Friendly Clean

It’s worth the rates

This was not my first stay at this hotel, and once again I had a wonderful experience. I really love the room design, the cleanliness, and the excellent service provided by the polite and professional staff. This visit was no exception—everything was perfect. I would especially like to thank the administrator, Nadine, for her professionalism and warm hospitality. My sincere thanks also go to Ramadan, the Housekeeping Supervisor, and his team for keeping everything spotless and for their attention to every detail. A very special thank you to Saeed from the security team, who welcomed me at 5:00 a.m., helped me with my luggage, and made my check-in smooth and comfortable after my early arrival. His kindness and willingness to help made a great first impression. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which is a big plus, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from Arkan Plaza, making it very convenient. Overall, this hotel consistently provides outstanding service and excellent value for money. I always enjoy staying here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

What I didnt like room isolation was not good and you can hear some noise from outside and nearby rooms also wifi connection during my stay was bad and not reliable

Perfect location. Value of money. Friendly stuff. Mr. Marwan

Location quiet but yet close to many amenities. Air condition. Clean. Good price.

bathroom/shower too small.

Very nice location, very kind and helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Nice room.

Not Much except the location is pretty good.

Very dirty, poor service, problems with WIFI, washing machine not working and both took more then 48 hours to resolve.

We found the studio to be exactly as depicted in the photos – truly beautiful, spotless, and well-organized. The complimentary chips and drinks were a lovely welcome and I really appreciate the Qibla direction sticker. Kareem, our host, was incredibly kind and always willing to help, and the prime location meant everything we needed was within easy walking distance. One minor point is the absence of an elevator in the building.

-The "studio with balcony" was misleading; it featured a large window but no actual balcony. A more appropriate room name would prevent confusion. -Internet connectivity was inconsistent, despite being very fast when functional. -The $15 cleaning fee felt quite steep and might warrant reconsideration.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and each visit has been consistently comfortable. The staff is attentive and helpful — special thanks to Karim, who is always available when needed and makes sure everything runs smoothly. He even remembered my favorite donuts, which was a nice personal touch. The location is excellent, in the heart of Sheikh Zayed, close to restaurants, cafes, clubs, and arcade entertainment. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and cozy. Housekeeping is regular, and all the basic amenities are provided. I always feel safe and welcome here. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays in Cairo.

The service is very good and professional. Staff is very friendly.

The inside of the apartment can be a bit higher scale. the floor need to be more clean. It is a bit sticky.

Great host. Neat and clean property. Close to several popular centers.

Bathroom is small and fixtures are flimsy.

Everything is ok

« The hotel was very clean and perfectly located — close to restaurants and major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was extremely comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I would especially like to thank Ms. Nada, whose kindness and constant support truly made our stay more enjoyable. She was always present with a warm smile and responded quickly to all our requests, adding a personal touch that made the experience even smoother and more pleasant »

clean and organized, and easy to get in/out, everything is close by. Also, i’m the one who ate all the dates that was left at the entrance :)

The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from Arkan Plaza. In front of the hotel, there are services for basic needs, such as a grocery store, laundry, barber, women's salon, and pharmacy. The staff is friendly and responds to requests quickly, especially the manager, Mr. Karim. I asked them to clean the room in a special way under my supervision, and they did it quickly without refusing the request. When I left, I left some items no longer needed, and they called me to inform me of what I had left, as they would have known if I didn't need them.

The room was clean, super friendly stuff, perfect location inside Zayed near arkan, free snacks , you can feel that you are at your home
