Good staff and good room service

This is my second time to stay in hotel D grand in shirdi . I love this place its near to temple and everything. You can book tours in the hotel room, definitely will recommend

Location was a plus point.

No cleanliness in terms of bedsheets, towels were dirty. Water bottles were free only on the first day but chargeable for the rest of the stay. The restaurant staff was very rude. The hotel was short staffed.

Rooms are good and clear but, size of room is less and we have waited a long time for TV , they have not activated. If you can provide a breakfast within the budget would be good

The staff is unprofessional. The room was not ready even at 3PM. Kitchen noise at the ground floor interrupted sleep till late at night.

The staff was very cooperative and helpful in every way. Had a very nice experience in all.

The rooms are clean and decent than expected .Overall very satisfied.

Everything as a package as at that price it is a very good deal which is why I am a returning guest here

Well maintained, clean and budget friendly hotel, definitely value for money. Friendly staff. Easy to reach this hotel, very close to temple (max 10 minutes walk). Perfect for 1 or 2 days stay.

I was denied a room on the day of arrival despite having a confirmed booking, which had also been reconfirmed through repeated phone calls. I had travelled from Bangalore, yet the staff showed no empathy or ownership of the situation. No alternative accommodation or support was offered. The only response provided was to “speak to Booking.com,” stating that it was their problem to deal with. At the time of need, no representative from Booking.com was accessible, leaving me completely stranded. As a result, I was forced to make last-minute arrangements and ended up paying almost double the charges for accommodation and transportation. This reflects extremely poor service, lack of guest sensitivity, and complete absence of problem resolution. The experience was highly distressing and unacceptable, especially after a confirmed reservation. I expect this matter to be formally investigated and seek appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, financial loss, and distress caused.

The good thing about this place is the staff. More accomodative and helpful. Good stay.

Situated in a highly desirable area, the property is just a short walk from the temple and other key attractions.

The hotel rates were relatively high, yet the overall experience did not meet my expectations in terms of value for money. Additionally, the cab services offered by the hotel were significantly more expensive compared to external travel agencies. When I declined their offer, the response from the management was unprofessional and confrontational.
