Early checkout 10am & very difficult to fit baby pushchair in the lift. Otherwise everything was perfect

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Rome. L'appartement est grand et spacieux. Il est aussi très calme. La climatisation fonctionnait bien.
L'appartement aurait besoin de quelques petites réparations car la VMC ne fonctionnait plus dans la salle de bain et la porte de la douche a été déposée.

La limpieza del alojamiento la ducha tenia suciedad y tuvimos que limpiarlo. Nosotros y no tenía papel higienico que tuvimos. Comprarlo también. Además las cortinas de la habitación estaban caídas y ala hora de correr las cortinas no podías y tuvismo sostenemos cerrados con una traba.

Apartman ima 2 jedinice klima uređaja u različitim prostorijama pa se može prilagođavati različita temperatura prostorija. Svu u svemu, ponovno bih se vratio u isti smještaj, odličan odnos cijene i usluge.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026El apartamento es amplio, bien decorado y con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Destaca por su excelente ubicación, se puede ir a todo lo que hay que ver en Roma a pie. Además, el apartamento es muy tranquilo y tienes super y otros servicios a pie de calle. Sin duda lo recomendaría.
La finca tiene un acceso que si no lo conoces, los taxis te dejan a cierta distancia, siendo dificil acceder con las maletas. En el portal están los cubos de la basura lo que a veces genera mal olor. El ascensor es antiguo, va muy lento y pasas mucho calor hasta que accedes al apartamento.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Apartment ist klimatisiert (eine Wohltat an.heißen Tagen) und ist sehr gut gelegen. Viele Geschäfte und Lokale in der Nähe. Apartment liegt in einem Hof im 2. Stock (es sind 3 Apartments über einen gemeinsamen Eingang zugänglich) und es ist ruhig, wenn die anderen Gäste nicht gegen Mitternacht ins Apartment zurückkehren und Lärm machen. Wir durften bereits vor dem Check-in schon am Vormittag unser Gepäck abstellen und durften früher ins Apartment.
Im Badezimmer war der Handtuch-Heizkörper staubig. Es gab nur einen Hacken zum Aufhängen der Tücher. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war sehr fusselig, sprich unter dem Leintuch hat man die Fusseln gespürt. Wir waren mit unserer Tochter vor Ort, welche im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch geschlafen hat. In diesem Raum gibt es leider keinen Stauraum für die Kleidung.

Péssimo atendimento da equipe. Se você precisar deixar as malas um pouco a mais no apartamento não conte com a boa vontade da equipe. Não fazem questão de ajudar em nenhum aspecto. Me proibiram de deixar as malas na porta depois das 10h porque tinham que fazer a limpeza. Saí 12:45 é ninguém tinha aparecido no apartamento até esse horário. Falta de empatia absurda com o hóspede que tem voo mais tarde. Não recomendo!!

The roller shutters were also fantastic, ensuring the room stayed quiet and dark for a great night's sleep. The apartment is in a peaceful location, yet just a few minutes' walk from the heart of everything. The location was perfect for our 4-night stay, with easy access to all the major attractions and everything we needed nearby. We were greeted warmly with a smile on arrival, and everything was explained clearly, making check-in simple and stress-free. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

Since we are traveling with 4 people in a group, the water heater tank can only be used for up to 2 persons. After that need sometime to refill (around an hour) for another batch to use. A bit inconvenient on this part.

La cocina sólo tiene un enchufe, hay que desenchufar el microondas para usar la cafetera, la tetera o la placa para cocinar. El apartamento huele un poco mal al entrar aunque te acostumbras pronto.

Il manque juste un petit torchon dans la cuisine pour essuyer la vaisselle, mais c'est un petit détail !!

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Bardzo przestronny apartament z wygodnymi łóżkami. Kanapa w salonie była rozkładana i też wygodna. Wyposażenie w obiekcie było bardzo dobre - ekspres do kawy i kapsułki, mikrofalówka, talerze, kubki, sztućce, garnki, mydło, żel pod prysznic i oczywiście dużo ręczników. Telewizor w salonie i sypialni nie odbierał polskich kanałów, ale dla nas to nie byl problem (możliwość zalogowania się do serwis streamingowych). Lokalizacja obiektu świetna- zaledwie 5 minut od Placu Navona czy Panteonu, 30 minut spaceru do Watykanu lub Koloseum. Obsługa też bardzo dobra - łatwy i szybki kontakt WhatsApp. Sprzątaczka na miejscu też bardzo miła.

Manque un grille pain. Juste dépoussiérer le sèche serviette.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Localisation à proximité des sites touristiques, marché, restaurant, supermarché … Appartement propre, 2 eme étage avec ascenseur. Spacieux pour 4 personnes ( 2adultes et 2ados) et sécurisé. Contact très facile et efficace avec Pauline ( notamment lors d un problème électrique rencontré lors du premier jour de notre séjour ( chauffe eau en panne) , la réparation a été effectuée dans la journée. Très réactive aux questions. Réservation de notre taxi pour le retour faite par Pauline en également. Top 👍
Manque d ustensiles de cuisine ( pas assez de couverts, verres, bols, et plats)

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Konumu şahane, ev inanılmaz konforlu. 3 kişi çok rahat kalabilir 4 kişi de kalabilir. Yemek gezmek ve Roma'yı keşfetmek için güzel bir yer.
Kahve makinası değişebilir biraz kullanması zor. Duş gideri biraz yavaş gidiyor arka arkaya birden fazla kişi yıkanacaksa sorun olabilir. Ama bunlar göz ardı edilebilecek ufak detaylar.
