Le matelas dans la chambre avec le lit double est trop dur et on sent les ressorts. Odeur de parfum floral trop prononce dans l'appartement. Inconvénient que j'ai oublié de mentionner.

Lovey, new and clean place. Owner is a lovely couple always ready to give you a hand if you need it. Great location, close to Carthage and Sidi Bou Said.

Super beautiful flat, kind and accommodating host

The location is excellent, easy access to all the attraction of Tunis. Shops and supermarkets are just round the corner. Host was really friendly and helpful,would go extra mile although language (English) was a barrier 😀 great communication and everything was provided for a self contain accommodation.

Im going to be bit picky here, but It would be good to had a rack or hook to hang cloths in the common bathroom. The other thing I would mention not to use shoes or slippers inside the property when guests are in or should provide with some disposable slipper etc.

L'appartement est bien situé, beau et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié nous reposer au calme. Mais le vrai "plus" est l'accueil des plus chaleureux de Mr Habib. Un vrai bonheur ! Les échanges pour organiser notre arrivée étaient fluides et sur place tout était parfait. Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et hospitalité.

The apartment is very spacious, beautifully arranged and freshly renovated (as of 2026). The kitchen is well equipped too. There are even 2 separate bathrooms, which is very nice. It is located close to the archeological site of Carthage.

The flat has been cleaned but not 100% thoroughly - there were still some belongings and hair left in the bathroom (presumably after the previous guests) and some of the bed sheets might have been used as well (judging from the smell only; they didn't have any visible stains though). There were, however, a lot of fresh sheets in the wardrobes, so we used them instead. One more thing to be aware of is that the building basically stands next to a mosque, so even with all windows closed you will hear the morning call for prayers quite loudly - consider earplugs if you want to sleep in.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything we needed , the cookware was especially well arranged and complete. It was calm and quiet. The owner was very kind and welcoming. The location is great, right in the center of Kram, with taxis easily available nearby and a supermarket just a few meters away. Highly recommended.

The sofa was slightly firmer than I expected, but overall I had a wonderful stay.

Pyyhkeitä runsaasti tarjolla ja peitot sänkyyn. Keittiössä kaikki tarvittava, kaasuliesi +++, jää- pakastinkaappi, mikro, vedenkeitin, astiat. Kodikas ja turvallinen tunnelma - ulko-ovessa järeä lukko ja rulot kaikissa ikkunoissa. Sijainti hyvä, kävelymatka rannalle ja ravintoloihin (noin 2km), lähi supermarket 100m ja toinen isompi 250m. Lentokentälle ruuhkasta riippuen noin 20-45min Lovely warm welcome, felt welcome here. Neat and clean. Washing machine, which was clean!! Air conditioning in every room, good Wi-Fi. Plenty of towels available and blankets for the bed. Everything you need in the kitchen, gas stove +++, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, dishes. Cozy and safe atmosphere - solid lock on the front door and blinds on all windows. Good location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants (about 2km), the nearest supermarket 100m and another larger one 250m. Depending on traffic, about 20-45min to the airport

Pienillä parannuksilla majoituskokemuksesta saa vieläkin paremman… kylpyhuoneissa ja makuuhuoneissa saisi olla enemmän pyyhe- ja vaate koukkuja ja laskutilaa (hyllyjä). Kuorimaveitsi pitäisi päivittää ehjään ja veitset teroittaa. Small improvements can make the accommodation experience even better… bathrooms and bedrooms should have more towel and clothes hooks and counter space (shelves). The paring knife should be updated and the knives sharpened.

Kind hosts, very clean. Has all the amenities. I would go there again.

The hostess is absolutely sweet and so helpful, very accommodating and welcoming. The place is HUGE you could easily have 6 people there and feel comfortable. It's well laid out and the facilities are good. The location is convenient for visiting La Goulette or Carthage etc to the north. There's also a really nice little terrace for smoking a cigarette or watching the people come and go from the mosque.

The property is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, close to major attractions and public.The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions.!The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and modern decor. the property offers excellent value for money.
