Reviewed Jun 3, 2026The location was good because it was near the mall. It is also near the bus stop of buses going back to Manila. The staff of the building are polite and kind. The room also has what you need for a good rest after a long day in Tagaytay.
We had a luggage so when I just lay it open on the floor, it gets in the way if you move around the room. But I already expected that because I know the unit is a studio unit.

So difficult to contact the helper, they don't even have a whatsapp number! I had to contact the host via whatsapp (and who's not living here) that relayed my messages to the helper. Very tedious.

There is so much stuff in the room that it feels a little cramped but it's not a big issue really.

Excellent value for the amenities in the apartment as opposed to other homestays, B&B's or hotels. There is also use of a swimming pool at an additional cost.

Reviewed Feb 20, 2025This apartment is absolutely fantastic! It's so relaxing and beautifully prepared. You don't get bothered by anyone and the security staff are top notch and very professional. Just across the road there is an amazing arcade with every kind of food you could wish for! There's also a large supermarket in case you want to take advantage of the kitchen area in the apartment.

No trash bag in the trash can. Coffee is just a freebie but I am expecting there is. Unfortunately, there is none. I usually book here in Tagaytay and this is the first time that there is no coffee.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2023Great location, heater was working, we were able to enjoy the pool, there were also cooking pot, rice cooker, condiments, ref, microwave, nice staffs, wifi was fast, it has Netflix on TV and tv was a smart TV so we were able to watch Youtube on it as well. It has a table which is near to the electrical outlet so I was able to work, too. Pleasant stay. Thank you!

The checkout process was a bit onerous because we had originally asked to checkout at 9 but that was delayed because the caretaker didn’t arrive until around 9:30 and then took a long time checking the property. This delayed out trip significantly. We even called at 8:13 asking to checkout quicker letting them know we’re were ready and willing to leave before 9

no internet on the first day. i tried to reset the modem but still no connection. the next day it suddenly appeared. oh and i thought i saw in the description that they had towels but they had none. toilet paper was almost finished and they no extra on site
