I didn't Ike the humiliation from the landlord in front of my family. I was very embarrassed on the day I receiving my family 50th birthday gifts. The accusation of things that did not happens and the feeling of racism. This experience made my stay overall not good. I wouldn't return back to see furious woman that doesn't know how to approach their customers with empathy and manners.

The pictures don’t do justice to the accommodation and facility. Highly recommended for business or leisure travelers. We would definitely stay at this venue again.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025This is our second stay and it was wonderful to be back. Location is amazing and the Westend shopping centre is really close and convenient. No problem for take out deliveries etc. Comfy bed, well appointed mini kitchen and huge bathroom. Fantastic gardens!
Geyser was a bit small. I would imagine in winter this would be a problem. Silly little thing: We loved sitting on the veranda but there are 3 lolly pop plants at eye level so you can't see the magnificent gardens beyond and the cute Gnome eggs under the mushroom.

Reviewed May 31, 2024The hostess, Analene was very welcoming as usual. This was my second time staying at the apartments. I had an emergency and she was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. I especially appreciate the sensitivity to female guests' safety as well.
Had a slight issue with the plumbing on the first night but the hostess quickly sorted it out as soon as I informed her.
