, que j’ai trouvé assez dur et pas forcément très confortable au début, mais on finit par s’y habituer.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026駅から近く、空港からのバスも最寄り駅に着くので便利でした！主要駅へも乗り換えなしか一度の乗り換えのみで行けるので楽に過ごすことが出来ました。また、最寄り駅周辺にオリーブヤングやチェーン店カフェ、コンビニ、ダイソーなど様々揃っておりとても便利です！お部屋も泊まることだけならば充分です！
他の方もレビューに書いてありましたが、4階の部屋に上がるのに階段のみなので、チェックアウト時は荷物も重く大変でした。また、トイレットペーパーが流せない？のでそこもマイナスポイントです…

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026We had a great stay at this hostel. The value for money is excellent, and the location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation. I also felt safe walking around the area, even when going out on my own. The hostel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and overall, I would definitely recommend it!
The only downside was that there is no elevator, so carrying our luggage up to the fourth floor was a bit challenging. However, we were aware of this beforehand and chose the hostel knowing about it, so it was entirely our own responsibility.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La ubicación, el baño privado, la lavadora y nevera se valora mucho.Y también la amabilidad del anfitrión quien nos ayudo a subir las maletas que pesaban mucho ,tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado y se molestó en solucionarlo rápidamente, las limpiadoras son muy amables y hay muchos restaurantes 24 horas al lado de la casa, aparte de haber un gran mercado de las pulgas ,el jijimbag (sauna) enfrente y un mercado de juguetes .El metro esta a unos 2 minutos de la casa y también un poco mas lejos esta la estación de guaguas.A parte de que hay una farmacia muy cerca que atienden en ingles y son super amables.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026トンミョアプ駅からすぐのロケーションで、部屋には洗濯機があり、とても便利でした。 近くには24時間OPENしている飲食店はコンビニがあり、旅の宿としては使い心地は素晴らしく良かったです。
一回の入り口付近にゴミ捨て場があるので、臭いが気になりました。また、エントランスも臭かった。部屋の中は清潔感があるが、排水溝が臭かった。

No elevator Hostel, it’s an 5 story building but no elevator and we have 3 big suitcase and we need to bring it up to the 4th floor’s trough stairs it was a hell!! and they same as we check out ! it’s an self check-in and out and they are not so responsive Host. When we check-in it’s about 5pm but our room is not yet clean the hair from other tenants was everywhere I was so scared to walk around, the trash can was no plastic and etc. We thought the Host was nice because 2 days before we checked-in he was so nice and says that he will help us to carry our suitcase but when we arrived In Seoul and I send him message no response until the next day!! I am so disappointed and not really nice place to stay in if you have a suitcase & also our is not clean…..

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Contaba con lavadora/secador, horno de microondas, refrigerador/congelador, cocina compartida; las instalaciones muy limpias y agradables, realmente es lo que esperaba y regresaría ahí. Estaba completamente cerca la estación de metro (línea 1 si no me equivoco) al igual que la estación de autobús, no batallé con eso. También habían varias opciones para buscar qué comer cerca del hostel. Y puedes dejar tus maletas en el hostel en lo que es el check-in, algo que me ayudó mucho.
Lo único malo fue que no contaba con elevador, así que si se batalla un poco para subir y bajas maletas sobre todo si son muy pesadas. Aunque relativamente eso sólo pasó dos veces, cuando llegué y cuando me fui.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Wow einfach super!!!! Ich war alleine dort und es gab nur noch ein Dreier Zimmer, aber ich hab mich über den Platz gefreut. Ja das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, dass hat mir am ersten Tag leider echt Probleme bereitet, aber mir hat eine super nette Frau geholfen den Koffer hoch zu tragen. Das Zimmer ist perfekt ausgestattet! Neben einem Kühlschrank, hat dieser auch ein Eisfach! Die Waschmaschine war auch grossartig und es wird kostenlos Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf der dritten und zweiten Etage gibt es jeweils eine Kaffee Maschine und auch einen Wasser und Eis Spender. Die habe ich für meinen Kaffee am Morgen genutzt und habe mir somit den Weg zum 7-11 gesparrt. Eine Empfehlung: Unten an der Ecke beim Gs25 gibt es eine gimbap Kette, die super günstig leckeres Essen mit gratis Beilagen anbietet. Ich war dort jeden Morgen zum frühstücken!

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026困った際メッセージで質問したところすぐレスポンスがありました。 最寄りはトンミョアプ駅4番出口でエスカレーターはなしだったので、荷物を運ぶのに苦労しましたが近くのダイソーの向かいにエレベーターがありました。 近くにオリヤン、ダイソー、サダキンパ、コンビニ、24時間やってる飲食店も多いため不便はしませんでした。
入口はパスワードで施錠されていると書いてありましたが、滞在中一度もパスワードを入れることなく開けっぱなしになっていました。 部屋のパスワードもかなり単純なもので、セキュリティ面においてとても不安に感じました。 また共有スペースの臭いがきつい時もありました。 部屋の水道の排水溝は栓の部分が壊れていたり、不便に感じることもありました。 トンミョアプ駅の路地裏のような場所にあり、建物の前にゴミが散乱して汚れていたり治安面が不安だったため滞在中はなるべく早く部屋に戻るように心掛けていました。 現地の人みたいな生活をしたい！と思い、今回初めてアパートメントタイプに泊まりましたが私のような神経質な人間はやっぱりホテルが一番いいなと思いました。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Het hostel had een goede locatie, naast een metrolijn met twee lijnen. Zelf inchecken was goed te doen door de informatie die je vooraf krijgt, de kamer was schoon en prima voorzien met een koelkast, wasmachine en magnetron. Airco werkte ook goed. Het is een simpele kamer, maar prima voor een paar dagen!
Er is geen aparte douche dus je doucht in dezelfde ruimte als de wc. Daardoor is wel echt alles nat. Dat is even wennen, maar is geloof ik in veel hostels in Zuid Korea zo.

The host is very friendly and warmhearted and the hostel is squeaky clean and provides everything you need, like a washing machine, microwave, towels, water, a small kitchen…
I had a very pleasant time at U Stay Hostel and there’s nothing I disliked, but you should be prepared for the usual downtown Seoul super small rooms with wall view. Or pay wayyyyy more for your stay ^^

Reviewed May 12, 2026Location, great! Utility, great! Mr. Park, super nice and help full! Honestly, great stay for solo traveling. Super close to line 1, 6 and 5. Neighborhood is busy but not loud. I really liked it.
The only downside is that you can hear your neighbors talk. Not loud, but you hear it. And the emergency exit light was pretty bright.

Reviewed Apr 24, 20263泊4日しました。清潔感のある1ルームのお部屋でした。 近くにコンビニもあります。韓国での短い1人暮らしのような感覚で楽しかったです。ドライヤーもあり、部屋に家電類が揃っていて満足です！ホストからの連絡も丁寧な説明で助かりました。 大通りからの道は少し薄暗いですが静かで安全な場所です。 東出門も歩いて行ける距離なのでおすすめです！

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026東廟前駅4番出口からコンビニを左手に真っ直ぐ歩き、1つ目の路地を左に曲がり右手に小さな広場？が見えたところで左側に曲がった突き当たりにありました。バックパック1つで向かったので階段で3階でしたのでそこまで辛くなかったです。特にフロントでチェックインとかもなく、そのまま部屋に入るスタイルで少し戸惑いましたが送っていただいた案内を見ながらスムーズに入室できました。 トイレとシャワーが同じなのはよくあるスタイルで、少しカビが気になりましたが全体的には綺麗でした。タオルも多めに置いていただいて助かりました。夜はトイレの電気を付けたままにしないと換気扇が消えてしまうので電気を付けたまま寝ましたが私は特に気にならず、朝にはちゃんと水も乾いていたので快適でした。 今回は使用しませんでしたが洗濯機もついており、長期間の滞在にはとても過ごしやすいと感じました。
ゴミの分別が少し分かりにくかったです。

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Muy buena ubicación, junto a la estación de metro de Dongmyo. Si se llega con maletas la mejor salida es la 3, que tiene escaleras mecánicas y ascensor. Bien conectado por metro y bus para moverse rápidamente por toda la ciudad. Además en el barrio hay un estupendo mercado de segunda mano. Por la zona hay restaurantes, incluso uno 24 horas donde se come bien. La habitación individual tiene un tamaño adecuado para una persona, aunque tiene tanto mobiliario que se come un poco el espacio. Está limpio y la cama es cómoda. Cuenta con lavadora propia y una zona de cocina compartida.

The room is abit small for two persons. Is abit difficult to open the big luggage. And there is a rules to sort for rubbish, may be this is a hostel. So the guest have to clear the rubbish by themself

객실 화장실에서 하수구 냄새와 곰팡이 냄새가 매우 심하게 올라와서, 처음 몇 시간은 두통과 속이 메스꺼울 정도였습니다. 참다 못해 연락을 드렸는데, 여자 주인분께서 창문을 열어두면 괜찮다는 안내를 받았습니다. 당시 날씨가 11~12도로 꽤 추운 편이었는데, 문을 열고 자라는 대응은 다소 당황스러웠습니다. 추워서 문을 열기 어렵다고 말씀드리니, 시간이 늦었으니 하루는 참고 자고 다음 날 환불해주겠다는 답변을 받았습니다. 이후 건물 상주 남자 직원분이 직접 확인하러 오셨고 (주인분이랑 전화할때 와보시겠다고 말씀안해주심 사전 동의 없이 찾아오셔서 오시는지 몰랐음. 그래서 자느라 문은 못열어 드렸지만), 매우 죄송해하시며 방 교체를 제안해주셨습니다. 이 부분은 감사했습니다. 다만 처음 응대에서 바로 객실 확인이나 조치가 이루어졌다면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어 4층까지 계단으로 이동해야 하는 점도 참고가 필요합니다. 객실 크기는 작아도 괜찮았지만, 냄새 문제는 꽤 심각한 수준이었어서 예민한 분들은 불편함을 느낄 수 있습니다.

テレビがつかない Wi-Fiが弱く、YouTubeさえ見られなかった エレベーターがない事は知っており、高齢の為低層階を希望したが、4階で、重い荷物が大変だった 同じフロアーの話し声が響きうるさかった

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Location is amazing! You are near the cool markets & thrifting. I’m glad I stayed here. Mr park was really cool too:) I hope he remembers me!
Bed was little hard but since I had surgery, it actually worked out & felt nice. But I know some people don’t like a hard bed, although I didn’t mind! Maybe more pillows would be nice though!

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026地點很方便，也適合獨旅的人來住！ 附近可搭機場巴士，還有兩間超商、大創、olive young住宿附近機能很方便～ 民宿負責人態度親切有禮貌，看到住戶都會打招呼，第一天因為連不到住宿網路，傳訊息後不但快速回覆也馬上過來處理，另外看到我搬行李很吃力還主動幫忙我搬！真的非常謝謝民宿負責人🙏若下次還有機會會再回住～～
