The apartment is small but well-equipped. The décor is tasteful, and the bed is comfortable. The fruit, pastries, beer, water, and wine in the fridge were a nice surprise. Getting to Amsterdam by bus is easy; the stop is a 15-minute walk away.

Beste Sandra, We zijn simpelweg verliefd geworden op uw prachtige verblijf! Alles was werkelijk perfect: het was ontzettend schoon, knus en comfortabel. Wat hebben we genoten van het heerlijke binnenpleintje, de ideale plek om te ontspannen met een kopje koffie of een goed glas wijn. Bij aankomst werden we verrast door zulke attente en prettige verrassingen, wat een warm welkom! Als gasten uit Oekraïne heeft uw buitengewone gastvrijheid ons diep geraakt. We raden deze geweldige plek echt aan iedereen aan! Het zou voor ons een droom zijn om u in de toekomst een keer bij ons in Oekraïne te mogen verwelkomen.

Sehr nette Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin Sandra. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön Eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Selbst frisches Obst und ein Kühlschrank mit etwas Wasser und Bier waren vorhanden. Die Nähe zu Amsterdam, Zaanse Schans und Zaandam alles mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Es war sehr schön, vielen Dank.

I really enjoyed the hospitality shown by the owner of the property. She explained how everything works in the house, provided free treats upon our arrival, and the communication before our arrival was excellent. Otherwise, the property is modern, comfortable, and good value for money.

We liked everything…small space but well designed, well facilitated, very clean … Location is ideal for me Sandra is really a super host

Schöne Wohnung um Amsterdam mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden um zu Frühstücken oder andere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, sehr freundliche Vermieterin!

le logement est très bien situé dans une petite ville très calme, décoré avec soins et très fonctionnel. L'accueil a été agréable et des boissons ont été mis à notre disposition dans le frigo, bel attention du propriétaire.

The room was very cozy, clean, I didn't want to leave.

Shower was too hot. We had to wash the crockery and saucepans before use.

We were really pleased with the accommodation, a great location, a great host, we felt like we were at home.

We loved the location because it was easy to get in and out of Amsterdam by means of the reliable and frequent bus and metro services, so we could see the sights and enjoy the city, but come back to a quiet and peaceful environment for relaxation and sleep. You can be in Amsterdam Centraal station easily in half an hour, including the 5 minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop. We also had lots of nice chats with local residents whilst waiting at the bus stop, so felt very welcome in the area. We found some good local restaurants which we preferred to dining in the city centre and there are shops and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The property is an annex of the owner's home and is a little studio apartment with its own shower room, kitchen-dining-sleeping area and a bit of private garden. The shower was very luxurious with lots of hot water. We didn't prepare anything more complex than breakfast whilst we were there so can't comment on the kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable so we slept very well and it was nice to relax in the garden and listen to the birds. Also there is a nature reserve within easy walking distance which we enjoyed as a good change from being the in city. Sandra and her husband were great hosts who were there to welcome us on arrival and who provided all sorts of tasty goodies for us which were an unexpected but enjoyable bonus. If we get the chance to come back to Amsterdam, we would like to stay here again.

There's not a lot of storage space, so if you are staying for a while (we were there for a week) you need to organise yourself to keep things tidy and relaxing
