LA'S FARMSTAY

Out in the country, quiet at night.

Great rural farm stay with peace and quiet and excellent hosts. The room has air conditioning and the pool was nice and clean. There were scooters and quad bikes for hire as well.

Amazing friendliness of staff, trusting atmosphere...you just take what you want to drink and write it down. Pool much bigger than expected. Food at lunch and evening was great. A very special place. Very calm but with great facilities. Proximity to Cu Chi tunnels.

Nothing...I really enjoyed the stay.

A nice swimming pool ,good for laps. Food that is cooked just for the guests. Very attentive staff. Quiet farm in the middle of the rice fields. If the sounds of nature is for you, then have a few nights in this place and you'll probably agree with me.

A bit of the mouse around the top of the ceiling, but they don't come near me

Fab pool. I was the only one. They were very helpful.

The bicycle was a man trap!

Quiet surroundings, a choice of different accommodations, comfy bed

Looked like it would have been a lovely place a few years ago. A bit overgrown and not really maintained….. but there may be a reason for that… If you’re not keen on small dogs have a think. There were 4 and would carry on a bit as you’d approach - didn’t bite, but may scare….

Very nice spot good pool good food cold beers

La tranquilidad.

Bungalow viejo, roto y sucio.

very rustic

quiet location

Great stopover while visiting the tunnels

Quiet rural location and facilities. Lots of dogs.

Lovely stay. Great facilities and lovely accommodating staff. Would highly recommend. Pool was exceptionally clean and well looked after!

Nice and quite

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal und sehr guter Service. Wirklich ruhige Lage, genau was man für gute Erholung benötigt. Obst aus eigener Ernte. Ein guter Ort auch für mehrtägige Aufenthalte. Das Zimmer ist recht rustikal. Etwas frische Farbe könnte es aufwerten.

Very chill and good food

I had great sevice and help from the staff ..i never expected people are soo kind in la s farmstay ...must visit place ..please do travel n morning time

It's not La s farmstay mistake but road s are dangerous n night ...

The people at La's Farmstay were wonderfully welcoming and friendly. We had multiple great nights drinking and chatting and the vibe was immaculate. Thanks to the people there for hosting me so well.

Everything

Some appliances weren't working well like fridge and AC

Everything!

None so far

Exceptional service, attentive staff, budget friendly, plenty of activities, and great cooking with the tranquillity of nature. Fully satisfied!

Good location, close to the well-known Cu Chi Tunnel, only ~55km from Ho Chi Minh city far away. Friendly staffs, authentic vietnamese menu with a lot variety of choices for dishes.

If you like quite and peaceful place, that place is for you. Owner is very honest and helpful person. We really liked this place and we would highly recommend it.

Nothing

Great pool and v different facilities to usual staying in bamboo huts. Lovely outside spaces. Would make an amazing yoga retreat with more people. A lot of mosquitos about (as expected with water nearby) and nets provided but despite careful use + deet v much did not come away unscathed! Was weirdly v quiet there with only another couple staying and atmosphere felt a bit odd/ eery. Staff really helpful despite communication barrier. Good food. Tricky transport links as so remote (2.5h from HCMC on local buses). Extremely cheap to stay there and was certainly all an experience!

One of the best getaways from Saigon city life. Just the pool vibe and the morning bycicle ride worth it so much ... and you can get but Grap or Public transport and the hotel staff pick you up in the bus station, near the hotel.

Amazing stay, the host are really nice and the place is wonderfull

This has got to be one of the best stays I've had, I couldn't recommend this place enough. We wanted to do the Tunnels and fanci s staying in a countryside remote area before going, we ended up extending for a second night of which they did it for a much discounted rate. The staff are lovely and wanted to help, they serve absolutely delicious food and breakfast is included - we were given egg and bread for our first one and I requested pho for the second one as wanted something more traditional. The dinner food is absolutely delicious too! The pool is lovely and clean and felt incredibly safe here. We stayed in the bungalow that overlooks the lake and was stunning.

The only downside was our room wasn't the cleanest, nothing we couldn't put up with, I think it may have been as it was a dark wood 2 storey bungalow, but we didn't mind as the bathroom was nice and clean which I always find very important, would still stay here again though.

They are all so friendly and caring. We could go by bike to Cu Chi Tunnels, which was great fun. They birds nest was so quite and relaxing. The possibility to shower outside was so fantastic and the food they offer is abundant and very delicious. Don't miss the Green Sauce. It is really yummy. The atmosphere on this farm is extraordinary. The swimmingpool is so nice, too.

You have to be aware that your food has to be stored away, because the ants will eat it

Great location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day. I wish we could stay even longer.

The location is great and the staff is also very kind. However it didn't meet our expectations.

Food was quite pricey.

Exactly as advertised. The house by the lake is great, very peaceful but you know if you need anything you've got someone close to assist. Food is first class the garlic rice is amazing. All staff very helpful and happy. I would definitely stay again.

Nothing

An idyllic retreat for lovers of nature and culture. La's farm is the best stay we have had in Vietnam. We got off the bus at the wrong stop on arrival, far from the farm, the owner very kindly came out in his car to rescue us for which we were very grateful (if you intend on travelling by bus please contact the farm and ensure you know which busses to take and where to stop!). The staff are fantastic, they welcomed us like family and were very attentive throughout our stay. Kai, the chef, not only prepares great food each day but also went above and beyond to help us when we needed assistance. Everyone has been so kind. The accommodation we stayed in was rustic and simple (with super comfy beds) and we loved it. When you wake up in the morning you know you are in Vietnam! The breakfast each morning is great and kept us going through til the afternoon when we would order dinner from the farm restaurant, or grab a sneaky pizza from a nearby restaurant. There are bikes you can use for free and a local market, shops, cafes etc within about 10 minutes cycle. The swimming pool is beautiful and kept so clean! There are lots of animals at the farm including chickens, dogs, cats and a pig. Some of the farm dogs are a little shy of people so small children will need supervision. There are also fish and the opportunity for fishing. Above all there is the opportunity to spend time immersed in real Vietnamese culture and to get to know the people. This has been the most valuable experience for us and one that we have thoroughly enjoyed. I cannot praise this farm stay enough. Thank you to all at La's!

That we didn't have time in our schedule to stay longer!

Absolutely loved my stay at La’s Farmstay! The property was stunning, with authentic cabins, green sceneries, some activities like fishing, gardening, cycling, kayaking, karaoke, billirads, and a modern classy swimming pool in the middle of rice field. The service was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, especially the campfire and grill at night. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway."

The location is great. We had a cabin with views of the rice fields. Very friendly staff, great food, amazing swimming pool.

So much free fruits, lemonade juice… with smile 😃 loving it.. highly recommend if you want to get away from the city! They have everything in the farm you’ll need 🤗

Nothing actually all good as family

the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. they invite you to eat with them perfect to get to know vietnam, through the people. location is great, it's of the beaten track, it's real vietnam. close to the tunnels fro the war.

nothing

Cannot fault this stay - incredible location, staff and facilities. I caught buses from Ho Chi Minh City and then a staff member picked me up from the last station. The food was delicious and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Not much English spoken but google translate helped. I borrowed a bike to visit the Cu Chi tunnels. There are plenty of activities on offer at the farm stay as well. I would highly recommend this if stay if you are looking to see some of the Vietnamese countryside and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city

The location itself is super nice. We booked it to be close to the tunnel and didn't expect something this nice with a pool. The BBQ is great. Was fun!

Good location away from the city but close. Nice swimming pool and good food.

The wooden cabin is run down. The wooden deck outside is rotten and could not walk on it safely. Has a nice outside area to sit but no bbq facilities. If you want to bbq have to rent one. The "kitchen" area only has a sink and fridge. No kettle or any cutlery or plates etc.

So glad we spent a night (could’ve spent more) at LA’s home stay. Truly felt at one with nature and it was a beautiful place to relax. The food was amazing and the staff did everything to ensure we had a good time. They helped us organise a taxi from the Cu Chi Tunnels and I recommend this to everyone.

Nothing really! Although I don’t think there is much around it so if you come you are just here for the relaxation and fun activities

This has to be the most peaceful yet quirky place I've stayed in. It is remote but there are many things to do. The owner is very friendly and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. It may not be the easiest to get to but one of the staff members came to meet our taxi driver at a market in the closest town to lead him back to the farm. If you are looking for peace and serenity then this is your place to stay.

The room was clean and in a lovely location. Perfect for backpackers.

The food served is all traditional Vietnam’s meals.

close too Cu Chi tunnel, a secret nature corner.

Friendly staff, lovely relaxing location.

Having spent 14 hours on a sleeper bus we got a grab from the city to Las Farmstay. Within an hour upon arrival we were upgraded to this beautiful hut by the lily lakes. The staff were so so friendly, allowed us to use the scooter to pop tot the shop and the push bikes to ride to the tunnels. They cooked our breakfast upon request as 1 day I was poorly and didn't eat till the evening. The food was amazing and i believe they grow alot themsleves. Very remote with only the sound of crickets, lizards and fish as our company in the evenings. The pool is clean and during the day was a fantastic place to rest. Cheap beers, peaceful evenings and wouldn't have changed ANYTHING about the place or the staff. 100% would go back. My only advice is take cash. I didn't and i regret this.

I loved everything and I am so glad I found this place to stay. Especially as its so close to the tunnels which is a must for anyone visiting the area.

The staff were very kind. The location is serene. The room was comfy and clean. The AC worked great. The food was delicious and plentiful.

A great place to stay. Quiet and 'out of the way' Very Friendly staff, some spoke good English. V good food. Accommodation was quirky and private. I really liked our bungalow. Pool was clean. Self service bar, based on trust. pool and bar football. Perfect for us as we were motorcycling and, were heading for a Cu Chi tunnels tour nearby, in the morning. Great if you want a chilled stay in the countryside

We liked it all!! Maybe shower a bit basic BUT very minor detail!

Its absolutely. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

very grünkohl people and very taste food

Beautiful farm surrounded by nature , lovely hosts always willing to help and so kind

Warm staff. Everybody is very helpfull

We loved our stay here. Such a beautiful location with lots of space. The kids loved helping collect fruit from the farm and all the animals and wildlife. They also loved fishing. The pool is great. Get gorgeous views of sunset from rooftop..our room was spacious and really quirky building which we loved. All the staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic

This farmstay is really totally out in the countryside. You can have a walk or borrow a bicycle to get around and experience the ricefields and farms. We had a fantastic dinner with vegetables from the farm. The poolarea is very nice. We had one of the deluxe cottages with AC. It was clean but basic. Come here to get some air when you have been to long in the busy HCM 😊 Not very good at Englisch, but very helpful.

That we only stayed one night.

It was nothing special, quite boring actually. It is in the middle of nowhere. If you don't tell them in advance that you want to eat there, they can just cook some noodles for you.

Thanks for making my trip so fun and I had such a blast staying at your farm. The scenery was awesome and the food was yummy. You guys rock! Mr. Tâm, Mr. Tường, Mr. Sói and Ms. Trang have been super nice and helpful. Mr. Phong your place was cozy and clean. I can't wait to come back to more stay with you guys. Excellent hospitality.

Good service, friendly people.
