Es war nicht sauber, die Treppe war ohne Handlauf und die Stufen waren lose. Die Dusche war unter einer Schrägen, für meinen Mann mit einer Körpergröße von 185cm eine Herausforderung.

Sols propres mais poussière partout sur les meubles, tables... A l'extérieur meubles de jardin couverts de toile d'araignée et crottes d'oiseaux Les toilettes uniquement au 1er étage. Salle de bain trop petite. On ne tient pas debout dans la douche si on fait plus d'un 1,70 m. Pas de table de nuit, ni lampe de chevet La terrasse n'est pas privative, pelouse partagée avec tous les voisins. Aucune information dans la maison sur le mode d'emploi des lave-linge et sèche-linge communs. Ils sont payants via une application très compliquée à utiliser. Idem pour la TV L'emplacement de place de parking n'a pas de pancarte La piscine hors service. On a été prévenu 2 jours à l'avance. Trop tard pour trouver un autre logement.

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen, sie war im landestypischen Zustand. Pool und Klimagerät wurden nicht genutzt, Parkplatz war groß und vor der Haustür.

Location

This place was dirty and had so many problems.There were cobwebs in various places. The stairs have no handrail, which is dangerous in itself, but some of the wooden steps were actually loose on their fittings and wobbling. This is likely to cause a serious accident or even worse if someone fell from them. The smoke detector was not even fitted and was lying on the kitchen surface with the battery not fitted. There is a television that you cannot use unless you are prepared to download Google Chrome. The washing machine is not in the property. It is in a building on the opposite side of the swimming pool area. We were unable to get it to work and we contacted the proprietor who sent a message saying we had to download a payment app and set up an account and load the account with money. The toilet and shower room tiles had mould growing within the grout and has clearly never been cleaned for a long time. There was dirt and dust along the skirting boards. The carpet in the lounge area was turned up at the corner and was a trip hazard. Windows were dirty as were the kitchen cupboards and drawers. We had travelled through France, Belgium and Germany using properties along the way without any issues, but this was the most expensive of all the places we used and it was a disgrace . We would never use it again. Clearly whoever owns this property is happy to take the rental money but is not prepared to put anything back into the property to keep it clean and well presented. Badkamer en toilet. Douche was erg krap,vies douchegordijn en schimmel in voegen. Bij toilet hing urine geur. Zwembad stond mooier op foto dan werkelijk Huizen zijn erg gehorig; bij aanzetten t.v bonkte buren gelijk op de muur; vond het geluid te hard.

The area was peaceful. The kitchen was equipped well.

It smelled like cigarettes and even though we had the windows open the smell stayed in our clothes. It wasn’t clean and there was dust everywhere. The silicones in the bathroom are black and many places should be renovated.

The apartment is located near Copenhagen in a quiet neighborhood. From here, you can easily explore various parts of Denmark. The apartment was well-equipped, with everything you need in the kitchen. There was plenty of space to enjoy your time. Parking was easy, and it was close to expressways.

A drawback others mentioned was the wooden floor on the upper floor, which was very noisy. The lack of a handrail on the stairs may be inconvenient for some.

Location and the possibility of having a washing machine and dryer for a fee, in addition to the presence of swimming pools.l

We arrived at 11 PM with a key in a small alcove with a code, but found it unlocked. You can access it using your phone's light because it's unlit. In the small apartment F, the dining area is nice but not very clean: cobwebs and other debris. If, like us, you have cats, be careful in the lower part of the kitchen; there are gaps, and retrieving the cats is really difficult. You go upstairs via a staircase with no handrail, open on one side, and not very stable. The bed is a queen-size bed with no nightstands, wedged between two walls, which is very problematic if you have things that need to be charged or plugged in. I use a CPAP, and to plug it in, I had to sleep in reverse to get available outlets. Luckily, the power cord is long. Two small pillows are provided. The bathroom, in addition to having a leaky shower, is only for people under 150 cm tall; the shower requires bending over and is small. We only found two medium-sized towels. The upstairs is even less clean. Never again, we do not recommend it, also the price is really high in proportion.

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein abgewohntes Eckhaus ohne direkten Zugang zum Pool, keine Waschmaschine im Haus vorhanden und der abgebildete Spielplatz ist im Wohnort zwei Straßen weiter und nicht wie auf den Bildern dargestellt vorm Haus zu finden. Dort gibt es lediglich ein zugewachsenes Trampolin. Über der Haustür befindet sich eine Kamera, angeblich als Einbruchschutz. Das W-Lan Passwort haben wir erst auf Nachfrage erhalten, den Code für die Schlüsselbox erst kurz vor Anreise. Außerdem haben wir nur zweimal Bettzeug vorgefunden, obwohl wir fünf Personen sind und für fünf Personen gebucht haben. Zweimal wurde zusätzlich eine Nachricht an die Gastgeberin gesendet (direkt nach der Buchung und kurz vor der Anreise) zur Bestätigung der fünf Personen. Zweimal wurde von ihr bestätigt, dass fünf Personen ok sind und dann wurde trotzdem nur für zwei Personen Bettzeug und Handtücher bereit gelegt. Das Bettzeug war fleckig und die Handtücher löchrig und verschlissen. Die Wände waren fleckig, im Wohnzimmer sind offene Bohrlöcher in den Wänden zu finden, einige große Spinnweben sind vorhanden. Insgesamt war es unsauber, die Fenster sehr dreckig. Auf Nachfrage hätten wir wohl bei der Gastgeberin 5 min.entfernt waschen können. Allerdings hat man weder Lust seine Wäsche durch die Gegend zu tragen, noch haben wir einen Wäscheständer vorfinden können. Das Bad ist sehr alt und verbraucht, Duscharmatur geht sehr schwer, Armatur am Waschbecken verkalkt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft, so was haben wir noch nie erlebt. Einmal und nie wieder. Das so eine Unterkunft für so viel Geld angeboten wird, ist eine Zumutung.

Het was een mooi huis met alles erop en eraan. Aangezien het de eerste dag erg heet was, was het zwembad natuurlijk ook heerlijk. Ook zeer prettig was dat de supermarkt dichtbij was

Een toilet beneden zou prettig zijn geweest. De badkamer was zeer gedateerd.

The free car park, swimming pool view was great for photos, the kitchen is fully equipped, the host was friendly and very easy going. I will definitely love to go back there.

Well , everything was great , but the bathroom could have been bigger. It was somewhat small, though clean.
