Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Staff was very helpful and quick to answer when contacted through booking.com about our enquiries. Apartment was really clean and bed were comfortable. Alameda was quite far from central Lisbon but there is a metro nearby which is handy if you wanna go to the centre.
Air conditioner - was a bit slow to make the room colder when we first came in but we managed to adjust the settings later on. Otherwise, no other issues

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Het appartement is perfect gelegen als je in de omgeving van de Technico campus wil verblijven. Het bevindt zich in een residentieel pand, het appartement is degelijk gerenoveerd. Er is airco en een terras waar je met 2 kan buiten zitten. Het ligt in een woonbuurt maar de metro (Alameda) is heel dichtbij. De keuken is simpel ingericht maar de 2 kamers zijn eerder ruim, er zijn ook 2 aparte badkamers. Voor iemand die wil werken of studeren, zijn er goede bureaus.
Enige minpunt is het dubbele bed, waarvan de binnenveringmatras aan vervanging toe is... De lift is oud maar werkt.

l'appartement n'était pas prêt quand nous sommes arrivés. Ne pouvoir se servir de plusieurs appareils électriques en même temps. Pas de lampe de chevets dans la chambre 2 lits. Un de mes fils avait une serviette qui faisait des peluches, il en manquait une à notre arrivée, peut-être était-elle neuve. Pas d'endroit pour les mettre à secher.

Nos cortaron el agua 2 veces, había unos operarios reformando un piso en la parte de abajo y desde las 8:30 hasta las 23:00 no pararon de picar y hacer ruido durante los 3 días que estuvimos,además tenían ocupado el ascensor continuamente. La televisión no funcionaba y no se podían poner la cocina y el microondas al mismo tiempo ya que por potencia saltaba la luz. La nevera era muy pequeña y no enfriaba y no hay horno. La zona no es mala, pero está en el límite de un lugar conflictivo como es la fuente de la Alameda, lleno de indigentes y borrachos que pasan la tarde bebiendo y orinando en la calle. El parking es público y se tiene que pagar de 9 a 19h lo que viene a ser unos 8€ al día por aparcar en la calle y por desgracia no siempre hay sitio.

Està situat a 5 minuts del metro (correspondència amb línies verda i vermella), per la qual cosa és molt còmode per anar al centre o a l'aeroport. Molt recomanable.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Localização excelente para explorar a cidade perto da estação Alameda que conecta a linha vermelha que vem direto do aeroporto e linha verde que vai a Praça do Comércio. Os quartos são confortáveis e climatizados, o que ajudou muito no verão de 31 graus de Lisboa. Cozinha bem equipada. Bairro seguro de andar a noite. O anfitrião atendeu muito bem e as informações e fotos da hospedagem correspondem as que foram postadas.

Forse servirebbe un mobiletto nei bagni per poggiare le cose, ma è veramente una minuzia.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Monolocale delizioso,pulito e dotato di accessori per varie evenienze. Staff disponibile e presente ad ogni richiesta. Sarà sicuramente il mio punto di riferimento per i miei prossimi soggiorni a Lisbona,anche perché si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da casa dei miei figli.
L'unica cosa è il fatto che si soffriva il caldo,la notte no azionando il ventilatore a soffitto in camera,ma nel soggiorno/cucina non si sopportava. Però considerato che siamo andati a Lisbona per godercela a casa c'eravamo poco 😉

das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig - man hört sowohl im Stiegenhaus alles als auch den Nachbar darüber. Das Bett knarrt leider sehr beim Bewegen.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Het contact met de eigenaar was goed. Er werd snel gereageerd en gehandeld. Het appartement zag er netjes uit, een tweede badkamer is fijn. Dichtbij een groot park en de metro.
De straat waar het appartement in lag was wat matig. Er lag hondenpoep voor de deur en er was wat achterstallig onderhoud aan het pand. Er liepen elektriciteitsdraden over het balkon.

The apartment is incredibly clean and is stocked with every possible appliance one can think of, such as toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hair dryer etc. The host is also very responsive. We definitely recommend booking this accommodation!
It was a bit outside of the city centre (from everything touristic) but due to the convenient bus and metro connections nearby it was not a big problem.

No tiene un sofá para sentarse a ver la TV, pero tampoco estábamos mucho en el piso, lo peor es que se escucha mucho el ruido del ascensor y las puertas

The communication with the hosts is good, friendly and very informative on all the questions we asked. The area is good, close to Alameda metro station with direct connection to the airport and the city center. There a sufficient cafes and restaurants, plus a supermarket nearby. Parking outside is free after 18h and on the weekends.
Having a washing machine would be an asset for someone who would stay longer than 3 days (with kids). Shower in the bathroom is a bit narrow (could be a problem for a bigger person). If you sleep with windows open, keep in mind, that the garbage trucks that collect the garbage bins outside are very noisy early in the morning (there is nothing the owners could do about it).

Le quartier ne semble pas très accueillant lorsque nous sommes arrivés mais finalement aucun problème.

L'appartamento era per fetto per 3 persone, i 2 bagni sono stati molto comodi (shampoo e sapone compresi). Letti molto comodi. Un bonus: abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie fino al tardo pomeriggio grazie alla disponibilitña dell'host. Consigliato.
L'unica cosa, ci avrebbe fatto piacere avere capsule di caffé per tutti i 4 giorni che saremmo stati nella struttura, invece erano solamente 3 (solo la prima colazione)

The location worked perfectly for us — close to Alameda metro so it was really easy to get into the centre, but far enough out to be quieter and feel more local. The apartment felt very secure and safe, which was important for us as a family, and made it easy to relax during our stay. It was a great base for everything we did, from days out in Sintra and Belém to evenings back in the city. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, especially after long days out exploring. Everything was straightforward from check-in to departure, which made the whole stay stress-free. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.
Shower is very small.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, not too far from the city centre. It had all the amenities we needed for our short stay there. Getting into the apartment was easy and straightforward; the hosts were friendly and helpful as well.
The apartment and the building itself are pretty old. Apparently some renovation happened in the apartment, but an incomplete one. Some of the facilities were pretty outdated - for example the separate faucets for cold and hot water of the sink in the bathroom. Sometimes the water's pressure was too low as well. The apartment doesn't have a very good noise isolation - you could hear every time when the elevator was used in the main hallway or someone opens and closes the building's entrance door. The bathroom's and bedroom's doors are also very old and are hard to open / close, and also make a lot of noise when doing so.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Central, clean, quite ara, close to an open space area, loads of restaurants and groceries shops within walking distance. Close to metro, train and bus stations. We were there for the Lisbon half marathon in 2026 and we were very happy with the choice apartment. We were staying on level 1.
Maybe could do with some more plates and glasses, especially deep bowl plates for cereals.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026The location is excellent - there are two metro lines nearby and other transport options, and it’s easy to get anywhere in the city. The host is very responsive and kind. If I could give more than 10, I would do so without hesitation.
There were some minor issues upon arrival, but everything was resolved the following day.

The walls are very thin, for example the slamming of the front door is disturbing for those who wake up easily. A comfortable bed (that doesn't squeak) would be a big plus. 🛌

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Close to the red metro line. Convenient to travel to or from the airport and the Oriente train station. Beds are comfortable. The room is clean. We stayed on the fifth floor, and the view from the bedroom was very nice.
Hot water in the shower runs out pretty quickly. Wait an hour or more before the next person showers.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026I've spent couple of days with my family in Alameda apartment of 5th floor (with elevator) and we did found the apartment to be appropriate for families, it had 2 bedrooms, private bathroom and kitchen with all you need. The apartment was clean, beds comfy. Location wise it very close to metro station (walkable distance) and there is a direct line to airport. There are also couple of mini-markets around, but if you don't mind to walk a little bit you can find a "Continente" super market.
The elevator is a little bit noisy but that is not something that the host can fix...

Er is geen echte zithoek, maar in het keukentje kun je gezellig met z'n drieën aan tafel zitten.

There is warm water, but in fact taking a shower water was or extrimly hot or cold. Mixing the hot and cold water was impossible.
