The highlight of this location is the incredible morning atmosphere. Opening the curtains reveals a breathtaking sea of clouds rolling over the lush green valleys. The air here is incredibly crisp and pure, filled with the gentle sounds of chirping birds and wind rustling through the trees. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged to create a peaceful and aesthetic environment. Sitting out on the terrace with a warm cup of coffee while the mist slowly clears is purely magical. It provides a flawless setting to completely disconnect, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and recharge fully.

Visiting Sapa for the first time was a bit overwhelming to plan, but staying at La Rosa made everything so easy. The hosts are absolute angels! Before we even arrived, they helped us book our cabin bus tickets and arranged a taxi to pick us up from the town center. The room itself is gorgeous, spotless, and has that amazing cozy wooden feel with a spectacular valley view. They also helped us rent a good motorbike and mapped out an easy itinerary for us to avoid the crowded tourist traps. The daily breakfasts were delicious and served piping hot. If it's your first time in Sapa and you want a stress-free, beautiful place to stay, look no further

If you have your own transport or rent a motorbike, staying at La Rosa Homestay is absolutely fantastic.Riding a scooter through the winding roads from Sapa town down to Su Pan village with the panoramic view of Muong Hoa valley is an unforgettable experience. Cozy wooden bungalow featuring beautiful ethnic brocade touches. Clean, quiet, with comfortable beds and a private bathroom with hot water. The host can help you rent a reliable motorbike right upon arrival and gives great recommendations for self-guided trekking routes around Su Pan and Ta Van.

The road has a few steep slopes typical of Sapa mountain reads, so make sure you are confident with your riding skills.

We had such a wonderful time here! The wooden room is super cozy, clean, and has everything you need. Waking up in a soft bed and looking straight out of the big glass window at the majestic mountains and morning mist was purely magical. The electric blanket was also a lifesaver in the chilly Sapa weather. The host family and team are incredibly welcoming and attentive, always smiling and ready to help. We ordered dinner in advance and the local food was absolutely delicious. A very peaceful place with great value. Highly recommend

A little piece of haven. We loved our stay here. Sunshine and the other staff members made us feel so welcome. Sunshine took her for a walk to her home where we could see a bit how the Hmong community lives and where we also had the best massage and herbal bath. I would do them once a week if I could, especially for the affordable price ! Thank you so much, Raiana misses the 2 little doggies.

For this trip to Sapa, I was looking for a Sapa homestay with a beautiful view that was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, and La Rosa did not disappoint. Even though I only stayed for one night, the service at La Rosa Homestay left me thoroughly satisfied. The room was clean, well-equipped, and featured a charming, rustic design. On top of that, the host and staff were incredibly welcoming, gentle, and kind-hearted. From the homestay, it is very convenient to head down to the local villages or go trekking. In particular, they offer an on-site Sapa motorbike rental service, which is super handy for those who love exploring the streets of Sapa on their own. If anyone is planning to book a Sapa homestay for an upcoming trip, I highly recommend considering this place

We loved everything about Larosa. The hosts were friendly, helpful and very communicative. The double Mountain View room was in our opinion the best spot on the property. The bed was comfortable and full of extra quality touches. The views amazing and it was quiet and peaceful. They helped us get on-time transportation and offered a laundry service. Breakfast was included and all the food was very filling and tasty. We ate here every day out of the 5. We recommend trying the sturgeon. Delicious. Everything was wonderful and we wish to come back sometime.

I’m usually pretty picky and stick to standard hotels because I can’t stand damp rooms or freezing nights. But La Rosa completely won me over. The way this place is managed is incredibly professional. Their 2-way AC pumps out serious heat, keeping the whole room totally dry and comfortable—honestly, better than some high-end places I’ve stayed at. Opening the blinds to that epic mountain and valley view with zero town noise was a massive highlight. We even took some beautiful, quiet morning walks right from the doorstep. A brilliantly run property that delivers exactly what it promises.

Staying at La Rosa was an absolute breeze. If you want to stay in the village but still need modern comforts, this is a solid choice. The heater and AC work flawlessly, keeping the room nice and warm for a great night's sleep. Waking up to the endless mountain view is unforgettable. The food is really delicious with bold, unique local flavors. Plus, the host is incredibly helpful whenever you need trekking routes or quick tips. Everything went smoothly, highly recommended!

If you're looking to escape the city for the village without giving up your comforts, La Rosa is the place to be. The biggest highlight is the valley view—waking up to those endless mountains right outside your window is just epic. The room is well-equipped, and the heating and AC are super reliable, so I slept like a log even on freezing nights. The food is delicious with some really unique and bold flavors. Plus, the hosts are incredibly helpful, from booking taxis to giving trekking tips. A very dependable spot that’s totally worth the experience!

ДуДуже приємний і гостинний хомстей. Персонал привітний і завжди готовий допомогти. Нам усе дуже сподобалося — чудовий вид на гори, тиха атмосфера та гарне розташування. Окремо варто відзначити кухню: якщо замовляти їжу на місці, готують дуже смачно. Також ми замовляли трекінг безпосередньо через хомстей — усе було добре організовано, прогулянка залишила дуже приємні враження. Ціна повністю відповідає якості.

Єдиний момент, який трохи здивував — прозорі двері у ванній кімнаті/туалеті.

You don't need to book a tour; just step outside to explore the stunning terraced rice fields and meet the friendly local ethnic communities. It is truly an authentic Sapa experience.This homestay offers a rare combination of modern comfort and a cozy, rustic atmosphere. The room was fully equipped with a two-way air conditioner, which is essential for Sapa's weather. My favorite part was the bathroom heater—a lifesaver for anyone who dislikes the cold! From my window, I had a breathtaking mountain view and could see the river winding in the distance.

The people at La Rosa House are extremely friendly. We arrived 6am in Sapa Town, luckily we already arranged a driver via the accommodation and we could already check in + we got a breakfast served!

During our stay there was a renovation going on so no other people where staying in the Homestay. We believe that after the renovation is finished, this will be an amazing place! It is quite far out of town, so you need to like that.

I had an amazing stay at La Rosa House. It was a great starting point to wander around the ricefields. I highly recommend booking an apartment with the balcony because waking up to the amazing view was unbelievably beautiful. The hosts were really nice and welcoming, food was great and there were generally very fast in responding and highly aware of the guests needs. Would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to Sapa.

The location is quite remote, which makes it difficult to find nearby food options—unfortunately, we ended up relying on instant noodles in the room. The property itself could use some maintenance; there was a noticeable damp smell in the rooms, and we even found mould on the bed, which ultimately led us to cut our stay short. A bit of care and attention could really improve the experience here.

We had a lovely stay at La Rosa homestay ! The wonderful women who run it had excellent communication before we even arrived and when we told them we were vegan, they had the most delicious meal prepared for us on arrival. Dinner is so reasonable at 100,000 per person for a very generous portion, in fact it was our favourite dinner in Sapa. The family style dinner was great too. They have some gorgeous puppies too which we of course loved as animal lovers. We stayed in the deluxe room which I’m sure during the summer months has a spectacular view. They have the air conditioner that can be switched to heating in the room and a heated electric blanket on the bed so we were lovely and cosy at night. It is still quite cold in the room if you are not in bed due to the windows and general temperatures in winter in Sapa. The road to the accomodation is not fantastic but we had no problem getting taxis to pick us up, and the accomodation were also great for arranging them for us. It was so nice to be in the peace and quite outside of Sapa town. A lovely stay with lovely hosts :)

All are good and very impressed, and the young guys can speak English well. We told to the property that we will early check-in since the bus arrived at 5.55 am and the property accepted early check-in however when we do check-in the room is still occupied so we do not get any cloth change or take a bath before travelling to the attraction place.

The food menu is quite unclear that it is per person not per set so tourist might not reserve enough money to pay when checkout. We were stay during 9-11 Nov which road is under construction so a bit inconvenience. Most dislike is google map did not know way to go to the property and wrong ways so it makes taxi driver confused and tourist is getting nervous.

We loved our time at La Rosa. Cao is a lovely host. He made sure we were comfortable, showed us the wonderful gardens and wildlife at La Rosa and made our stay very nice. He helped us book taxis to and from La Rosa. He is very kind and made us feel so welcome thanks Cao!

We walk all around and definitely this place to be in Sapa! It has the best view!! The good attention of all the staff and specially the smile and help of Cau, was everything we needed! He helped us with the taxi, and everything, he made our stay special. You will find everything here, they rent scooters, cook food for you and arrange trekkings. Great breakfast, lovely people, amazing view, (very good wifi conection). A paradaise of peace, flowers and butterflyes.

The staff was really friendly, and the communication was smooth. They prepared breakfast and dinner for us as well. The surrounding is very peaceful and good location to start a trek!

It was needed after spending nearly a week in the city and the host and her family were incredible. I was in love with their cat and dogs. Their cooking was absolutely delicious and they were so accommodating. Some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I met in Vietnam! I do plan on coming back!

We stayed here one night and would have liked to have extended if we had more time. The room was really great. The food was the tastiest we had in the whole area and the beer was nice and cold. It is also particularly recommended for vegans and vegetarians, the offer is great! And they gave us the best hospitality. We'll be back 🙏🏼

Ms. Trang went above and beyond assisting with cab bookings and negotiating rates, making our stay seamless. They prepared delicous meals for us both nights. The serene surroundings are perfect for relaxation, and the highlight of our stay was the delightful companionship of Misa and Zack, the resident dogs. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
