Nock - Reserved Residences

Great staff , very good apartment layout , great outdoor terrace

Not much not too like. Perhaps some more kitchen appliances

Spacious & the staff.

Spacious, new, 24 hr desk & security, close by restaurants, 10 min to Probenza, breakfast cafe on ground floor, comfy beds, spacious shower, nice wraparound balcony views

Some noise of construction next door, price is a little steep, payment through booking not accepted, paid with CC upon arrival...

The checkin was easy and simple, I appreciate the friendliness of the recepcion assistant the day I arrived.

The day of the check-out had the most unprofessional treatment. I was waiting for the taxi to pick me up and I was charging all my devices at the apartment, the taxi would arrive by 11:30am, and I got asked at 11:10-11:15 to start the cleanning process of the apartment which I explained I was about the leave in few minutes just waiting for the taxi, then 5 minutes later around 11:20-11:25 I got kicked out from the apartment by a 2nd lady (seems to be the manager of the cleaners)and then head to the reception to do the check out I had a lot of suitcases and I was carrying them while I was just putting all my bags to wait for the taxi there, the rececpcionist asked me and acussed me that I shouldn't leave the hotel without giving back the card of the room, while I said I was just putting all my suitcases in a proper corner to not obstruct the way and to just be free of stuff to do the check out, so 2nd issue in less than half an hour absurdly unprofessional, I had been to this hotel 3 years in a row, I will never come back again.

Reception staff were very helpful

Hand towels would be a nice addition

The area was very good, staff very friendly, views amazing, service very good, everything super clean, interior design very nice, nice location, easy check-in, good price. Amazing coffee in the reception.

The towels were a little bit old and worn.

The apartment was nice, bed and couch are decent. Staff was pretty good.

There was construction going on downstairs and also next door. So the second floor apartment that I got was super loud from 8am till 8pm.

Absolutely everything especially the staff at the lobby and fromt desk .apartment was very comfortable, clean, well kept, accommodating and inviting.

The waiting area, the front staff and security and the space of the apartment was all delightful.

I think the door to the actual apartment had some structural damage that allowed for you to hear directly into the apartment as well as somewhat insufficient seating in the living room.

The building was nice, room was modern and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. My favorite thing about the room was the water pressure in the shower. It got hot and very strong.

Everything was great.

Very clean, modern and AC in every room. All staff very nice and helpful

All perfect

Everything was great specially the location

There’s no laundry and Gym in the apartment

Stylish, close to the action but not so close to be annoying. Comfy and everything worked great,

No dishwasher but really nit picking here. Bit of a climb to get back,

Highly recommend! Apartment is so modern and comfortable. There’s a water filter in the room and the staff was great! It’s a little up hill from El Poblado but a great location!

The staff was wonderful and the apartment was just as beautiful in reality as it looked online. The staff accommodated all of our requests as well as they could. The apartment was spacious and in a great neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals as well. We could walk to El Poblado Parque. The view was incredible. Even the showers were wonderful with great water pressure.

There was truly nothing we didn’t like.

The location is very convenient. There are more than a handful of restaurants that are just a walking distance away.

Friendly and accommodating staff and tip quality finishings.

Not much.

The best hotel stay in a long time.

Beautiful new hotel.

Brand new spot . Great location. Decent guest policy's . All new and ver spacious apartments .

More guest than 4 in a 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment . 6 would be proper for such a size.

Everything was perfect! Easy check in and they were very attentive to your needs!
